Our Shitzu needed a a bad grooming poor thing had so many matts but the ladies here took extra care of her and left her happy! I do recommend and will be back!

Friendly people that do a greàt job of pet grooming. Fast service. Brought our pet in at 8 and they called at 9:30 to pick up.

Maggie and I just returned from her first grooming appointment with Kim. Kim immediately put Maggie at ease. We recently adopted Maggie from a rescue agency and she is extremely nervous with new people, but she was comfortable with Kim who was amazing with her. Kim was professional, caring and an excellent groomer! Thank you! :)

I can't say enough how amazing Kim was with Baby Yoda. It was his 1st haircut. I wanted to get his haircut prior to surgery. Kim fit us right in her schedule. She loved, talked in a loving voice and comforted him throughout. Kim treated him like her very own. She did such an amazing job, I was crying tears of joy to see him transformed by Kim in front of my eyes. He looks so handsome. Mommy and Daddy love our Baby Yoda. Please check the photos of my pet SIMBA and it is detailed the first time it was and it is the second time 01/27/2021 This is my pet, he is 7 months old today was the second time I took him to this place the first time was when he was 5 months old, it should be noted that the first time she charged me $ 62 and this time she charged me $ 92, I had no problems because I thought she would do her job well like the first time. Today the experience was terrible, she cut the hair on her belly and her genitals, but totally horrible. She claimed that the puppy was very restless but a true professional and if she is dedicated to this work she should not have problems with the puppies, I daily bathe Simba in the outdoor park and he remains calm and even likes him a lot. Now I will tell you about his nails are a disaster, his ears are still dirty she did not take care of them either. I feel robbed, I will not go to this site again, much less will I recommend it!

The groomers were very nice and very efficient. I had never been there before but they managed to get me in for a grooming in one day and they finished with my dog in a hurry so that he didn't have to hang out at their place. Price is about average for Houston. All in all I was very pleased.

Groomers did an excellent job on our Westie. Very pleased.

I have been taking my toy schnauzer here to be groomed for 3 years. Great place, great job, and they can always get me in within a few days.

I have an older dog, with arthritis and Tail and Paw treated her gently and our dog looked great AND had a positive grooming experience!

I showed her a picture of how I wanted my yorkie groomed, and she cut him way too short. Basically butchered his face. Also he developed a staph skin infection after being groomed here. Took 3 months for it to get under control. I will NOT be back nor do I recommend them -

This was a first time experience and visit for my 4 month old Pomapoo. It was important to me that someone would be patient and understanding of my many questions and the nurture of my fur baby! When making the appointment Aubrie was very kind and welcoming. Christine was my groomer, and while I wasn’t thrilled about his brow / above the eye area totally, overall she did a great job! I could see the detail around his paws, and underbelly, and backside. I was especially pleased that when I returned to get him, he wasn’t stressed out, which made me feel that he was treated well in my absence. I will definitely return for his next session, I’ll just give some specifics about his face , and I’m sure it’ll be worked out! Oh and let me not forget to mention he smells wonderful! His little bow tie was a great treat! Thanks ladies! ???? #JAX

I usually do not talk bad about other businesses. However this service was so bad that I felt the need to let others know . We took our 9 month old Golden doodle to this place for a grooming session. Job done was average with lots of cuts and bruises on my puppy . The worst part is that ever since we got him back from here he has completely changed and is scared of everything, including us. It took 3 days of lots of love and care to get him back to a bit normal though we still have not got him back fully. Recently we noticed that there were couple of cuts on the ear and below the neck area which is still hurting him. Will not go back again and will not recommend.

We had an awesome experience! I was able to get an appointment the day after I called. Also, I was in a hurry and the groomer was able to get both of my dogs done in a short amount of time which I really appreciate. Both of our boys came home looking and smelling great, and they each had on a cute bow tie! I’d highly recommend!

I’ve been trying to find a good groomer for my aussie, I’ve tried many different groomers in cypress and I’ll be sticking with this one. He was cut exactly how I asked and looked so cute. Everyone in the office was so nice and the animals are groomed right behind the front desk so i could see how great of a job they were doing on the dog before mine which really helped. Pricing was to be expected with all the hair on this dog but he looked and smelled so clean afterwards, I will definitely bring him back here next time!

So happy to have found Tail & Paw. Not only are they close to home, but they always do a great job grooming my shih tzu’s!!

Yesterday was our first visit. The owner and staff were very friendly and very helpful. I have a shy rescue puppy and they spent the extra time needed to make her comfortable when grooming. I would highly recommend them!

My dog has not gotten a bad cut yet! They are very attentive to what I want her to look like.

This was our first time at Tails and Paws, Great Place!!! One on One contact we both were wearing Masks ???? very comfortable in these times of Covid 19... Christine, and all team members did a wonderful job on our 6 month old Wheaten Terrier... It was Henley 1st time at a groomer and she loved everyone and had no fear and came home beautiful... Christine asked many questions about how much Fur I wanted removed.... So, no shock factor, and my neighbors are asking where I went...

1st time to have rescue dog groomed. Owner suggested time&ways to work her till we know how she handles. Great job, Bella was beautiful!

The Team at Tail and Paw take very good care of our 16 year old Silkie Terrier. They are always ready at appointment time and call me as soon as grooming has finished. Maggie is in good care with Aubrie!

10/10 - Super Clean - Employees are great with all of my dogs ( even the one with a terpermant issue that hates getting groomed). Owner is super accommodating and easy to communicate with !

Aubrie does an awesome job on our yorkiepoo! She is very detail oriented and is also very attentive to our dog’s needs. I typically seem to wait until the last minute to make an appointment and Aubrie is very accommodating whenever possible. You can tell her heart is in her work!

Apparently she will only groom small dogs. Her website says nothing of the sort. How annoying.

She did exactly as I asked for my skin sensitive Bichon. Maggie looks amazing every time she leaves.

Have had great experiences coming to this groomer for the past year.

Very nice people, very attentive to my dog. They were quick and didn't kennel her. She was ready right when they said she would be.
