Camp Bow Wow - Floyd Circle is amazing and my dog loves going each day. All the employees are wonderful and you know they care about all the dogs that are there. Everyone seems to know each of the dogs by their names. Jasper is always ready to "go see his friends" every week!❤

I worked a shift at Camp Bow Wow I enjoyed it so much of course I am an animal lover so it was a great experience everyone that worked there was very nice to me and more importantly they were great with the dogs everyone I saw interacted with ALL the dogs and they knew almost all of the fur babies names and there were a lot of names to learn so I was impressed with how clean it was and how great the staff was with all the dogs especially with all the barking that was happening cuz that's what sum dogs do ????????????????

Gillian knew who we were from an inquiry the first day I brought my dog in for daycare. She was also able to answer questions I had about her behavior while being boarded and showed me the dog she bonded with.

Our dog Marlo has a lot of energy, so we like to send him to Camp Bow Wow once a week to tire him out. He LOVES it! When I tell him he's going to go to go to camp, he races for the door and into the car. When we arrive, he nearly pulls my arm off in his excitement to get in and see his "friends." The employees there are all great, very friendly, eager to help you and they love all the dogs. They all know Marlo's name. The best part is the webcams--you can watch your dog having a great time all day. Marlo always comes home exhausted and happy and not even that dirty. We haven't boarded Marlo there overnight yet, but I am 100% comfortable with the idea because I know the folks at Camp Bow Wow will take care of him and he'll have a great time.

Love the way you took care of my dog and informed me about a cough that she had contracted. The communication was great, there were consistent updates about her health and a plan of action if her health or symptoms deteriorated. She was quarantined her in a private room for her safety and the safety of others. We appreciate the thoughtfulness while she was in your care.

The camp bow wow staff were very professional and seemed to be well trained in how to handle the large number of dogs, which made me more comfortable leaving my pups there. I also like that they have cameras, so you can check on your dogs while gone and watch them play during the day. Overall, my dogs seemed to enjoy their stay (especially my older dog), and I would use camp bow wow again when leaving town.

10/10! I love how easy and reliable the Dallas High Five location is. Even after we have moved we continue to drive farther just to stay at this location. The staff are very attentive and always monitoring the pups. They are on a first name bases with our doodle and they are always excited when she comes in. Their customer service is wonderful and my pup always leaves happy and tired from a full day of play. Thank you for making time away from her 100% stress free!

Great place for doggie daycare. Employees are always with the dogs throughout the day. Cameras have great angles to be able to see the dogs remotely.

They were wonderful with our dog, very friendly, and enthusiastic! I would feel safe leaving my dog with them any time. Being able to tune into cameras at any time is great. It would be nice if they had cameras in the kennels at night though.

I really appreciate the cameras that overlook the pups to put my mind at ease. The staff there is all so INCREDIBLY kind. My partner and I went out of town for Valentine's Day and when we came back to pick up our pups they had done this SUPER SWEET Valentine's Day card from the pups to us. A gesture like that just made me a customer for life!

My 5 month old puppy has gone there two times. The second time she went, a senior dog bit her face, barely missing her eye and making her bleed. I understand that the daycare couldn’t have prevented it because it happened so quickly without a buildup. My puppy just smelled the other dog and the dog snapped without a warning. I am a bit upset that it happened. I feel like the owner of the dog should pay for all of the retraining classes since I’ve already spent a lot of money to properly put her through training since she’s a German Shepherd and known for being reactive, and now she’ll probably be defensive towards other dogs (they have now banned the dog btw). However, I am pleased with the measures that the daycare took afterwards. They immediately contacted me and took her to the vet for a proper examination of the wound and the manager paid for the whole thing out of pocket and will deal with the other owner paying him back, which is not common with dog daycares since many would leave the injured dog owner to pay all the bills and will rarely compensate them. The daycare workers seemed genuinely apologetic and were honest about the situation....aside from that, it’d be nice if the play area was a little bigger

The experience I had with Camp Bow Wow from the moment I called to place my reservation to the time I picked up my dog was nothing short of exceptional. As we were traveling to Dallas, I called in last minute to see if I could get my dog boarded for a few hours and Rob seamlessly made that happen, even on company’s off day! I forgot the young lady‘s name who greeted us at the door but she was great as well. She bathed and cut her nails so nicely. When I came to pick Nova up she looked so happy and enjoyed her time at the Camp. I am so happy I chose Camp Bow Wow and would not only be happy to return to the Dallas location but your many other locations as well. Happy camper and happy mama!

Great place to leave your dog. They treat our dog with great care and even remember his name.

My two, less than easy babies love Camp Bow Wow! They are especially great with my little one that is extremely high energy! My big one, that hates everything, loves it at Camp Bow Wow as well!

I want to recommend this place but I can’t recommend it, unfortunately. We’ve left our dog about 5 times here total. 3 times they failed to complete the bath and nail trim for pickup. Every time we’ve given feedback to that effect. Today, they had no reasons for it but when they took her back for the nail trim at our insistence, they cut her too close and she was bleeding. That was the 2nd time they’ve done that! They overcharged me 1 time. I’ve tried talking to the manager Anna, but the behaviors didn’t change. I won’t be back :(
