I have taken my oldest dog to the CCC for three years and had nothing but great experiences up until about 2 months ago. There’s been an obvious decline in quality of service, which we brushed off as maybe being too busy from the upcoming holidays. Then one of the groomers injured my dog, looks like a razor burn according to the vet. Never had any issues before, so absolutely can not blame it on the dog. As someone who has always owned and had animals groomed, I understand accidents happen. But not only did they not notify me of the injury, they also charged me $133. This is absolutely horrific service. Big thank you to the vet next door, Highland Park Animal Hospital, for covering the cost of her exam fee and medicine . Canine Country Club, do better.

Our dog had just been to the animal hospital affiliated with this groomer last week. Vet told us he was in good shape and shots were up to date. Today, our dog was taken to the Canine Country Club for grooming. After picking him up an second charge came across my credit card for an additional $190. We called to inquire figuring it was a mistake. But in fact, without our authorization they had him see again by the Vet and administered 4 shots including Lepto. We did not authorize this service. I spoke with the manager who said they called the day before but we checked our phones and no call was received and certainly no voice mail was left. She simply said they are authorized to administer whatever they need on your pet as needed. This is a terrible way to do business and leaves the consumer with any kind of control for the care of your pet. If you love your pet, DO NOT take them to this groomer. You have absolutely no idea what they will do when they have your pet. I really wish Google would allow negative stars as this would have been my first negative star review.

We have used CCC for over a year now. We have loved our experience and our fur baby loves it too. They are kind and professional and I would recommend them to anyone.

My dog has been coming here since he was 6months old and always leaves with a smile. The staff is nice and had always made me feel like he was in good hands. The real proof of how much teddy enjoys it can be seen when we pull into the drive way. He immediately starts to wag his tail and gets excited. A big plus is the clinic they are next to and work with. If he needs a shot, I’ll talk to them about it at day care drop off and then they’ll take it from there. Great place. Great people.

Haley is always very nice and my dog loves her. Every time I pick him up he looks like he doesn’t want to leave. LOL!
