I can't say there are a bad place. I've been going for a few years. But what is upsetting is that I tell them what I want and when I see my fur baby she's does not look like what I expected. Yes I cried! And I called them and I was told the person checked me in out teddy bear cut when I asked for schnauzer face. They didn't offer for me to bring her back so they can do what I wanted. So I'm paying someone else to fix it now.

My first time taking my yorki Bentley and he looked absolutely adorable they did a beautiful groom on my baby today I’m totally happy with all they did especially around his eyes and nose so clean. Definitely found my new groomer!!????????

I am not sure who answered the phone but they were very rude and sarcastic when I simply asked if they had any availability that day. I asked how soon they would have something available and then he hung up on me. I would not bring my dog here.

Very Friendly, and Professional to their customers. We are next door helping Salon A La Mode stay open against the Tyrant Governor Greg Abbott, and Clay Jenkins for Human Rights crimes and Economic Terrorism. I've been here 3 days in a row and have witnessed this "Essential Business accordingly to the Tyrants aka favoritism"

Paula is fantastic with our fur baby and they always do an amazing job. We’ve been coming here for 5 years now. We moved a few years back and still drive 40 minutes to see Paula and her staff!

Paula and her team are great. I have tried some groomers closer to where I now live, but keep coming back to Paula because she and her people do such a good job.

Paula & Bill are, & were, AMAZING; ???????? WAY up! My Rotties, Ivy & Guinness, LOVED their experience, & they looked PERFECT after their baths, deshedding, nails, etc. If I had 5 thumbs I’d give 5 thumbs-up; 20 out of 10, etc, etc. I’m SO THANKFUL to have found them after moving back from Auburn, AL recently. There they’d had the best daycare & groomers, & I’ve been desperate to find someone even comparable; Paula, Bill, & everyone @ Fire Plug are PERFECT, & I couldn’t be happier to have found their new, forever, groomers here. THANK Y’ALL SO MUCH; see y’all, again, soon!

We’ve taken our doggies here for awhile and the staff is always friendly. Our pups come home clean and happy with their fresh hairdos. Price is good and pups look great!

Paula is the bomb - can't find a better groomer anywhere.

Excellent service, my dog is never afraid of going there for a bath in spite of his hatred for water. Only thing to remember is they don't accept plastic (I think it's cash only)

They are so good with all the dogs. Our girl used to hate the groomer before we started coming here. When I was waiting for the customer in front of us to finish dropping off their dog before I got out of the car, I noticed how nervous the other dog was. The employee bent down to his level and was petting him to help him feel more comfortable before she too him inside. I love how much they actually care about our dogs!

We loved our first visit to Fire Plug, and I took my dog back a month later. She came home itching at her leg, and within a few days, she became unable to walk normally. She was in so much pain, she didn’t even eat for two days. The vet shaved the area that seemed to be bothering her and her hip was covered in cuts and abrasions. She’s definitely not going back.

The owner has a soft, and caring heart for our rescues. That means everything to us!

Paula is so nice and the groomer did a wonderful job on our Aussie/blue heeler/border collie mix. Just like we asked. Wish we had started using her years ago! Even took me in back to see the facility.

Nice clean place for pets. Folks working there are professionals and pleasant doing a super job "grooming". But most important is that "Ginger" our boxer loves going there for a "touch up".

As always, this place is fabulous. In about 3 minutes (no exaggeration) my dog was in and out and had perfectly cut nails. The last time I took her somewhere else, the groomer was clearly due to go home and not patient with my anxious dog. This time, they took a sec to distract her and Voila!

Not very easy to deal with; they do not answer their phone and when they do they seem curt and rude. They do not take any cards and did not provide me with the correct address so we got lost the first time going there. I am glad they are busy and booked up, but she does not have to be so off putting on the phone after you have tried for days to reach her. I am not going to beg for an appointment. Not going back.
