Extremely dissatisfied with the service. My poor Tucker came out butched. She can’t even wash her own hair how do you expect her to groom a dog. I’ll never recommend nor use her again especially with what I was informed about her giving her child narcotics at a young age. How could anyone allow this monster to watch there precious fur babies.

Did a great job will be using Dylan again. Highly recommend the old owner was a nightmare I'm happy that Dylan bought them out. I just wish everyone would give her a try all my fur babies love her and that means a lot.

Love the service, very nice people, they do good work, and my Dandy is always so happy to see them! He smells great every time!!!! So much better than the previous owners at puppy love, it always smelled like cigarettes inside and took till 6 or 7pm at times, even with dropping off at 8 or 9am!!

Will not go anywhere else. We moved near here recently and needed a good, reliable groomer we could trust. To say the least, we were BLOWN AWAY! So kind, caring, and every time we get to the groomer, she can't contain herself, she loves them so much!

After the old groomer hurt a friend of mines Yorki I would not return here. But the new owners are much more conscious and caring! My dog smells and looks beautiful and she's always so peppy when she comes home!

DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL CAUSE YOUR DOGS SO MUCH PAIN. Would give zero stars if I could. They shaved my dog even though we only asked for a trim and he’s a double coated dog, which means he uses his fur to regulate his temperature. Without it, he gets really cold inside and REALLY hot outside. IT IS JUNE. We put him outside for five minutes to go to the bathroom and he got heatstroke, so now he won’t stop shaking, he’s puked 5 times in less than 24 hours, and he can barely walk. We had to take him to the vet and he almost died. Any pet groomer should know 1. You NEVER SHAVE A DOUBLE COATED DOG, and 2. Always double-check with the owner if you think they said to shave their dog. You can’t undo shaving. You also cut my dog in multiple places and took chunks of skin off his legs. You tortured my dog.

These ladies took on our 125lb Flat coat retriever that had NEVER been to a groomer before. Cut his nails and brushed him out as much as he’d let them. We were so impressed we tipped 30%

THEY SHAVED MY DOG WITHOUT PERMISSION!!!! Do NOT take your dogs here. Instead of apologizing, they kept trying to make excuses even though we asked for a trim, which was clearly written in their appointment book! He is a Basset Retriever and they were completely ignorant that this breed should NEVER be shaved for their health. He is 14 and we warned them of that going in but he almost had a heart attack after being shocked like this! He puked multiple times right after and has been shaking ever since the ‘trim’. He has had a heatstroke and has been incredibly weak from the stress. We had to take them to the vet, who was shocked that they would shave off his guard coat, which regulates his body temperature, the way they did. They also gave him a cut taking a dime sized chunk of skin out of his leg. We have been here in the past but we will NEVER be returning!!! They need to have knowledge of grooming before they do anything like this to another dog!!! Get informed please! I wish I could post pictures because I have plenty to show the torment that my dog has gone through!!!

They have been every time I have taken my dog up there they are perfect he looks great and he smells great and he's used to him normally he gets very upset about places but he loves to go there I would recommend them to anyone that I'm no and matter fact I do anyone that asked me where to go I tell him puppy loves to is the only place to go in town

I took my shitzu in for a cut and she looked great. Good job on nails and she smelt soooo good. I will definitely be back.

I've been taking Babygirl there for years now and I love the service.

NEVER taking my dogs back here.. they cut up both my dogs ears & left bloody scabs.. wouldn’t suggest this to anyone.

When we first arrived, the grooming area was covered with pee. Placed our dogs in crates which did not have any padding. Five hours later we were called and told the dogs were done. Our dog smelled and looked the same as when she went and came out 5 hours later. Still had grass clippings in her tail, and had that smell of dog. Will never go back to this place.

Gave one price on phone and charged another and gave a bad poodle cut
