CityVet - Lovers Lane Dallas, Texas

First came here as a foster parent for Cane Rosso, and now I have switched my pets over to them! They are so nice and explain everything they do, along with prices beforehand so there are no surprises with the bill. Thanks to everyone at City Vet for taking care of my babies!

They were able to squeeze my baby in for a test and quick exam to get him feeling better. They were super professional, candid, and polite! This is our new place. They truly care for their patients and their parents.

The staff, groomers, and veterinarians at CityVet Lovers are incredible. I’ve been taking my sweet pup there since she was 6 weeks old. She is now 3 years old. Everyone is so friendly and helpful they treat my fur baby like she’s their own! I never have to worry about her getting neglected during a groom appointment or a drop off exam while I’m at work. She may not necessarily like getting her yearly shots here and there, but she definitely enjoys the cuddles and belly rubs!

Needed a travel certificate for my dog and although I couldn't get it done here, the nurse at the front office was extremely helpful and redirected me to the branches where I could get it.

Great staff! My dog actually enjoys being there.They are very in tune with what my dog needs and diagnosing him. Highly recommend

I switched to City Vet last year. I have now had appointments with all three veterinarians and a variety of staff members and continue to be impressed. I have a highly anxious dog who hates going to the dr. Our previous vet, had to be muzzle and remove him from the room I was in for his exam. At City Vet, the drs and technicians actually soothed him with their gentle, compassionate approach and even sat on the floor with him. It made such a huge difference in his experience - and mine!

I’m new to the Dallas area and had to rely on reviews for my new puppy. The staff was so warm, welcoming and very knowledgeable. The vet fees were also reasonable, which I was thrilled about. I’m definitely sticking with this place! When I went I also noticed they do baths, hair cuts and it looks like boarding as well. 10/10!!

I handle medical for a local rescue group and we have used this location many times. Everyone here is very professional and helpful. I have to give a shout out to Si Nae, who has been so wonderful to work with and is so incredibly passionate about helping dogs! City Vet is lucky to have her as a member of their team!

Friendly staff and one of very few vets who allow pets parents to come inside with their pets instead of just doing curbside. This is a big deal for us who have a cat that needs us there in order to cooperate.

Going to the vet is always an ordeal with my cat. CityVet at Greenville is the best. Their staff is fantastic and so kind. They are patient with all of my questions and so focused on your animal. In my opinion, the cost is very reasonable. Overall I’d highly recommend them!

Great service and quick to turn around getting us medication for our cats!

I have taken my cat to city vet on lovers 3 times now and had great experiences. Dr. Dill saw her this time and took her time to explain everything and my cat really liked her and let her pick her up and give her a shot. (My cat is a good judge of character :) definitely recommend. They usually can get us in pretty last minute too. Everyone is very welcoming there too.

Dr. Farr and her staff are the best and we are so lucky to have found them! Her vet techs are friendly and go out of their way to help my dog who has INTENSE anxiety feel comfortable. She also takes a conservative approach when an animal is sick and doesn't jump the gun to the more invasive/expensive tests/solutions, which I appreciate. Pricing for things is reasonable and they are up front about the cost of things recommended. She's not in this just to make money and the way she makes that clear puts me at ease and makes it easy to trust her. I never have to be on guard worrying that she's recommending something excessive or unnecessary. For example, it would have been easy for her to recommend another f/u appt for my dog today in person that she could easily charge for. She didn't. She said I could email her a photo or come in for a complimentary in person visit. She explains everything in detail, why she's recommending something, etc. She really takes her time with you and your animal. We will NEVER go anywhere else or see anyone else as long as we are in Dallas!! Thank you Dr. Farr and your staff for your wonderful care!!

My kids (dogs) love their friendly visit to CityVet. The go right inside and are calm. They visit twice a year but you know they have good memories . Service is always on time and friendly. Environment is clean with no odors or howling animals. Tells me this is a friendly, safe feeling office for my dogs. Sheri Campbell

Took my sweet little baby for a check up and everyone was so nice. I was stuck in traffic and they allowed me to still keep my appointment. My baby was terrified and when they brought her back to me she was calm and happy.

This was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Not only can you get your pets vaccinated but you can board them there as well. It’s like a one stop shop. I would definitely recommend this place .

Both Dr. Wang and Dr. Farr are awesome and the vet techs are always really nice!

I can not say enough good things about City Vet Lovers Lane. Every lady there is amazing and incredibly sweet. We brought our dog there before moving to Houston and they took the absolute best care of him. He had his TPLO surgery there last November and they did a fantastic job and he healed up perfectly. This September his other ACL tore and it was impossible to get an appointment before December in Houston. I called them and they were immediately on top of getting us in ASAP. They once again took extremely great care of him and were so sweet whenever I called with questions. I highly recommend them!!

Great people the staff has the best customer service

Dr. Dill is an AMAZING Vet! She is very thorough and provided a comprehensive overview of options to treat my pet for a laceration including the pros and cons of each option. She has excellent chair side manner and communicates well. She is also very knowledgeable and well trained in veterinary science. I highly recommend Dr. Dill. I have interacted with many vets and she is the best thus far!

My cat is not feeling well, not eating much of anything and being lethargic. I made an appointment to this vet hoping to get any information or suggestions to what I should do. They looked at my cat for 5-10 minutes. Told me nothing is wrong with them and suggested I should try different types of food for him. Otherwise the only thing they could do is a blood test. No information whatsoever about what it could be, just a shrug of the shoulders and a “welp, could be anything. Only way to know is to spend $200 on a blood test but that might not tell us anything either, good luck!” This place feels like they just want you in and out of their doors as soon as possible with your money in their pockets. Go somewhere else if you want to feel like they remotely care about your pet.

I have been bringing my pets to CityVet Greenville Ave for over a year now and they are amazing!! Not only are they qualified but the have incredible compassion for their patients! I would recommend them to anyone needing great care at a reasonable price!!

Words can’t even express how amazing Dr. Tomlin and staff have been for us and our dog Al. Al is a rescue who doesn’t love to be poked and prodded on. Dr. Tomlin has taken her time with Al and always does everything she can to make sure he has top notch care with as little stress as possible. We have had some very unfortunate medical situations with Al and everyone at City Vet has gone well above and beyond to help us outside of just providing the best possible care for our buddy. We couldn’t ask for a better support system and team of people truly wanting nothing but the best for our buddy! We are forever grateful for this amazing and kind staff. If you want a trustworthy vet who is honest and a true advocate for animals, City Vet is the vet to choose!

Love this place! Every vet we have seen is fabulous and takes great care of my Cookie. I can tell they all love her like their own!! We also take her there for grooming and I am convinced they do the best job of anyone in the city for the price. She looks exactly like what I want every single time!! Added bonus: the vet is right there if something were to go wrong during a groom which eases my anxious dog mom heart! I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone and every one!!
