Dr Arroyo, DeLayne and many others there take such good care of our older, small dog. They really care about the animals and help talk and think through the big picture of what’s affecting your pet to ensure they get the best care.

Glad I found this vet. They have been very thorough and committed to helping us keep our pets healthy so they can live long lives. As they have gotten older the costs seem to rise so practice healthy habits with your loved ones early in life.

We highly enjoy Dr. Tubby here for our vet visits.

My fur babies and my neighbor's fur baby were treated with the care they needed, and they DID NOT Price Gouge Us. The BONUS for Us was, that The Nurse was able to Translate in ESPAÑOL.Very Very Pleased!!!

I would highly recommend Dr. Lufkin at CityVet Preston Forest. I moved to Dallas from Arkansas a year ago after graduating college and my biggest concern with settling in here was finding a vet of the same caliber as our AR vet. We had a couple really bad experiences at a chain type vet clinic when we first moved here, so I was hesitant to try CityVet but Preston Forest had been recommended to me and when my cat got a urinary tract infection this was the only clinic on my list who could get us in same day. The staff were friendly and Dr. Lufkin was knowledgeable and answered all my questions, even days after the visit when I had follow up questions. I was particularly impressed after taking my GSD Chandler in. Dr. Lufkin and the techs always make the experience low stress, which was particularly important to me, and we never feel rushed. Dr. Lufkin makes the very short list of vets I truly trust!

The vet, techs and all people I dealt with were great! Very personable and kind and acted like it 8snt just a job to them which I value. They explained things well and seemed genuine. I have to be honest and say I wasn't quite prepared for the cost, especially without having done XRays. But blood work I guess is expensive and the med they prescribed was pretty high too. They were trying to be thorough and make sure my baby was ok to tolerate the anti-inflammatory. All in all a very good experience with the people, the care, the interest in my dog, but choked a bit when I heard the cost.

Everyone I've met at this CityVet location has been very responsive and caring. I first went to this clinic when one of my rabbits was extremely sick and no one else in the area would could see her including her regular vet. Dr. Tate is knowledgeable, explains well and it was obvious the animal's welfare comes first. Today I brought in my other rabbit for a well visit and she received the same care and attention. I'd definitely recommend Dr. Tate and the staff at CityVet Preston Forest.
