Always helpful and treat our cats good.

This place is OK for routine vet care. There is no accomodation for regular patients to be seen within 24-hours for non-emergent - yet urgent care - type of services. It's really quite disappointing for people who genuinely love their pets and want a relationship with a provider who values that individual relaitonship. I'm saddened by this type of treatment.

First time here and u didn't have to sit an hour after my appointment time to be called. Fast, friendly, and very informative.

We just recently moved here to CC and have to say that we were so blessed to find such a awesome vet as we are so protective and want the best for our dogs Freckles and Tatonka. The staff had to fit us in with booked appointments as our dog son needed to be seen, and the amazing staff made it happen! Thank you so much for welcoming us to your vet family!

I cannot say enough great things about this place! A couple weeks ago I found a kitten in the back of my work that was on deaths door. I tried all of the rescues and places and found no help. I take my dogs here and was not about to let this little kitten die so I called them. They got me in right away and helped me save the kittens life. They didn't charge me and arm and a leg and were so kind! I will not go anywhere else.

Boarding is OK. Vet is great. Boarded our dog and both times he has come home with kennel cough (he does have all his shots). Last time, they let him get to his meds and he ate all 4 days within a couple hours of being there. Luckily it wasn't a lethal dose.. Have great experience with the vet side though!

A rescue I once worked with always use them and they were amazing. Now I find myself in need of them for my senior dog. The young lady who took my care of us went above and beyond. She was extremely caring, very empathetic and very concerned for My Sammy. She has had the same vet since she was six months old, and something told me I needed to go to them, I cannot explain it. After I spoke with a young lady on the phone, I totally understood why. If the staff is a reflection of the lady who answered the phone -that is exactly why. I will update after my appointment, but I know I made the right choice and have my girl at the absolute best place. So impressed with the person I spoke with.

They have it all from grooming to Veterinarian to attend your pets need.

Animal Medical is convenient to my home (less than a mile), the staff is extremely nice as are the veterinarians. Very nice and new, very clean facility, not the older building in the photo (That was Anne's Woof, Meow, Peep supply store and veterinary clinic). Animal Medical is much larger, and offers boarding.

Fast service when not busy great staff (dog lovers) i took my puppy in and our first visit was pretty good and helpful. The second time took a bit longer but it was picking up. My puppy bongo was feeling sick so they checked him and offered some solutions to help him and it was great thanks i will keep coming back

As a new patient, It's taken almost two wks to try to get them to approve a prescription so I can buy from a 3rd party. I ended up contacting the previous Vet and the prescription was approved and submitted within 24hrs. I do have to say that the Dr. Was very good but I'll be going back to Dodridge Animal.
