Very friendly service! Have also found that they have been able to keep stock when others have not.

This company has earned a regular customer. The store is organized well, items are reasonably priced. I go here for FreshPet dog food, and I found some awesome dog toys made of recycled materials on the sale rack.

Honestly, I can't ask for better customer service then Pet Supplies Plus. Staff is always on point as well as product options. I buy for a kitty and turtle and now that I found this place, Im not worried about where to go for great items and friendly team members.

I went here looking for food for ducks but I will never go to this place again. There were a group of employees in the front so I went over to them trying to ask if they sold stuff for ducks and they just looked at me but the cashier all though she was checking out someone took a moment to tell me that they don't sell stuff for ducks per say but at the end of aisle 3 on the left there was something they could eat. Well I went to look but never saw what she was talking about so I wondered around the store to see what all they carried bc I'm new to the area. NO ONE EVER asked me if I needed help so I just left. I wasn't expecting such bad customer service in this area.

Used their grooming salon today. Dan did an amazing job on our boy. It's obvious that he is a dog lover and treated our pup well. We are really happy to have found someone we like. We did an express groom since Tucker doesn't like being placed in a kennel. We spent time in the store waiting and were asked by every staff member we saw if we needed help. Wonderful staff. We will be coming back.

Very helpful and experienced. I had no idea about betta fish until I talked to one of the staff members. It turns out she also has a betta fish as well. She gave me plenty of information to help me make a proper decision. I wish I could remember her name because she definitely made my experience five stars!

I was seeking information regarding a stray kitten found at my property. Having no knowledge of cats, my Daughter and I went to our neighborhood Pet Supplies Plus store for guidance. Boy did we get it! Store Associate Hunter was out at our car to see the little kitten, looked her over and as she cradled in his arms, we went back into the store and got food & supplies needed to keep her safe and healthy until we found her a home. I will be forever grateful for his professional expertise and care given on such a hectic and stressful day. Thanks again Hunter!

Customer service still exists, and Pet Supplies Plus (at FM 529 and Baker Cypress) is the poster child. I learned this store carries a cat food I was about to order online, so I decided to get it locally instead. I'd planned to do a curb-side pickup, but when I discovered I was close enough to get free home delivery, I chose that option. First, I got a call from a delightful woman at the store, telling me a toy I'd added to my order at the last minute had sold out, and asking me if I'd like anything else instead. To actually get a phone call (instead of an e-mail or even just a missing item at the time of pickup/delivery) was a level of service I hadn't experienced in a long time. When my pet food arrived early the following morning (it would have been delivered the same day if I'd placed the order earlier), the order was placed in a safe area on my porch, just where I'd asked, and it was perfect. None of the battered bags and boxes I've grown accustomed to with online orders. This was like having a present left at my door. The packaging, the placement, the condition of the bags inside, and even the receipt enclosed in an envelope that looked like a greeting card--everything was far beyond the level of service I've grown used to elsewhere. So yes, I'll be purchasing from Pet Supplies Plus in the future!

I really like this pet store. When I shop inside the store, the employees are always helpful and friendly. On the occasions when I prefer not to go inside, the curbside pickup is fast and easy.

We moved about 30 minutes away, but we still travel to this location because of the service and the staff. The store has a mom and pop store feel and the staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. You can tell that everyone who works there loves animals and loves what they do.

They have a lot of great treats an food for your pets needs at reasonable prices.

I'm giving all 5 stars because the customer service at this store is superb. Every employee I have come across while at this store is friendly, helpful, and available when you have any questions concerning pets and products. They aren't a big store but the people have a big heart and that's what keeps my family wanting to go there. They also let my kids pet/ touch/ see the animals up close to socialize them which is a lot better than large chain stores who just don't do that.

This store has everything that I look for my fur babies plus more.

I love this coming here and sometimes bringing my pets as well. They are very customer focused and even the managers will stop what they are doing to come help you. This isn't the closest pet store to my place but I am willing to drive a little extra for the friendly service. Plus they carry the femur bones my power chewers love!

Locally owned full service pet store. They have all the brands including Hill's Science Diet, The Honest Kitchen, and Stella & Chewy's. They also price match and have weekend deals on social media. The staff are friendly and helpful, too. This is the best of a small business but with big box store products and perks!
