I drive from the far side of Killeen to have these wonderful people treat my four legged friend. Every time I come here the level of compassion and professionalism is amazing. Everyone from the counter to the veterinarian love animals and it shows. I can not say enough good things about the staff. To top it off, even though I would not complain if it were not, the amount they charge for their services is even with or below most of their competitors.

We have bee using Dr Henton and Dr Kahill for 20 plus years and 12 dogs. Always excellent service and care.

We were very skeptical about putting our fur baby into boarding for the first time. Our fur baby usually doesn’t like strangers, but they did a great job handling and caring for her. I have a diabetic dog and he had an abscess he was nawing at. They saw him and treated him very fast. Thx yall. This place is the best!

A veterinarian where my Lulu was being day boarded once a week referred my red heeler to Animal Medical Center Copperas Cove. Lulu had a very aggressive tumor on her upper jaw close to the front of her mouth, and there are no surgeons in the Waco area that would do the surgery. Thankfully Dr. Ed Kahil at Animal Medical Center Copperas Cove consented to do the surgery. Lulu was to have a CT scan on December 14, 2021, but it was also decided that surgery would be performed after her CT scan. Attending Dr. Kahil in surgery was Liz. She was so reassuring and gave us a wealth of information. She also went over itemized costs for the surgery. After Lulu had her CT scan, Dr. Kahil called and described in great detail what he found. He then told me what he planned to do once in surgery. His staff called me after surgery and told me Lulu had come through the surgery just fine. Dr. Kahil also called me and related everything he had removed. He was so very informative, and I felt really good about the procedure. The next morning, Dr. Kahil called and said Lulu was doing great, and I could come and get her. Lulu looked amazing, especially after having part of her jaw and several teeth removed. Dr. Kahil did a remarkable job. He even took the time to visit with me before I left and shared pics of the CT scan and pics during surgery. Lulu is doing fantastic. She appears not to be bothered by part of her jaw missing. She is eating soft food just fine, and she has no drooling. It is amazing!!! Alexandra, the discharge tech went over all the instructions with me. She was very thorough. I appreciated her helping me get Lulu into my pickup. So, I highly highly recommend this facility to anyone wanting the best care for their animals. Even though it was our first visit, we were greeted by the front desk ladies like we had been coming there forever. Yep, everyone made us feel welcomed. A big thank you to Dr. Kahil and his staff.

We are new in town and are absolutely loving our new vet! Wonderful staff, clean facility, reasonable prices and appointment availability with short notice.

I’ve only positive experiences with this clinic since the initial call. From that 1st call to dropping by for vaccines, they’ve been more than professional, accommodating and helpful. By far the best since I’ve arrived in the location. Thank You for how you’ve taken care of my fur babies so far…

No problem getting service, but costly and exploritory.

I only bring my pets here they are fantastic Edit: After 4 + years I'm looking for a new vet. They've stopped treating my pets like family and started treating them like dollar signs. They will push every test they can think of and charge so much. My daughter took her dog in only for it to be almost 600 dollars to find out he had an upset stomach.

Took real good care of my Pet and showed genuine concern for my pet's medical problem.

The gals at the Animal Medical Center in Copperas Cove are fantastic. They took good care of my 2 cats and were kind and informative about what could help my 1 cat lose weight. They were honest and the prices for an annual check up for both cats was reasonable and stayed under 200 dollars. Will continue to take my cats here! Great team!

Very clean, friendly staff and you always get a quote before the treat your pet.

I was charged for a “medicated bath” that I never asked for any of my dogs. Luckily I noticed before I payed my bill. The staff also forgot (2nd time) to give me back my dogs’ toys and bowls. Besides those things, the staff is nice and professional, and I will continue to bring my dogs here.

They always do a great job making sure all if your concerns are addressed.

Good peeps. I have a big German Shepherd and he's not a fan of shots. They are always super cool with him and helping me distract him while they do their thing.

Never thought I would be posting this, will never call here again for emergency care. Was informed by Tabitha this office doesn't take emergency appt for their established customers. My baby is yelping In Pain! Tabitha informed me I would need to go to the Belton for a walk in visit. I will never again recommend this facility. I can't even comprehend this. Called Crossroads vet and will be seen at 0845.

We took our yorkie mix here for his senior wellness visit with vaccines. There were a few things noted and I was provided with a detailed current bill and possible future bill for the additional dental work. The facility was clean, staff was friendly & attentive, and the wait was very short.

Dr. Mcclanahan was the most thorough of practioners. She went over every detail and explained the reasoning behind the decisions. Outstanding service. Thank you for the great care of Eddie. Always good Everyone friendly and not long wait. Thanks to all for taking care of Eddie and Fozzy. H.Herrera

Awesome people who really cared

Collette is one of the first faces of your business and she sets the bar high when it comes to customer service! She is compassionate and relatable and made me feel so comfortable scheduling an appointment with you all to get our pets established in the area. Upon arriving for our first appt with one of our dogs, both the vet tech ( I think her name was Morgan but I could be mistaken) and vet ( Lisa Reeve) were also caring and very knowledgeable. The vet was extremely thorough in our dogs exam as he has been suffering from 2 hind leg injuries and both she and the vet tech were able to walk us through what we could likely expect from a very probable surgery which we do have booked for next week as well. During a time when we just moved from halfway across the country, your entire staff made us feel at home and sure that we have found our perfect clinic for our fur babies. We have since been back with our other 2 pets to ensure they are also established and the other vet (Carolyn Leisz) was also very thorough and even found an ear infection in our other dog we weren't aware of. I was so relieved we were able to get it treated so it didn't get worse! Long story short...your team is amazing and you have a wonderful reputation in the community. The emergency vet whom we visited previously is who recommended Dr. Kahill for our dog with the leg injuries. To hear about how many surgeries he has performed and the experience he has also makes us feel even more confident that we are in the right place and our babies will receive the best possible care. Thank you so much for everything that you and your staff do each day. It is a scary thing to trust others with your fur children but I feel much better knowing we are in the right place. You all are a blessing!

This staff is amazing and will definitely love your pet as their own. Great customer service, friendly, and take the time to explain everything to include pathology, expected outcomes, and all possibilities. Will definitely use them if surgery is ever needed again for my pups !!!
