If you’re looking for a vet, 10/10 recommend. Grooming on the other hand… If you have a schnauzer, make sure that Sam doesn’t cut their hair. I had to tell her how to cut my dog’s hair twice. She just wasn’t familiar with it. Request that someone else groom your dog. My dog was at the groomer for SEVEN hours just for him to look his worst he has ever looked in 10 years. Sam had not even cut the hair on his head or around his ears. The hair on his chest is so uneven, you can even see his bare chest in some spots. It is not cheap and it is so frustrating to have your dog be under so much stress for such a long time just for him to not look good.

Would recommend this clinic, its vets, and its staff to any pet parent. So much more affordable than my previous vet office, with top-notch care. I have a very anxious and fearful dog who can be difficult for vet visits. Casey answered my call, listened to my concerns, scheduled a same day appointment, then checked us in - all with a calming tone for my dog. Dr. Rayne and tech Ari were incredibly patient with my pup, coaxing her and gaining her trust slowly in order to undergo an exam and receive treatment. Dr. Rayne took her time, calmed my nerves, and ensured I was comfortable with the information and diagnosis. Ari was quick and gentle with the shots, and the entire front office staff said goodbye to my pup and wished us well, even though my dog was a handful.

Our first visit couldn’t have gone any better!! I loved the fact that the Vet came in and got on the floor and took a few minutes to love on my Dog. They made sure we left understanding everything that was explained to us and made sure we had all of our questions answered and I had no doubt they were gonna make sure my Dog was feeling better in no time! And he was!!

We love seeing Dr. Keller and Kelsey. They are both so patient and attentive. The help we receive with our Belle is so spot on and has helped her overcome anxiety to a point she can just relax. Kelsey always takes her time and gets all the details and shows so much love towards our girl!

My five stars are for Nancy, the groomer. I just adore her. She calls my pups by name when we come in (I’ve never experienced that with a groomer, vet, or any other employee anywhere else before). She genuinely remembers their temperaments and how I like them cut. She explains their personalities to a T when I pick them up. Their cuts are great, too, but it’s the fact that I can tell she genuinely loves the dogs that gets my loyalty.

Every experience that I have with Cypress Fairhaven Animal Hospital is a positive one. I've visited them 3 time in the last two weeks (twice for annual exams and once for a grooming appointment) and each visit has been wonderful. They are always willing to answer my many questions, and they seem to genuinely care about my pups. After my pup had been groomed, they sent over a picture of his sweet face to let me know that he was ready (and that he behaved). It sounds like a small gesture, but it made me feel better about leaving him in someone else's care. Edited to add again that every visit is a great experience. They are always patient with me and my many questions, and I feel comfortable taking my senior pup to them. Thank you so much for the great care!

We have been with Cypress Fairhaven Animal Hospital for several years. They have taken VERY EXCELLENT care of our dogs. Over the last month, Dr. Keller has provided excellent care treating our dog for an unknown medical condition. This past week we had to make the decision to put one of our dogs to sleep. Dr. Keller and Aria went above and beyond to help me handle this situation. They both sat down on the floor and explained the entire process to me. They were very caring and understanding and supportive through this difficult time. There were even other techs that came in to say goodbye as well. They have the best staff that care and love every animal. I HIGHLY recommend them for all your pet needs. Kerrye

we've had nothing but excellent experiences taking our doggos to the vet side of CFAH, but yesterday had a very unsatsifactory experience with the grooming side. The groomer we usually use for our other dog was booked for weeks so we gave CF a try for our 10 month old pup's first cut. He was there from 7:45AM (15 minutes after open) until 6:15PM. 10-1/2 hours is WAY too long. Stupid long. He's still not himself, more than a day later. Was told he'd be done in the afternoon, then 5PM, so I got there at 5:10 and they said "he just needs drying, 30-40 minutes more", so came back and had to wait another 20 minutes before they brought him out, still damp. Just a very minor trim (undercarriage and paws only, nothing trimmed on face, ears, rear end, or body) and supposedly dematted (wasn't bad), but they didn't even get all the knots out. We've learned our lesson, NEVER let a groomer (one we don't know at least) keep our dog that long. Sorry little buddy...

We have used Dr. Hennessey at CFAH for approx. 10 yrs. He & his staff are always professional, caring, and very compassionate towards my babies, Bella & Noddy. Living in Cypress the clinic was just down the road but now we are in Magnolia & I drive the 30 miles to continue using Dr Hennessey & CFAH (even passing another vet less than 1/2 mile from my home). Thank you Dr H & CFAH staff!

Dr. Keller and Nicole took excellent care of my sweet Izzy! They were professional, caring and took time to answer all my questions and concerns. They even called the next day to check on her. They treat my fur babies like family. I will never go anywhere else for my veterinary care!

Everyone greets me and my dog with a smile. Even though they are busy, they always take the time to stop and pet my dog or give him a little treat. He loves this place!

We took our new puppy in for shots. The place was clean, they were on time and very friendly. They answered our questions and assured us our puppy was doing very well.

LET ME TELL YOU about Cypress Fairhaven! <3 Every member of the staff miled and greeted me and my beautiful pup Senza! They treated her like a queen and gave her lots of love and compliments. The prices here are very reasonable. The doctor and the tech were knowledgable and friendly. They wasted no time and made sure we were taken care of quickly and proficiently. Had a wonderful visit at their new facility. Loved how we went straight to our room soon after checking in so we were not in the lobby w any other pets. The Vet Technician named Sabre was Absolutely Amazing with my 16+ year old toy poodle Nipsy. Sabre was so gentle & caring that my dog immediately trusted her. So heartwarming to see that. Also, saw a new vet to the clinic, Dr Rahaim and she was honest about the care / need of my elderly pup. Very caring and gave alot of future recommendations to keep him happy and comfortable for as long as possible. Highly recommend Cypress Fairhaven for your pet needs.

I've been using this vet for the last 7 years but as of late I'm finding the need to find a new vet. They are charging more (I guess that new building needs to get paid for somehow) and changing policies that never existed before. There was an issue where I brought my cat in for a snake bite and he asked if he could shave the area so he could see the wound better, (normal righy?) Well then tried to charge me stating it was a grooming fee!! Grooming??!! It was only after I complained he said ok I'll waive the fee this time...like he was doing me a favor....then I called to get my cat's nails trimmed and now they are requiring a new rabies vaccination...they just saw her with no issues in Dec but because of their "new policy" I now need to pay for a wellness exam and a rabies shot (on a cat that hasn't been outdoors her entire life) in order to get a nail trim....this vet doesn't care about its clients. Just wants to charge as much as possible. There are plenty of vets in houston so I'll be finding a new one. Added: you claim you offered a free exam, no you did not. When I called the girl told me after talking to the Dr. I would be required to come in for a wellness exam to get the rabies shot. It was never offered to wave the fee. It was never offered.i don't when I said I'd have to find another vet all that was said was sorry you feel that way. Also you claim to have only seen my pets for illnesses ...again not true. I've had multiple animals come for different services.

All the techs and doctors I've seen at Cypress Fairhaven Animal Hospital are wonderful, but I especially love Dr. Keller and how she lovingly cares for our dogs.

They got me in last minute when my regular vet was unable to. All the staff was very caring, and even though it was our first time there they treated us wonderful and got my boy taken care of. Beautiful faculties, very clean!

I had an emergency with my fur baby today. I walked in as a first time there pet parent with no appointment. They rushed to help my baby immediately and were amazingly kind. They explained step by step and took excellent care of my pet and me. She had to have emergency surgery. It was truly life or death and this amazing vet hospital did not price gouge me knowing that I pay up or loose my dog. They were very transparent about cost up front and estimated almost $300 over what the final cost was, which was a nice surprise. She pulled through and they brought her out in their arms and treated her as if she was theirs, which made me feel like she had the absolute best care while with them. I have now found a new vet clinic for life.

We were extremely disappointed in their customer service and business practices in not honoring their quoted fees . We had a liter of pups and we called them to ask how much to have a wellness check and immunizations. They said they would have a flat fee for the visit and then a charge for each pup which we agreed to. After pups were born we tried to schedule a visit and they said they would have to make two appointments as they were busy. Although this was an inconvenience We agreed to this as we were assured it was included. Well of course they charged us an additional visit. We felt the office manger Casey was not very respectful and refused the credit. Not to mention they dropped one of our puppies. Would you believe we have spent many thousands of dollars with them over the past few years. So much for customer service!

We brought our German Shepherd Maverick into cypress fair haven for his annual checkup and updated shots our tech Kelsey Sanders was amazing! Very detailed super friendly and extremely attentive to our German Shepherds experience. Super clean facility, friendly staff. We highly recommend you bring your pets to Cypress Fairhaven

The staff are so friendly. They definitely care a lot about the furry family members we all love! I am fairly new to the area and researched before I started coming to them. Thinking I made a GREAT choice and have already referred to my neighbors and family.

Just saw their big new building as we went in for our Newfoundland's annual checkup! All the vet techs were great at handling him (184lbs of fur!) and did an incredible job grinding down his nails (the best we've seen in years!) We've been coming here since it opened and we've always loved it!

We are very satisfied with this Veterinary Hospital. The staff is very courteous and professional and took great care of our animal while she was in their care. Highly recommend.
