Muy buena atención para los animales,te explican todo muy bien y las primeras vacunas lo hacen frente a ti...y me parece que son muy honestos en el tratamiento que requiere el animal.Habia visitado antes otras veterinarias y te roban el dinero y el animal sigue igual y no son profesionales. Este lugar lo recomiendo 100 %.

The vets and staff are amazing. They take a personal interest in each of your pets, remember their names even if they aren't the current patient, and are very reasonably priced! I highly recommend the Oaks :).

Dr. Hees, Sky and the rest of the staff are all amazing! The environment and bedside manner is impeccable. From my first visit I trusted The Oaks to provide quality care to my pets and haven’t been dissatisfied with a single thing. Throughout my visits, including one of my dogs having surgery and my senior Dog going through heart failure, I felt my pets were honestly cared about and offered the best care. Today was our first experience with The Oaks Veterinary Clinic and we were so happy and pleased with the service and care we received! We had an urgent need and the clinic was very accommodating for a first time client. The staff was very friendly and the vet was extremely thorough in her exam, explanation of findings and treatment plan, and was patient with me as I voiced my concerns for my fur baby! We have found a new vet clinic and we could not be more happy:) Thanks to everyone at The Oaks for taking care of "us" today!!

Exceptional staff and care for all animals that enter the facility. They make you feel like family, and totally at ease. We recently switched over to The Oaks after years of searching for the perfect clinic,.and we've finally found one!

Though I did not like the outcome of the visit (my furbaby is really sick) I couldn't be happier with the staff and the empathy they had. Definitely my go-to vet from now on. The prices are reasonable, staff is very nice and helpful and the vet doesn't sugar coat anything. He let me know exactly what was going on and what my options were. He was sad about it, and showed empathy, but he didn't try to scam me and say "well we could TRY this or this" to get more money. Not a lot of vets will be that honest with you. They also have an app that is helpful on reordering prescriptions. Making appointments... it is the absolute best vet I've found in Cypress!

My family and I have been searching for a vet to go to on a regular basis and it has been very difficult. After a lot of research we found The Oaks. My dog Jypsy was limping since the freeze and after visiting the Oaks they were able to quickly diagnose her and tell me exactly what I needed to do to ensure my pup lived a healthy and long life. The location is beautiful and peaceful, the building is far from the main street which is nice because my dog is easily distracted by cars. For my pups injury they were very specific and explained in lamens terms which was very helpful and their pricing is incredible compared to many of the places I visited before. They always give you a fully detailed receipt on what they did, how much it cost and the total. The staff is incredibly kind, professional and helpful and I am happy to have finally found a vet I can trust and visit to for any need. For my dogs surgery they were able to make my pup feel comfortable, and was able to manage her even when she was giving them a little bit of trouble. (She has separation anxiety so this was something I was concerned about.) After the surgery they explained to me everything I needed to know, gave me a written explanation as well so I would be sure to do the recovery process right. If you are looking for a vet to go to that you can trust, that is friendly, professional and doesn't try to steal money from you, this is the place to go. All four of my dogs will now be coming here for future vet needs.

This place looks like a ranch. They even call some of there staff ranch hands. They were extremely nice and the vet was awesome. It's a little far from me, but for my friend who I took there, it's a very short drive. I wish I lived closer, I would definitely take my dogs here. It's beautiful!

Good service and vaccinated my cat in a pinch, but the lack of masks by any of the staff members in a pandemic is pretty inexcusable

Cypress residents, ya’ll gained an incredible addition to your community with Dr. Hees’ arrival!  I first met Dr. Hees in early 2014 when he was at a veterinary practice in Spring.  I brought in my then 8 year old boxer, Skylar, after she scored a 2 lb. bag of sugar in a counter surfing event. Prior to this 2014 visit, I had a strong preference for only seeing the owner of the practice. However, Dr. Hees was wonderful with Skylar, and she adored him.  Due to that and scheduling factors, Dr. Hees ended up seeing Skylar for most of her senior visits from there on out. He helped us keep our girl happy, active, and comfortable despite arthritis, a minor ligament injury in her knee, a mast cell tumor recurrence, and other senior boxer ailments. Then over the course of just a few short weeks in late 2017, Skylar had rapid and significant neuro-cognitive decline.  Dr. Hees guided us through this (brain tumor) with more compassion and guidance than I can begin to articulate. Having owned, loved and lost 2 boxers in my adult life; I can say that one of the most important aspects of dog ownership is having a vet on your side to help them live each year of their life with as much health and quality of life as can be provided. Dr. Hees is your guy! Dr. Hees, congratulations on your new practice! Many thanks for all the wonderful years of care for Skylar, and the consults/advice for our current boxer, Shiner (the ortho elbow wonder boy.)

They did my fur babies rabies vaccine and spay. Very nice staff.

Totally recommend this vet. The staff is amazing and super friendly and informative. The grounds are phenomenal. I can’t wait to try them for kenneling. They have gorgeous oak trees and a pool!!! Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vet or kennel.

You won’t find a better vet than Dr. Hees. I was so happy to find out he opened his own practice. The staff is kind, caring, knowledgeable, and super friendly. Dr. Hees is highly educated and knows his stuff. He won’t try to run a bunch of unnecessary tests or try and pad the bill. Animals truly come first with Dr. Hees.

Took my Cat and dog for the yearly check ups. The staff is very proffesional and Dr Hess was informative and helpful, especially regarding my dogs teeth problem. Thank you will be coming back

I cannot say enough good things about this office, Dr. Hees, and the entire staff. As someone who volunteers with feral cats, I’ve been to numerous vet offices around the Houston area over the years and I can honestly say I have never had a better experience anywhere and my cats are always treated like family. Reasonable prices, beautiful office and friendly staff are more reasons I will never go anywhere else.

Dr. Hees, Skye, Jessica and Brittany are all fabulous! Love the furry babies, take their time with them, talk to them and calm them. They don't try to talk you into unnecessary tests, imaging or meds AT ALL. Best Veterinary Clinic I've had in 30+ years of pet ownership. Took rescue foster pup Nico in for In the In Name of ZOEY pet advocate and adoption facilitator for intake initial vet appt, registered my two babies Buddy and Sophia before I left... it's THAT good! The "campus" is like 5 acres (I'm not good at guesstimating land area but it seems huge to me). And it's peaceful even with being right on Mueshke. Lots of trees, lots of things in general. The Oaks Dog Ranch with doggie daycare and obedience training. A shop onsite for puppy training supplies. Dog play park to for pups on leash. All the things in one beautiful spot. IMHO you'll struggle to find a better location, setting and staff! ????
