This Corpus Christi cat rescue has a heart. They also really screen who adopts pets entrusted to them. They also arrange spau/neuter, and can fit you in early if they have cancellations. Keep up the great work everyone!

Truly caring people here! I was told that a girl that used to work there would give there old cat free shots and when I called to come in they changed their mind and said that she doesn't work there full time and that they thought that she was going to pay for it and no they wouldn't comp the shot!

These women are awesome! I had a stray kitty with upper respiratory hanging around my place, was doing all I am able to for her. One of the rescues said they would take her 2 wks ago but then wouldn’t answer calls or texts. The shelter next door to the Cattery called last night and said they’d take her in this morning. When I brought her there (the shelter next door) I was yelled at that I lied and the kitty wasn’t sick, although she clearly is. Brought the baby next door to the Cattery, the lovely women there took one look at her and decided to take her in (straight to the sick room), and get her well again. So happy this sweet baby has a chance at a good life! You ladies rock! Thank you for all the good you do in this crazy world!

I just love what they do for the kitties and the fans (supporters). Scott and his wife with employees go out of their way to help disabled, mothers, kittens, strays, & ECT to make sure they like be a happy healthy life. On Tues they have a video on Facebook that they walk through the shelter show all the cats (as many as possible), explain what they need and why, explain where the donations are going, help with local spay and neuter in Texas, and list goes on. Check them out whether ur local to them or afar & help (donate) &/or adopt from them ❤️????????????????????‍⬛????????‍????????????

The Cattery is my go to for spay/neuter for my personal dogs and foster dogs. The staff is always helpful and kind, responsive to emails as well. Their pricing is awesome. :)

I did not seek/receive assistance but clientele were very helpful and welcoming. I will consider adopting a cat in the near future.

The owner of the place (Samantha) is one of the meanest women I’ve encountered. I adopted a sick cat from there and was told by another worker it would be no problem to get another cat. When I showed up to return the cat, Samantha was there and told me if I didn’t keep the cat that I would never be able to adopt there or anywhere in corpus again. She was so mean! I will never go back there.

This place is very hard to get ahold of somebody. When you listen to the automated phone system, they are correct, it is automated so don't try to push any buttons to get somebody on the phone. Their voice mails are hard to understand. They do not spell out the emails so you basically are guessing how it is spelled. Found three baby kittens being tossed around by two dogs. We have nothing against cats but we are dog owners not cats so we had no clue how to take care of them and one of them we think was injured. Finally got the information to email them. Needless to say two days after email I got a response that if I could hold on to them until the following week because that was their next intake time. Uh no thank you. Also in the email it said they needed to be at least 2 lbs, well why does weight need to be accounted for taking in baby kittens who were being attacked and were saved? Also I don't think the one that we thought was injured was really injured just maybe sore because after one day he started moving around when the day we saved them he wouldn't move. Anyway the next day animal control took them in. After they emailed me 2 days later after I did and I responded no I could not but animal control took them another two days went by before I got another response. Not very great with communication on their part. If they are so busy then they need to hire somebody who all they do is answer emails all day long to not keep people waiting around. (But that would be asking for to much)

This place does so much good for the often overlooked feline community. I’ve adopted from them twice now and have nothing but good things to say about the facility, the staff, and the process of adopting! I love my two boys and am so thankful for all the amazing things the Cattery does! If you can donate, this is a worthy cause!

This is Dottie and she is about 4 months old. She isn't spayed but she is the sweetest kitten ever. She loves to play a lot and try to play with her as much as I can. Unfortunately she still is in potty training, but that's my fault. I haven't been able to devote to much time to her because I work so much. So I'm trying to find a loving and care home for this sweet little baby girl. If y'all can give me any suggestions on how to go about finding a good fit for her please let me know. Thank you

This rescue truly cares about cats. Their kittens and cats are loved & cared for. They make excellent pets. I recommend them highly for adoption and their vet for fixing animals and giving shots. Donating to them should be on everyone’s agenda!

Absolutely love this place!!! Everyone is so helpful and they want to make sure you find the perfect cat for you. My boyfriend and I adopted our kitten from here and we couldn’t be happier with her and how easy the process was to get her! I also love that they’re a cage-free shelter and all the cats roam free in their age group room. I recommend this place to everyone that’s looking to adopt.

We've loved the Cattery for years! We always used them for boarding our cats(old shelter). Their new shelter is so nice. Rooms are very clean. Cats are always happy. Staff are friendly and professional! My daughter just adopted her 1st kitty this month. ????????????

Great friendly staff. Very well organized and love how you can spend time in the age areas with the cats to interact with them to see how they are in their environment. They really take care of these kitties and they are anxious for a loving home.

Yes it's true you need to make an appointment to have a cat neutered, but it's because there are so many cats that need to be neutered who are on the schedule. But they are fantastic at accepting standbys when scheduled appointments don't follow through. I neutered cats there on a weekly basis. I've been nothing by the standby every single time.

I love how the cattery takes care of the cats and the retail therapy store raises money for them

They take care of the animals which is wonderful. You have to make an appointment. They size you up and down and make you wait making it obvious that they are sizing you up and down. It really hurt me. So I went to the gulf coast humane Society and found a wonderful sweet kitty there. I'm a professional. I would never have treated clients the way that I was treated.
