I took my pit bull Athena here for all her shots the staff especially Emily were always so helpful and caring! Their customer service is just amazing and the prices are very affordable. They have a welcoming and clean facility. Emily made sure I was informed about everything they were giving Athena and everything Athena needed to be a strong healthy dog. It is my first time being a Dog mom so it was really helpful if her to give me all the advice she did. I highly recommend this place.

The doctor and staff treated me with respect and cared for my Lulu as their own. I'm very please with their services. The price is great also!

Caring staff. I was very pleased with the qualifications and bedside manner of Dr. Watson. Facility was very clean and they offered beverages and streaming while you waited. I was there for about 3 hours while my cat had lab work done and got IV fluids. I had a very short wait when I arrived. I will definitely go back.

Best vet experience ever! Our cat was acting unwell & we were very concerned. This vet & whole staff were very comforting, professional, and very gentle throughout the whole exam experience. The fees were reasonable. We received a very comprehensive evaluation without any extra “add-on” tests that some vets may do just to raise the expense. We got right in without a wait & within a short time we knew it was a UTI. Received shot to help cat’s tummy comfort, had an antibiotic in hand to treat infection & we were on our way back home. I highly recommend this office if your fur baby needs medical treatment. Excellent & efficient beyond expectations!

My vet could not see my dog for an injured leg for another week and recommended Dallas Animal Urgent Care. I was skeptical but my first impression walking through the door was of three young ladies at front desk so friendly and seeing me struggle to get Henry through door jump up to call his name to help me out. Dr. Foreman was also very kind and informative. I was prepared to pay a hefty bill upon leaving but the price was so reasonable that I was pleasantly shocked.

Really went above and beyond for my dog Buddy. He was attacked by a vicious dog and hurt his front paw. But the outlook wasn't as bad as I thought. They were so courteous, quick, and professional. Buddy will be ok. He got a shot for pain and some meds.6 stars.

Great experience with this care center. Our normal emergency vet was unable to accommodate us for a potential urgent surgery and referred us to Dallas Animal Urgent Care and I'm thankful that they did. We were able to get in during a late Sunday evening and the staff was very courteous and were quick to get an exam done to confirm the need for the surgery. The emergency surgery went very smoothly and recovery has been without any issues. If your pet is in need of urgent care, I would recommend this facility in a heartbeat.

We love Dallas Animal Urgent Care! Dr. Roberts is a true gem. My dogs go here for wellness care AND any urgent needs they may have. Last night, New Year’s Eve, we rushed our small dog Jasper in to be seen after a bad reaction to a accidental high dose of medicine to help with the stress of fireworks. The team was quick, kind, and efficient and our sweet boy is much better today! Every time we have been here things have been smooth! The vets and techs truly love the animals they see and are incredibly informative. I can’t recommend them enough!

Everything from reception to check out was wonderful! Loved the clean, minimalist exam rooms and spacious waiting room with a separate cat area and child-play area. Receptionists were warm, welcoming, and check in was literally 3 seconds. No wasting time with paperwork. Dr. Watson and the tech Maddie were so sweet to my dog, he didn't even notice when they gave him vaccines! Also - the best value for the annual exam cost that I could find in the area. I will definitely be coming back to DAUC with all my animals.

My zoie died on me today...2 minutes later she started breathing again....I rushed her to Dalllas Animal Urgent care.....my baby is still with me...I can't say enough about this place....one of the worst days of my life...and they made it all better....thank you....thank you.....thank you....

Christmas day, this office was so kind, professional, caring and couldn't have been nicer and more helpful when our Golden Retriever was hit with allergies that almost ruined our Christmas. The vet took care of Finn and we were back at our daughter's house enjoying family within 1 hour. I LOVE THEM! I highly recommend them.

Our dog Batman, became very sick on Christmas Day (night) we needed to take him to an Urgent Care. We live up in the West Mckinney/ Prosper area. ALL of the Urgent Cares near us had a 3-6 hour wait time- our dog needed to be seen ASAP. I called Dallas Animal Urgent Care with my fingers crossed that it wouldn’t be a long wait. When we got there they looked at Batman promptly. Batman usually has a hard time when he goes to any appointments- but he walked in calm here. They sent us home with medication for him to take. The next day they even followed up to see how Batman was feeling. We are so thankful for them.

Took my dog who has been suffering with skin allergies for 6 mths (after many trips to other vets with no solutions) and Dr. Tyler Foreman was excellent in his diagnosis and treatment, after just one day my fur baby has finally gotten relief, as well as me. So very glad I took him there! The staff was excellent as well! Highly recommend!! Just FYI there was a wait but it is a urgent care and should be expected. Thank you Dr. Foreman!!!!

I LOVE this vet and the staff. I have a tabby cat and he is a hunter by nature so he is an inside outside cat. He comes home daily…until one day he didn’t come home. Two weeks passed and When I went to let me dogs out one morning there was Reese, my cat, in the backyard. His back leg was nothing but bone and tendons. It was very horrific. I rushed him to an emergency vet and they quoted me $3K to amputate it. I couldn’t pay it. The alternative was to put him down. I was crushed. I cried. I inquired about the existence of a vet school (kind of like a cosmetology school) that might need subject matters that would be cheaper than an established vets office but they didn’t know of any. They finally came back out and referred me to Dallas Animal Urgent Care. I drove over immediately. I was placed in a waiting room all of my own that had a flat screen TV…Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Disney+!! They offered me water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate…and no joke…my favorite part…a beer or glass of wine to take off the edge!!! The care Reese received was amazing, affordable and the staff is phenomenal. The vet was professional and very knowledgeable. Hands down…the best vet experience I have ever had! ❤️

I waited literally an hour in the room to see a vet. I am not sure this is normal cuz I’ve never been to a vet urgent care but wasn’t really happy about waiting for an hour in the room without knowing it. (They said the vet will come soon, soon was an hour..) anyway, At least i got to show my dog to a vet to check her up.. and the vet assistant called me the day after to check my dog, which was nice. If I have to go to an urgent care again for my dog, I would probably comeback here.

After finding our lost cat of 6 years this past Sunday, we struggled to find an available clinic who could see her immediately as well as a groomer who could help clean her up. We were recommended here by a different vet clinic and our experience was amazing. The staff was very helpful, the wait time was minimal and everyone was just over all helpful and knowledgeable. We felt like the Dr. and their staff went above and beyond to make our situation less stressful for us. I would definitely return and recommend this clinic.

On Saturday,, November 27th, my small dog had been bitten by an aggressive larger dog in our area. We called all around Dallas, Mesquite and Forney trying to find a vet emergency center. We were told at each location there was a 2 to 3 hour wait and the clock started running when you arrived. My sweet dog was bleeding with a large hole in her neck. I needed help NOW. My daughter found Dallas Animal Urgent Care (DAUC) on Preston Road in Dallas. We leave at the edge of Seagoville. DAUC were fast responding very sweet, and kind to both my distraught self and my sweet dog. They treated her immediately, explained everything so I could understand. EVERYONE there was kind considerate and caring. Their offices were extremely clean and didn't smell of disinfectant or urine or anything but fresh clean. Their rates are extremely reasonable!!!!!! Even though I leave about an hour away, I do believe they will become my new vet. I couldn't ask for better response time, treatment, caring or price!!!! We love you DAUC!!!!

Great experience! Dr.Roberts was knowledgeable and gave us several options. A day after the appointment, I got a text asking how my dog was doing. That was a nice touch. Highly recommend this place.
