Alex, Elizabeth and Dr. Brown couldn't have made our visit any better. My pup, Pepper, had some type of small sticker burr stuck in her eye. Me (frantic new dog dad) quickly searched from a 24 hour clinic and the powers that be directed me …

I don’t think i could say enough good things about these people. Last night my baby was sicker than i had ever seen before. They were so knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and worked with me as much as they could. I mean they really went the …

Dallas Animal Emergency is seriously such a special establishment and all the amazing things that I can say about them are endless. I am moved by the quality of care and compassion that the doctors and entire staff gave to my beloved Linguini and to me. I had to visit them a few times over the past few months as Linguini was a senior kitty and having some issues, and each time the doctors and staff went above and beyond. Everyone truly and deeply cares for each fur baby. Even when I would think to want an update, they would already be calling me. If I was missing Linguini and wanted to come visit him while he was receiving treatment, they would let me come in without any hesitation, at any time of day and night. Thank you Dallas Animal Emergency for taking such amazing care of my sweet angel and for all the support you have given me. I am forever grateful.

Woman at the front desk with the color in her hair is extremely rude and condescending. Maybe I just caught her on a bad day.

I took my cat Mango here a couple of months ago and I couldn't ask for a more caring hospital to take him to. He had massive liver failure and almost didn't make it but the people that worked there brought him back to health and were there for me every step of the way keeping me informed. I can't thank you enough for saving my Mango, he has absolutely blossomed and is in the best of health now ????! Bless you all!

Had to have my 13 year old cat put down, I had him for six years and this was the hardest most shaking experience I've had in my life. I was very adamant and stated multiple times I wanted his ashes returned regardless of what box he came back in or how much it was, paid and went through through the process. Called over a week later as I hadn't received a call about picking his ashes up, only to find out they did a public cremation and there was nothing that could be done at this point I just received an apology. Very heartbroken over losing him and not being able to even have him to place bury in my future homestead

I had a very sick kitten that we felt could not wait anymore to be put to sleep but it was 10:30 on a Saturday night. I’m so thankful we found this place. They were so kind and made the difficult situation as smooth and peaceful as could be. I highly recommend using them in an emergency. Their pricing was also very reasonable.

amazing people who show that they care about your pets! i came here because my nearest 24 hour did not have a doctor and gave me a list of other vets that were available and i’m so glad i randomly chose this one! they attended my pet as soon as i walked through the door and answered all my questions. my dog is terrified of the vet but they tried their best to work with her and were very patient with her. they had really fair pricing compared to other experiences i’ve had. i was there for about 4 hours and spent a little bit over $300 for her examination, screenings, and medications. this is now the place i will go to from now in in cases of emergency. i highly recommend! thank you so much dallas animal emergency! <3

This place is so selfish they do not care about pets it’s either you have the money or you’re pet will die. When it’s an emergency do not bring you’re pet here they do not truly care about them.

I have no earthly idea how anyone would rate this place below 5 stars. I brought my puppy of 7 months in at midnight on a Friday, and was out by 1am! They were quick, caring, and responsive. Randall was amazing as was Dr. Tracy Graham. My puppy's only been on his new medication for a day and is already feeling so much better. P.S - this place is super affordable. An emergency check up was about $110, which is much less than I was anticipating to spend.

I brought my dog here after he had been vomiting after every meal/treat he received. I’m on a road trip and was a bit worried to visit a new vet at a location that has never handled my dog before. I wasn’t sure what to expect. The staff was amazing and so kind to both me and my dog. Every step was explained to me in detail so I was able to get the best possible idea of what was likely going on with my dog, why it was happening, and every medication he was prescribed was explained at length as well. I SERIOUSLY appreciate the detailed explanations and their kindness as vets in the past have given me almost NO explanation as to what’s going on and I was left confused the whole time. I left this emergency vet feeling really hopeful about my dog’s ability to recover from what I was told is probably a stomach ulcer. The vet’s transparency was just wonderful as well. I was extremely pleased with the amount of information I was given and the fact that they provided other possible explanations for his condition so I would know what to watch out for in the case that I needed to return. We decided to do out-patient and treat him for a stomach ulcer and GI upset. In the case that he isn’t feeling better, I will definitely be returning to them for further testing as they already walked me through what we would do and other possible options we could go with in the case that this didn’t work for him. Notes: Vets are expensive. That’s a given. But their pricing was pretty good after checking out my estimate for my visit. Their initial exam fee was $90 for a weekday, non-holiday visit which was $20+ LESS than other locations in the area.

I brought my dog Lexi here on Labor day because it sounded like the was wheezing and it sounded like she wasn't breathing very well. Everyone was extremely nice and randomly when i get there my dog stopped wheezing and when i finally got into the room the vet checked and low and behold my dog was fine. Apparently reverse sneezing is actually a thing. I felt so stupid wasting their time but the vet made me feel better about it and just said she would rather bring my dog in than to brush it off becausr you never know. They were great to me and Lexi.

My dog was having some medical problems and they saw her promptly. The fees are on par with other emergency over night clinics. For those who have fur babies may I recommend Pets Best insurance. I pay $50.00 a month have a $200 deductible and they reimburse me 90% of the charges. Medical care for our pets is just as expensive as it is for humans and there is absolutely no way I would ever be able to have medical treatment for my pets without it. My intent is not to promote pet insurance but a way to be able to give fur babies the best chance of living in the event they need medical care. Tia is coming home today after a overnight stay which I am thankful for.

Oh my gosh I have been calling around vets for information on how to help an emaciated dog my husband found and no one would even barely speak to me without money. Whoever answered the phone gave me hope and some tips and pointers for how to help this loving dog. Thank you so much for being awesome!

Rude receptionist runs over me with instant diagnosis that changes every time i get the opportunity to get a word in about my dog. I said two sentences, she said twenty and referred me elsewhere.

We found a stray that was having seizures and needed to be euthanized. It was awful, but the staff here assured us we were doing the right thing and made her passing comfortable and possible without payment. They sat with us while we cried and took care of this sweet innocent life while she had a little left. Thank you for making this situation bearable and your kindnesses will be blessed.

The 2 ladies were very helpful and excited. I’m a new dog mom and went into full panic mode when my dog wouldn’t eat but these 2 wonderful pet whispers helped me and even provided me with some great tips. Y’all are awesome - thanks again !

Everyone--from the receptionist to the vet tech to the veterinarian--was super kind and professional when I had to visit with my pup. I appreciated their taking the time to explain what was going on with my pup's knee and giving me opportunity to ask questions. I felt like my Luna received quality care and was able to get some relief until we could make it to our regular vet. Like any emergency service, it is expensive, but the prices seemed fair and better than other emergency vets I've had to use before.

The doctor and staff are FANTASTIC! If you are in the unfortunate need of an emergency vet this is the place to go. Caring staff... can't rate this place highly enough!!

The staff were all very friendly and I did receive what I needed with evaluation and some bloodwork. However, this review is about the experience and it was not good. Outside check in, consult room that felt like a jail cell, taking my pet away from me for normal in person exam. Lots of potential here but unfortunately need to up the customer experience.

I took my dog here as an emergency because he was hurt, as soon as i asked about payment plans and they thought i couldn’t pay the tone changed and they went from we will do everything we can to help him to well if he doesn’t get better within three days he should be put down???? i took him to a different vet that told me there was absolutely no reason to put him down and that his injury did not have a time limit to when he would get better. My dog is thankfully doing much better now imagine if i would have been dumb enough to listen to them. Only reason im giving them one star is because they gave me some medication that did help him with the pain a bit.

Only use this place as a last resort. The person on the phone kept asking me to speed up and interrupted me several times when I was explaining why my cat was dying. Horrible bedside manner. And the price they quoted me over the phone was less than half of what they actually charged me and they did not care. I Do not recommend. This made the last day of my cats life even harder to bear.
