I'm very pleased with this hospital and It's services . Just moved over here from SA and this is much better than the Vet we had in SA .more reasonable as well .

People who really care about your animals, but could use a slightly larger building

The vets here are first class, and the people who work here are great: compassionate, friendly, helpful, and just nice people! I've been doing business with them for (OMG!) almost 40 years! My two dogs think the vets are their 'boyfriends'... and not afraid to go see them! Special people!

So sorry to say this had to put the most precious golden retriever down she was real sick. Dr. Shaffer was so kind and gentle doing what he needs to do. He let us spend some time with our love one .Rest in Peace my beautiful girl

I have been taking my dog to Santa Fe Animal Hospital for almost a year now and I would not go ANYWHERE else. They’re always fast to see him when he’s needed to be seen. They’re also extremely nice and attentive with him.

Applied for a job here. Didn't get a call back.

The absolute best care and service is provided. The staff and vets are truly professional, and care for our four legged friends.

We've been to 4 vets now trying to figure out what's wrong with our dog, and FINALLY Dr Ferris has landed on what we think will be a life saving combination!! He has truly been a godsend, working extra to figure out whats going on with our girl and doing his best to find the most appropriately aggressive and cost-effective solution for us. SFAH has our loyalty for LIFE!! Literally!!

Love this place, but specifically only like Dr. Shaffer (I've never used his wife before, also Dr. Shaffer though). The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I've received poor service through Dr. Ferris. Usually he feels kinda sexist and only talks to my boyfriend, even though I've personally been going to them a lot longer than I've been dating him. Also, he gave very poor advice about my dog when Dr. Shaffer stepped in and gave me proper and truthful advice to go to a neurologist. He saved my dog's life from being paralyzed to referring me to A&M's neurology program to my beagle acting like a puppy again after back surgery. Thank you, Dr. Shaffer! I'm a fan for sure!

The best Vet in all of Corpus and trust me we have tried a ton. Maybe a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. So happy we finally found our vet home. Staff is amazing and the vet is awesome. Bring your furry family here you will not regret it!!
