love this vet they are so friendly and so nice to my dogs and they go over everything with you and I just love the spirt there when I go and its always clean I feel safe taking my three dogs there thanks yall so much for the care and work yall do

Vet prices are high, but their boarding charges are reasonable and they always take very good care of my pooch. Staff is always friendly and treat my dog with kindness.

When I was a kid, my parents and I always brought our dogs here. Years later, the tradition carries on. Dr. Nick and his staff take amazing care of our goldendoodle puppy, Sadie! Have you ever seen a dog so happy at the vet? ❤️ I truly sense their love and compassion for their patients and as a first time dog mommy, I am very pleased!

Westbrook is the most efficient vet practice i have ever used. From the very first phone call, to the appt, to seeing either Dr. Cates or Dr. Nick are very pleasant experiences. I like that they tell you how much the procedure will cost ahead of time. All the ladies at the front desk are courteous and cordial and helpful on the phone and in person. Garmisch is the 4th cat i have taken here over about 16 years. I am well satisfied.

My dog had a paw pad infection brought on by allergies. I had called other places and wasn’t able to get an appointment for a week. The Emergency Clinic was closed that day. Westbrook had an available appointment the next day. They were terrific to take a new patient on a short notice. When your animal is in pain and can be treated quickly it means so much! They were professional and friendly. I recommend Westbrook Animal Hospital highly.

My pet was in severe need of medical attention, So I called Westbrook and asked if they had the facilities available to treat my animal, they said yes! Upon arrival, my dying dog and I were made to wait out in the parking lot for an additional 27 mins past our appointment time, at which point there was no helping him. Much to my dismay after his 2 minute exam, i was told that i needed to rush him to Greensboro because they didn't have the facility to stabilize him, and they would not be staying with him all night! With that being said, I never would have brought him here in the first place to be treated, if they hadn't lied and said they had the facility to do so!! Very disappointing service to say the least....

Our cat was in distress on a Saturday afternoon and we were relieved to have a place so close to us to go to in an emergency. The staff were professional and caring.
