This vetenarian would not refill my dogs prescription medication unless I bought from his website. The prices on his website are two times the prices on open market. Yet he wouldn't authorize a refill to let me get my dogs heart meds somewhere else. I've NEVER had a vet do that. His staff then made up some crazy excuse not to refill the meds so it wouldn't look like they were refusing to care for the dog. This is after the vet poisoned my dog by giving us instructions that ended up over medicating her. He prescribed 6 meds for us to buy even though the dog only needed 2. If you still use this vet after reading this keep your eyes open to what he's doing. Russell New is his name.

We have used them for years and have always felt like they really cared about us and our animals.

Me and my wife take all of our animals to this location and we both love what they do here for our fur babies.

Don’t get me wrong, everybody is nice especially front desk. But they way they handled my puppy made me not want to come anymore. They did a skin scrape on her paws few weeks ago because I was concerned about allergies. Of course, my puppy was not about to sit still for that which led to her getting cut. It’s not the vet’s fault that she got cut but it’s the fact that SHE cut my pup and SHE offered antibiotics but had the audacity to charge me for it. Not only that, but now my pup has a scar on her paw and the hair won’t grow back. ????????‍♀️ It’s not the end of the world and again, they’re really nice but I’d rather her go to a vet who cares about their patients and doesn’t see them as a paycheck.

Thank you for taking such good care of our baby boy, Ash! Ash had an abscess on his neck that needed antibiotics and treatment asap. He got cleaned, laser treatment, and antibiotic shots in less than 30 minutes! Great and affordable care. Thanks again!!!

The most polite people work there, including the Vets. They've been great with annual care for my pets, to being the most caring and compassionate to helping me with my pets last day.

Everyone is so nice and extremely good to all the dogs and cats. Been using them for 20 years and it hasn't changed. Both doctors are fantastic.

AWFUL. charged me $300 to wrap my dogs tail up w powder NO STITCHES.& a pain pill. then went back & charged me $30 to rewrap it & it fell off in the car!! Dr.B is super nice, shes the reason i gave one star.

Dr. B and Dr. New have extraordinary experience with small animals. Our Bullies have lived 5 years beyond their known limits under their care. Best manners and customer service in the market.

Terrell veterinarian hospital is such a caring vet. This is the second time i have used them to lay my fur babies to rest. They give you time with them and they are so gentle till their last breathe.

Took my dog for his first visit and shots and they were Awesome to my dog...They treated him like he was their own... Dr. New is an amazing Dr.
