Timely and efficient. Biggest argument is the long wait times when I call, but if that’s all I have to complain about I will take it! Close to our house and easy for picking up medications and last minute appointments for my Albi!

Always loved their services and professionalism. Dr. Poli is very caring. Very affordable prices and I can get appointments much faster than anywhere else in this area.

An error was made but the vet personally called and took care of the issue. The error was completely rectified and they went above what was expected. They have always been a great vet and helped in any situation that I have had. Extremely affordable and they have earned my business back. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good vet. The error was for surgery that a previous employee forgot to make note of.

Brought in my cat for breathing problem. Dr. Polikepahad was able to diagnose the exact problem and went over different treatment options clearly. After going through the treatment per his suggestion, my 12 yr old cat is doing much better and be him self again.

VCare, ran by Dr. Sumanth Polikepahad, has got to be one of the worst veterinarian clinics I've visited. I took my dog, German Shepherd, there for one year (December 2020-December 2021). I've never seen, nor talked to the veterinarian. I've always spoke with the receptionist, who then talks to the vet tech, and then my message get relayed to the doctor. like the old telephone game, my concerns get lost in translation. In July, my dog got a small chip on her tooth. I asked the vet to repair it. Again thru the telephone line, he want to extract it. Dr. Polikepahad couldn't even recommend a vet for me. I ended up taking my baby girl to a veterinarian who specializes in dental work; she still has all her teeth. Dr. Polikepahad tries to sell you on his medication. I've had my dog on Revolution and, thru the telephone game, strongly recommended something for flea control and something separate for heart worms. His recommendations would've made me spend more money. Such an impersonal doctor, he won't talk to the pet owners because of left wing COVID control and mandates. He is officially fired! I highly recommend finding another veterinarian in the Cypress, TX area. There are way better doctors who actually talk to pet owners face-to-face in this area. I hope this review was helpful for anyone looking for a veterinarian for their fur babies.

It’s been so hard to find a new vet since we moved. I applied here and about 6 others and they were the first to actually respond. They were so friendly and professional with the entire process. I felt like they actually listened to what I needed and took the time to explain/answer my questions thoroughly. Bonus, really good prices!

I had a very pleasant experience here. The staff was very friendly and the young lady at the desk was able to get my kittens seen the same day for their first check up. I highly recommend!

The worst I left my dog for sugery but I think, and I am sure they gave to him more anesthesia and he died . And he didnt take the exams before surgery. The doctors never explain to me anything about complications. Be careful where u left ur Dog my Daugher and I are so Sad. I hope dont happend to anybody else. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS CLINIC

Will absolutely return ???? Exceptional care from loving staff and Veterinarians. Found this place, & Dr Poli in May 2020. He truly cares about the wellbeing of animals. Excellent prices. Definitely recommend to all.

They were good at first but I guess that was short lived. Months ago we took our dog there and they charged us for meds that didn't work and my dog was still itching and bald spots were getting worse. They didn't want to help ease the situation and pretty much wanted us to buy more meds. Be careful coming here

Absolutely loved the service. They took such good care of my dog Alec( he is a yorkie and very old). A great experience from setting the appointment, the front desk is wonderful; to the visit itself. The veterinarian was so informative and answered all my questions. Thankful for one stop shopping as I was also able to get Alec’s prescription filled here as well. Thanks for treating Alec like part of your family. We will be back!!!

I brought my dog in a few months ago for euthanasia and the staff was so sweet and patient throughout my entire visit. Just brought my other senior pet in and Dr. Poli took his time to explain the diagnosis of my dog and what my options were. He answered my questions very well. The receptionist was very nice and professional. Will definitely keep coming back!

My experience was good. I liked overall everything. They are professional and the price is good compare to other veterinary in this area.

Friendly staff. Was quick to fit us in at the last minute. Very knowledgeable about all the different flea/tick and heart worm medicines. Had the cheapest prices of any other vet that we've been to. We will definitely be going back!

I used to love this vet, they seemed so responsive and really seemed to care about our dog. I don’t know what changed. Maybe too many clients now and overbooking. Our dog was really sick and they couldn’t squeeze us in, we’ve never had problems with that with previous vets. Luckily affordable pet vet in Katy squeezed us in because we can’t afford the emergency vet. I would recommend going elsewhere.

First time I visited this place the service was great .. I don’t know if they changed staff or what happened but I’ve brought my pets twice and they can not collect either a fecal sample or urine sample, I’m still being charged the office visit and I’m being sent home with instructions to collect samples and bring them back on my own. Today was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Asked to see my pup again 3-4 days after her wellness visit because she has cyst on her cheeks and received an email from the vet stating “we encourage you to find another vet because your pet deserves the best”. Well she does and apparently that’s not you guys. Not sure why I was told to just go find a different vet but glad you did because I found a better one. I even asked to have the office manager or the doctor call me so I can ask why you want me to see a different vet but no call. (Great professionalism) You overcharge on all medications and procedures as well.

Very professional, detailed, patient and knowledgeable. The team was great and my dogs returned happy so I know they were well taken care of.
