Every time Stephan arrived the dogs would get excited. He has so much patience for them, and treated them great (I know they can be a handful). I highly recommend him as a pet walker or sitter

I'm not the type of person to leave a review, either good or bad, that this might actually be the first review I've ever left (i.e. this company is worth it). If you are looking for a pet sitter, PICK COMPANION PET SERVICES! I went through two other companies in Dallas who either didn't listen to what I wanted (they messed up my automatic pet feeder), my instructions to get into the building (would call me every time), or said "sorry we don't have time to fit your pet in." Stephen and Companion Pet has been completely the opposite and truly a gem. The first time I called I was desperate, shortly before Memorial Day, having been declined by another company. He informed me that they never decline or charge extra for holidays because he knows how important it is that your pet is cared for while you're away. Everything about Companion is easy and wonderful. Stephen genuinely cares about the pet (and sends adorable photos!), and he is very reasonable and easy to communicate with. I can't recommend this company enough. If you want to be certain that your fur baby is well cared for, go with Companion Pet.

Companion Pet Services has been my pet sitter for 8 years. The owner is exceptionally conscientious and cares deeply for animals, his customers, and providing exceptional service. Only once in 8 years did I have an issue with a pet sitter, and he worked with me to correct the issue immediately. They have online schedule requests and calendars that make managing the schedule easy. They have automatic payments so you don't have to remember to leave a check every time. So easy to do business with...I can't recommend enough!

I have used Stephen with Companion Pet Services several times now to take care of our two cats. He is very trustworthy, cares about my cats, communicates well with me, and does a great job of caring for my cats while I'm away. I recommend them!

Companion Pet Services is without a doubt a 5 star company. My daughter recently needed a pet sitter for the holiday and she was truly struggling leaving her 4 month old puppy. Well, Michael came to her rescue and went over and above all our expectations! Landon had an amazing Thanksgiving. Michael kept in touch continually with pictures and updates. Which only confirmed how happy Landon was and the extraordinary care he was receiving! Thank you Michael and Stephen, Landon is looking forward to his daily walks and Christmas!

Companion Pet Services are the BEST! Stephen takes such good care of my three fur babies and they love him to pieces!! I have been using CPS for a few years now and I can always rely on them every time. I highly recommend their services.

We have three cats and Stephen has taken care of them for years when we travel. Unlike almost anyone else, the cats like Stephen and are comfortable around him. He is really good with their/our complicated needs, esp when faced with occasional difficult cat health issues. Stephen does each cat's food and meds well and has repeatedly had to take a cat to the vet, who also works well with Stephen. And we love the daily cat pics and reports we get. Most important, Stephen really does care about our babies which gives us great comfort!

Reliable, on time, trustworthy and works well with my two dogs. Wouldn't have anyone else take care of them. Any my dogs love him!!!

I have been using Companion Pet Services for just under a year now, and I could not be happier. Stephen and his team take care of your animals just as if they were their own. One of my pets has special health needs, and Stephen made sure in the beginning that he understood exactly which medications needed to be administered when. He always sends photos when he's at the house, and texts me updates on my pets if/when I'm out of town - which gives me such great peace of mind! They have a great website that allows you to update notes and instructions on your pets' care at any time, and from anywhere. Their pricing is reasonable, and they are incredibly reliable. I really can't say enough about them, they are so wonderful. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience while on holiday for 10 days in Europe. They visited our kitties every scheduled day and kept us informed with photos and an updates. They even went out of their way to keep everything clean and tidy. And my forgetfulness was no matter to them; they took the time to get a key access fob to the building from our front office so they could make their scheduled visits on labor day and on a Sunday. They were the best! Will definitely be using them again in the future.

Our 2 dogs are our family, and I completely trust Stephen and his team to take care of them when I cannot. I appreciate getting text photos and updates when they are with my dogs-and they go above and beyond when the unexpected dog accident goes awry...highly recommend!!

I looked high and low, visited several places and interviewed several pet services before choosing Stephen. I am SOOOOO pleased with the job he did with my Wondermutts. He kept us updated with each visit and, from the pictures he sent, the dogs looked like they had a ball. They'll probably miss him now more than they missed me being gone. I will DEFINITELY use him again!!

I have used Companion for a few years now. Stephen and his team are extremely reliable and professional. They allow you to schedule your visits online, down to the time you would like them to show up. The difference is in the details: I receive an email report daily with a photo of my cat, they take the litter out to the dumpster so my apt doesn't stink when I get home, they even pill my cat at no extra charge. Anyone who has had to travel before knows what kind of peace of mind this great service can give. Thanks Companion!

CPS is always there when we're in a pinch with our English Bulldog - who is nothing less than immediate family to me. When I need Stephen to help the pup with mid-day relief, or for overnight services, I always know he's in good hands. The Texas weather can be dangerous for English Bulldogs with those who are not mindful of the conditions. I never hesitate to ask Stephen to help out and know that our pup is in the best of hands. I can't recommend Stephen and his company enough.

I have used Companion Pet Services for YEARS and I could not recommend them more highly!! I have 2 cats and 1 dog and they get the most amazing care when I am out of town--maybe even better than if I am home! :) I have never felt more at-ease while away on vacation. Most recently, I was away on a 3 night vacation and my sitter, Susan, did such an awesome job of sending me text messages every day giving good reports. She was absolutely fantastic! My pets are always in great spirits when I get home from vacation, which is such a great sign that they were given some love and attention. I am so thankful for Companion Pet Services!

They are fantastic! Steven is always professional and is always there to help in a pinch. I know our dog loves being walked by Liz and she always provides me with an update on his walks! They really provide us with a piece of mind and I cannot tell you how grateful we are!
