They were able to work us in sooner than the original appointment day and made sure I went home with any questions I had completely answered. Absolute most caring people. They are well staffed and extremely patient. Dr. Powell and Derrick (the two I have seen) are very sharp in their diagnosing and very gentle with the animal. I am SO glad my friend recommended this facility when I moved. Cannot recommend enough. They go above and beyond.

One of the BEST animal hospital I've ever been to. They are truly amazing veterinarians and staffs, and I will be forever grateful to them for helping my dog. The staffs and doctors know our name and our pet names when you visit and always treat us as family. Dr. Powell & Dr. Derrick gives you their best recommendation for your pet. They were so patience with me since I had a lot of questions regarding treatments, Post OP, medicine etc. If you are looking for a veterinarian, do not hesitate with GFAH! They are wonderful & genuine people. I was so happy to find them!

This was my first visit to them-- they aren't my closest vet, but my prior experience with one of the veterinarians had given me hope. They worked me in as a late appointment, stayed till the job was done. More affordable than some animal hospitals in the area, for my experience tonight.

Great experience with the hospital staff. It is close to my home. With Covid I arrive, call and have my pet taken in and brought out by the staff. This works well. The veterinarians are personable and responsive to my questions and concerns.

Been trusting Glenwood Falls with my animals for almost 20 years.. never had a bad experience. Love these guys and gals.

Arrived for my appointment 5 minutes early and called the number on the poster for them to come get my dog from the car. Took four attempts to get someone to answer the phone and then was immediately put on hold. After they finally answered, they said they would come pick up my dog shortly. After 30 minutes they finally came out to get my dog. I told them forget the appointment and just give me my dogs records so I could go find a Vet who values me as a customer enough to respect my time. Had a similar poor experience previously. Been using them for 20 years, but time to move on and find a Vet focused on customer service. They also won't write a prescription for pet medications and only will sell them at higher prices than you can get them through internet providers with a prescription.

Love Glenwood Falls Animal Hospital specially Dr. Torrance. Always taking great care of my puppies. Caring, professional, loving and reasonable prices.

Great staff. Lost 2 dogs in the past 2 years and they have been nothing but caring, accommodating and professional.

Recently we came to this veterinarian hosptial to get a third opinion of our 16 year old cat regarding some relatively new health issues. Unfortunately, we had to put our grumpy beloved Tigger to sleep. The entire staff were super supportive and sympathetic to the situation. After this encounter, I knew for the future needs of my all my pets, I wanted them to have the same care. The visit today proved to me I made the right choice of changing to this establishment. I felt that despite not being able to go inside with my dog, Dr. Smith and the technician ( i'm horrible with names sorry -she was so nice though) were thorough in the education etc of what I needed to do for my dog. They listened without judgment and offered great way to help me try to get my pup to lose wt! Another huge plus, and something I have never encountered with previous veterinary hospitals, is that they give you an exam report card which basically is a summarizaton of the visit, any recommendations, and what the goals are in the case of my dog until the next visit. I am so glad we found this place despite the not so great situation leading to it. If you are in the spring/cypress area, I highly recommend them.

Dr Powell saved my poodle's R eye. He teamed up with us , came out to the car two times that I can remember during this Pandemia to rescue not only Polar, but me the "mom". My husband and I are very thankful to him, Dr Derrick and their staff and I recommend it highly to the entire Cy Fair area.

They are the best and are very caring. They treat our fur babies as their own.

I have always had a great experience here. Both of my dogs are regulars.
