Loved their customer service! I had an issue scheduling my appt bc it was my first time there but Heather was very compassionate and was able to fit me in. My baby is a puppy so this was her first official grooming and it made me feel better that she said she would go slow to make sure my baby wasn’t traumatized. They even gave me a picture of her since it was her first grooming!

Duchess, my Great Pyrenees, was at Dog City for about a week. They did a good job of keeping me updated. Will definitely go back!

Great grooming experience with Heather today! She took the time to do a thorough consult before the appointment and made sure I was happy with the end result. This will be our new go to spot for grooming. Highly recommend!

Incredible service and grooming. I was referred to Heather and she’s done a great job with our 2 year old labradoodle. Heather keeps a log of the past haircuts and really takes her time. I’ve tried a few different groomers and Dog City is the best one yet. Thank you for the great service and taking care of our dogs!

I took my two little puppies in for the first time a couple weeks ago to get groomed. I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, how darling it looked inside and how friendly the people were. Heather the groomer was so accommodating and wanted to make sure she did exactly what I wanted her to do for their haircut. She even told me to bring them back in if there was anything I wasn’t happy with. For the first time in years my puppies were not scared to death to walk into the groomers. That is the best part and absolutely priceless. I’m so grateful I found Dog City.

Great daycare!!! They take the best care of our sweet dog and she gets so excited every time I drop her off with nonstop smiles when I pick her up. So thankful for this place!

This was my first time using Dog City's boarding service and I couldn't be more pleased! I could tell Dixon loved every minute of it and the regular report cards I was emailed updating me on his stay was a really nice touch. The employees were a joy to deal with and they even went so far as wash his bedding that was dropped off with him prior to pick-up! I definitely won't be using any other boarding place in the neighborhood!

I brought my dog Bentley to be washed and have his nails trimmed and they did an amazing job with him. Highly recommend them!

I took Oliver for the first time to Dog City and we had a great experience with grooming and bath time so far. Heather did a great job and all the staff are very friendly. I really recommend Dog City services.

I brought my 8-month old German Shepard that has extreme separation anxiety here for the first time, as a a current customer recommended it to me and I was so impressed. I cannot emphasize enough on how amazing this place is. The staff are professional, kind and extremely reliable. I did not worry about my dog all day because I knew she was in great care. My pup immediately fell asleep when she got into my car, she loved playing with her new friends. I cannot wait to bring her back!

Dog City is a great place for your dog. It is a clean and modern indoor facility with great services. They have live cameras so you can see them play. The staff treats your dog like it’s their own. My favorite part is that your dog will be sleep on the ride home, even if you live minutes away. Highly recommend!

The staff here are so great! And they really care about the pups and know their names! I feel like my pup is taken great care of when he’s there! They also are indoors which is nice when it’s raining so you know your pup won’t get all muddy. They have cameras too, so if you miss your pup during the day you can see what they’re doing. And they give you a twice a day report card usually with a pic of your pup in there as well.

My two dogs had a great time at Dog City. I received regular feedback during the day, and that was awesome.

This is by far THE BEST place I've taken my pups to. I live close by and they always fit me in last minute for urgent nail trims etc.. Britney is a Hero and you can tell she genuinely cares and loves what she does. I am only taking my pups here for now on after first coming to Dog City.

My dog recently wrapped up his second visit with Dog City. So far, it’s been great. I was a loyal customer of Camp Bow Wow until their location near downtown Dallas abruptly closed with no warning. Dog City was able to quickly accommodate my dog and allowed me to make reservations for the upcoming Thanksgiving weekend. When he goes to Dog City, my dog comes home happy, healthy and tired! The online reservation process is super efficient. The staff are nice and professional. There’s a huge window out front where you can watch the dogs interact, and they also have cameras to watch your pets play remotely. Based on our experience, I highly recommend.

We have been taking our pooch to get groomed and to board when needed here ever since we got him a year ago. The staff is all so amazing and the groomer Heather is an absolute joy and wonderful!! Definitely would recommend taking your little fur baby to Dog City!!

Heather is fantastic! She is the only person I trust to groom my dogs. I HIGHLY recommend her. It is a great feeling to leave my dogs with someone they love.

I was in town for a few nights and left my "best friend" for day care. I especially loved their hours for pick-up. Employees love and take good care of pets.

I have never brought my dogs to a doggy day care and was very hesitant. The staff made me and continues to make me and my pups so comfortable! I highly recommend bringing them here, feels like family and my babies love it!❤️

Pepper LOVES Dog City! The staff is always so friendly, and I know that we can trust taking him there and leaving him for extended periods of time. Dog City sends a daily report card with photos of your pup and has a video camera that you can check to see what your pup is up to. Its a great place to board your dog as well as take them to day care to get some energy out and help socialize your pup!

We LOVE dog city!!! Our dog has been going here for about a year now and he loves every second of it! The people who take care of Winston while he is there truly care about him and he loves them all dearly. They work on his behavior, love on him, and give him a safe and fun place to be throughout the day! I will use dog city for daycare forever!

We love this place for our 100 lb boy Pablo. He's a collie mix, so he always wants a lot of attention, and the team here gives him that in spades! The best part is watching him interact with the hoomans and doggos during the day on camera. It gives us a lot of peace. Highly recommend Dog City!

Our pup Winston LOVES coming to Dog City! As soon as he jumps out of the door and realizes where he is, he BOLTS towards the door! The staff is friendly and the facility is well maintained! Added bonus, you are always able to watch your puppy through their online video cameras and they send a daily "report card" while you dog is there for daycare!

Amazing place. They have Webcam so I was able to check in on my dog on his first day! The staff are amazing and I know they really love and care about all the dogs in their care!

I was nervous about leaving my dog during a work trip, but Dog City made it so easy! They labeled everything I gave them that I did not (like toys and blankets) and listened to all my instructions. They send daily emails and report cards with pictures, and have cameras in all the public areas. I could check in on my pup at any time that was quiet time! Made me feel so much better and much more relieved!

I took my Maltese Eloise here to be groomed for the first time since moving to Dallas and I am thrilled to have found a reliable groomer the first try! Heather was amazing to work with and gave me the cut my dog was used to getting before our move! Thanks Dog City and Heather!
