Best vet in the area

The staff and doctor are very caring. They were able to work me in quickly when my cat needed some lab tests. She was so scared to be there and the doctor was extremely gentle and babied her. She seemed to realize that he was a good soul and seemed less nervous. So sweet.

Vet is friendly and very reasonably priced! I will definitely be returning.

I LOVE this place! Seriously a vet clinic that is in it for the love of animals. We've been cheated out of money by another place but this place is always affordable! The Dr is hilarious and so so wise! Happy we happened upon this ???? !

Took my cat here because she got into a fight with the neighbor cat and got injured. Doctor Leo was very caring and professional. He gave us the antibiotics and guided us through the process of taking care of our cat. The price is also reasonable. $50 for a physical exam and $30 for the antibiotics. I would recommend this clinic. The doctor really cares about the animals and treats them with all his heart.

They said that the doctor until until October 13th but the staff is there so what are they doing? so not helpful at all

The best Vet Ive ever met!! The entire staff was so informative including the Doctor and were all so welcoming. I definitely will tell all my pet lover friends and refer everyone to the Edgefield Animal Clinic!!!! Excellent place to be a part of.

Just a great place to take your animals !

Dr. Konnerman is nice, caring, and such a great vet! His front desk staff, however, not so much. We have been going to Edgefield Animal Clinic for many years, at least 8, and had never had such a rude experience until yesterday. Dr. Konnerman operated on our pitbull 3x and, before he passed, the front desk staff would call to follow up on him after surgery and I always thought they were nice and caring. However, Monday morning I get a call because I missed my 10:45 a.m. appointment for our new puppy's last set of shots and the lady that called was super rude. She tells me that I missed the appointment and I immediately apologized, then she says, "Well they called you Saturday to remind you and you confirmed," so I tell her that I didn't speak to anyone, and she says, "Well we spoke to someone because they have it checked off." I insist that I didn't get a call and then she tells me that they called my husband and confirmed with him and I tell her that he was actually out of town and didn't tell me and again apologize. And just when I begin to ask if I could reschedule and she says, "well ok then," and hangs up! I couldn't believe the rudeness. I call back and the other lady answers and I tell her, "I'm sorry I was just on the phone with someone but I think we got disconnected," and she is just as rude and is like, "ok." I tell her that I missed the appoint and ask if I can reschedule and she says that they don't have any appointments until Oct. 16, so I tell her that's fine I'll take what I can get, but to my surprise she tells me that I'll have to call back on Oct. 16 to see what they have available. She didn't offer me any option to reschedule at all. Basically, I missed one appointment in over 8 years and got black balled. I've recommended so many friends and family members to Edgefield Animal Clinic and never once could I ever imagine being treated so badly. I completely understand that their time is valuable and the importance of making appointments, but it was an honest mistake that has never happened before and I'm just appalled at the office staff's reaction.

We love Edgefield Animal Clinic. They have been so good to us and our four-legged members of the family. The vet, Dr. Lonergan, is wonderful with a good sense of humor and really cares about the animals. It is small and quaint, but the staff really cares and that’s what matters most.

Great vet he even comes to the phone when I call its amazing.

Friendly , as most businesses are , down home professionalism , not busy because most is done by appointment . They close at 2pm . Don't ask me why .Thee fee for services is the same at other animal clinics including the S.C. P. A. .

Great vet, handles animals very well and kindly. Cat usually is flightly but was very calm throughout visit. Prices lower than most places.

What a blessing it was to get some one on the phone after trying elsewhere for 2 days. Dr. Lonergan was very helpful in helping me to make a decision about my pet. I will use him and Edgefield Animal Clinic again!!

I started coming here when I lived in the Oak Cliff area. Since then I have relocated to north Dallas area and I am more than happy to drive 30+ minutes to visit this office. The entire staff is great to our dogs, and they have always provided timely responses to our calls and voicemails. Pricing is also great. This is a vet I definitely trust!

Excellent prices! The vet is so caring and attentive to all pets, instead of trying to rip me off at high prices, and when I took all 5 of my dogs and my 5 cats, he set me up for an amazing price, and its the best vet clinic compared to others in price and care. The vet gives me appointments and meets them, and works out prices so i am able to afford everything my pets need, and he'd rather i get everything for a low price and my pets get care than avoiding shots and treatment because of high prices I can't afford.

This place is the best, Dr. K is fantastic... Without question, you will not have any issues and they take care of your animals.... Been going there for years.... WP
