CityVet - White Rock Dallas, Texas

Apparently this place is not professional. When I asked about job opportunities, one of the employees explained to me that this place is not where I want to be. Sad. But she could have been wrong.

Very efficient vet office! Love them.

Excellent veterinarians- knowledgeable, caring, & extremely thoughtful about treatment options. Support staff are helpful & friendly, & make the whole clinic feel like a community place. They seem to work as a team, which is great to witness.

Boots my dog and I we bought are very happys whit this clinic Dr Farr is very professional and my dog has been healing so quick then I don’t know how can we said thank you and God bless you I hope see you soon for his follow up check up

Some of the staff there are amazing, some need to work on their attitude. There have been multiple times I have been there and some of the techs/doctors are snobby. I have also heard some of the vet techs talk down on their fellow employees as well as the manager, I believe it’s the manager while I’ve been in a room. That is not a good environment to be in and I feel sorry for whoever they are talking about.

This is the best vet clinic! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. They are quick to get us in when needed and take no time at all to get my babies fixed up. Thank you!

CityVet is terrific. Our dog got hit by a car, and after we called a doctor stayed after hours to see us.

Great vet, have always treated our animals well. Had the unfortunate experience of having to euthanize one of our pups Lucy, but CityVet was empathetic and supportive throughout.

Literally the best vet on the planet. I’m a travel nurse and have to use vets when I’m on assignment, but nowhere compares to the staff and service at this place.

Dr. Farr and her team are excellent. Takes care of Sadie and Theodore. Completed blood work on Sadie then scheduled her teeth cleaning. No major work needed. Great value for excellent service. Thank you Dr. Farr and team

I take my dog here and they are very attentive and knowledgeable and give great recommendations. I may need to try some place else purely because I know there are vets closer to where I live but this place is definitely great

The vet, vet techs, and nurse were very professional. They wanted to take my dog to the back to get a weight and examine her. I told them I didn't want to be separated from her since the last vet hurt my dog behind closed doors. They were not thrilled but did what they needed with me in the room. The prices were fair.

Great. Coco got hernia surgery repair and he is doing great since day one. Thanks to all Doctors and the assistants.

I was blown away by the compassion and competency Dr. Dame showed us as our dog was diagnosed with a terminal illness and eventually had to be put down. Dr. Dame and the entire staff were the best, and there's no one I would have rather chosen walk with us through this difficult time.

Our pup usually sees Dr Dame, who is excellent - calm, friendly, and knowledgeable - but we've had great experiences with all the vets we've seen here. Our dog had to be boarded with some stomach issues at one point when we were going out of town, and they took great care of her. Now when she goes back, even though any vet's office makes her nervous, she's excited to see individual vet techs who took care of her. Case in point on their care for their animals: we were just driving past and a tech was sitting on the grass out front with one of their charges and was giving her scratches and affection the whole time we were sitting at the traffic light. The dog couldn't have looked happier.

Evacuated Louisiana due to hurricane Ida and my dog did not do well on the car ride to Dallas. Dr. Farr saw my dog last minute and prescribed some meds for him for the car ride home, and then even comped the bill. Amazing service from a veterinarian who obviously cares. Thank you!

Staff really cares about your pets and are very informative! I cannot remember our nurse’s name, but she, the doctor, and the desk clerks were all amicable and communicative! The free consultation on your first pet/appointment is also a huge help. Not too sure if this is only a promotional thing, but it was the initial reason I went here and I found that they’re pretty inexpensive when it comes to certain medicines!

We come here for guinea pig nail trims. My pigs actually enjoy it! They always work us in and are friendly and welcoming.

Good boarding for my cat! Boarding is never easy but they took great care of us!

There aren't really words that express how I feel about the entire staff, doctors, techs, groomers, and the up front staff. They have provided me and my dog the best care, and interact with me on a personal level that I haven't experienced with any other vet.

I couldn’t come on here quick enough to write this review. Been bring my dog Luna here for a while now & we recently rescued a 4 month old German shepherd mix. He had a horrible past home and he was having trouble letting them exam him. They were so great in making him feel safe & comfortable in order to check on him. I can’t thank enough Dr. Luevano & the tech who’s name I hate I didn’t ask for ???? but everyone was so amazing!!!

My fur girl loves going to City Vet White Rock. She adores the staff and responds great to the Doctor. They provide fantastic customer service and I know my girl is in good hand with professional that have great hearts. Tammy Shirley

I just love City Vet White Rock. Everything is always clean. The staff is so nice and welcoming. I must admit I am so emotional when it come to my Polo but I never have to worry when he goes to City Vet. Dr. Farr is so amazing and very good at her job. Polo never wants to leave. He is such a happy camper when he’s there. They take such great care of Polo and for that I am forever Grateful. What a blessing you all have become to out family. You all are my family! Again, the folks at CityVet White Rock were very compassionate with us at the end of our cat's life.

Even with covid 19 restrictions the easy of my baby dog begin in there care was comfortable. Always nice and welcoming staff. Thank you For easing my baby injury

Dr. Farr and her staff take wonderful care of my dogs when I bring them in for visits. They listen to my concerns and offer solutions that work with my budget. They appear to truly care for people and pets.

Dr. Farr is so knowledgeable, caring and kind to animals and their people. I would reccomend the White Rock location to anyone in East Dallas.
