Town 'N' Country Animal Hospital Burlington, North Carolina

I have been going to Town N Country since 1997. At Town N Country, they do not treat my dogs like animals but the family members that they are. Personally, I have a great relationship with Dr. King. I know she will be honest with me and I know she will give my dogs the best treatment possible. She is cost conscious when it comes to recommending necessary and unnecessary testing or treatments. Yet, she gives me all options to chose what is best for us. In recent years, I have dealt with the other doctors in the practice. They all seem to share the same care, concerns and ethics.

I LOVE this office! When I first moved down here and had to find a vet I went to the one my husbands family went to since they have been going their for years. My cat NEVER had a hard time at the vet, sure he would growl and MAYBE do a small hiss, but that is all. The other office he peed in the floor, growled so loud, hissed, tried to bite & claw. Needless to say we did not go back. Town N Country is THE BEST OFFICE, they are so sweet, will love your animal like their own and put your fur babies best interested first!

Town and Country was great to Lil Button, they were able to fit her into their busy schedule, and now Lil Button is back acting like herself again!

Dr King was great to work with, she listened and understood what Roxie needed, Roxie is now feeling much better and able to get up and down the stairs again plus she is not itching anymore!

Town N Country is an amazing place for animals and their people. Everyone is compassionate and the care is incredibly thorough. The staff makes you feel as if your pet is the most special and their favorite—somehow they manage to pull this off with everyone! I love their Facebook updates featuring staff members and clients. An all around super place!

1st visit, changing vet as ours retired. This is a very clean facility. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was pleased with the visit and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vet.

I had a wonderful experience with Town & Country Animal Hospital. Front office staff was very helpful and very friendly. The vet called me to talk to me about my pet. I've never had a vet do that before and I appreciated that very much.

They have an awesome staff, from the front desk to the ones who have done surgeries on my pups. All are extremely friendly and make you and your fur-baby comfortable. This is a wonderful place to go, with people you trust to care for your fur-baby family!

Poor experience! Out of my 3 visits it was disgusting how urine from the pets stay soiled on the floor the office stay isnt friendly or caring enough! I dont recommend its been a wSye of time my last two appointments were rescheduled bc the office had emergencies and not emough techs

This place is as great as the institution it replaced and in some ways better.

Town & Country treats them with the Love & compassion we long for. From the welcoming Front Receptionist Area, to the Doctors, you automatically feel like V.I.P. My Favorite Dr. is Dr. Joy!♥️ I can’t begin to tell you how amazing she is! It’s an honor to leave my baby girl in her care & I can feel how much she genuinely cares! If you’re looking for top rate Veterinarian Care, Town & County is the place for you! Don’t believe me... try them for yourself!

Great and caring vet and personal

Town N Country Animal Hospital is Fantastic. The staff are great to its customers and their owners. Lord Finley required emergency surgery and he is back home recovering. The veterinarian explained the surgery, risks involved and recovery in plain language. Once home, we received a phone call to follow up on Finley. Great job! Thanks for all you do!

We took our sick cat to Town N Country for the first time. We were very impressed with the staff and Dr. Bolynn. The exam was very thorough, the staff spent a lot of time with us. It was obvious that they really love pets and know how to handle them in a gentle way (our cat does not like strangers). Very happy that we transferred to this veterinary clinic and we highly recommend it.

I have had two emergencies and my dogs had other problems. They look great now. Dr. King is incredible and her staff.

An excellent practice with a caring, competent staff. They are AAHA certified which is important to me after being in the field for 30 years. My dogs love to go there where they are doted on and have no fear. They've helped me through the loss of three of my beloved Bostons and have often gone above and beyond. Their level of care is unsurpassed. They are also a fear free certified practice.

Thank you to the doctors and staff for being a part of our lives during my visits with Town N Country. A gift from God , Cuz was special and I knew one day we would have to depart. Dr. King and the staff was so kind and supportive during this difficult time. Thank you for the wonderful years of the amazing staff and doctors who took care of Cuz. I appreciate the staff and the doctors at Town N Country . They are always kind to Tia and myself. They are always helpful when I call or bring Tia in for visits. They are knowledgeable and caring with the pets. I appreciate that they listen to your concerns with a sick pet.
