Been bringing my babies here for years. We moved about 20 miles away and still bring them here because we never have any issues. One of our dogs was an older rescue and he’s weary of strangers but after our first visit here he’s always excited to get to the back when we drop him off. Makes me feel like they are treating him well.

The BEST place to board your animals! The staff is incredible and care for your animals as if they were their own. We will board nowhere else.

For pet boarding, doggie day care, and pet services in North Dallas, this is my go-to place. Kimberly has been doing this for a while and is amazing.

They were able to take.in our pup on short notice. He seemed happy and healthy when we came.to pick him up. Dont forget to bring vaccination records!

I dropped my dogs off for the holiday weekend and paid in full when I dropped the dogs off. When I went to pick them up, I was told I had an extra charge on my account for an extra day since "they weren't told of when I'd be picking the dogs up." I referred back to email confirmations of the price I was told and to my bank statements proving I had already paid the amount in full. They refused to let me have my dogs until I paid this extra, incorrect amount, and when I called management today, they stated that I was charged incorrectly but still have a "no refund" policy and can only give me a credit. This place DOES NOT CARE about customer service and doing right by the customer; they only care about keeping money on their accounts. Beyond unhappy and will never bring my dogs back here again!!

I had a hard time dragging my furry one out of this place!!. :) The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and patient with me, because I asked so many questions. Keepers!!

My dog and i went to take a look at their facility today. the so called “suites” looked like dungeons and the “play area” was concrete. Also, there was an annoying bird chirping.

Best place to bring your pets I promise you will love this place. Showed up to pick up my dog only to see him getting one on one time with the staff. They said "yea we play with each pet for their own special time". Wow

Seems to be a pretty good place to board your dog. A little pricey with lots of fees. Might have gone down hill a little since they started franchising. Seems less personal.

I think my dogs loved this place. Will definitely be using them again

Well, I just picked up today (Dec 28th). I spend the whole weekend with parents and left my two chows with them. By the look of it, they seem fine. I will definitely use their services again.

I went there to leave my pet for a few days. The people working there are friendly and willing to answer all your questions. I was disappointed though by the owner's attitude who not just didn't spoke to us but stood there in front of us for 5min and didn't even bother to say hi. I was desperate to find a place for my puppy so I gave a $50 deposit just in case. The next day I came back to ask for a refund since a friend of mine was willing to take care of my baby. I have to say, I did not expected the answer the owner gave me. She refused to give me back my money which is why I'm giving them only one star.

They said it was going to be $25 for the night, just pick her up before 4p.m the next day, and when I picked my dog up at 3 the bill came out to $43.30. Added warranty fee + 1/2 day boarding fee but they will still quote you the base price of $25. Glad I didn't leave my dog for the whole weekend, who knows what they would have charged for!
