The staff at graham animal hospital are very polite good attitudes we have never have had a problem with graham animal hospital and our appointment times they give you they are right on time .

Very nice and efficient. We have a special needs dog. When issues arise Dr. Morris takes time to help and guide us.

I LOVE IT. They were good with my fur baby.

From the reviews it does sound like they take good care of their clients but I was disappointed. My elderly cat suddenly started stumbling and showing signs that something was very wrong. After calling my own vet's office, which kept going straight to voicemail and the 24/7 emergency hospital in greensboro, that said they were not taking emergencies at 10:30 on a Wednesday, I began just calling vet's offices in the area. When I called Graham Animal Hospital, I was told they weren't accepting new clients. When I explained my cat's condition and what I had already tried to do to get him help, the receptionist said, "We aren't accepting new clients" and then hung up on me. I understand policy but this was very upsetting. I wasn't trying to break rules or weasel into someone's spot but was just scared for my fur baby. I hope this is something you will think about changing. It is not your fault that the emergency vets refused to take us or that my vet didn't pick up but...... I just can't believe how everything went down with almost all vet's offices in the triad.

They take care of the animals in a respectful manner

The whole team at Graham Animal Hospital takes both the health of the animal, and the emotional toll it can take on fur baby parents when treating patients. The empathy and comfort are a rare find, I highly recommend putting your trust in this team.

I have been taking my pets there for 20 years. They have always been professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and I consider them friends. I trust them to take care of my babies.

As of right now they are not letting nobody in. They will come out to your car and get your pet and your payment. 5/3/21

They have been awesome with the drive up service. Drive up, call to let them know you are there. They come out and get your pet. Covid 19 has not effected the care that they give our precious pets. Love me some GAH !
