All the staff are very friendly and professional. Dr Krobot is kind, caring and very knowledgeable.

They were very considerate, caring, and helpful.

Could not say enough good about the experience we had with Dr. Krobot! Emergency fish hook removal...note to self, do not fish with table scraps. They were super to deal with. They took great care of our doodle. Follow up was wonderful as well. Would highly recommend

Early morning Christmas Eve we had a life threading pet emergency while pet sitting my daughters dog from Austin. I left messages with multiply vet offices in Kingsland, Marble Falls and the dogs vet in Austin! In fact one local vet clinic said he needed surgery and refused to even evaluate him. Dr Goad was the only doctor to call me back, said she would meet us immediately at her office . She performed emergency surgery within hours . Dr. Goad was kind, compassionate and great surgeon . I have no doubt we had a great outcome because she CARED enough to see a pet that wast even a client of her practice !

The whole process went smoothly and the whole staff was very helpful/professional.

We take our 4 large breed dogs here as well as the occasional client's dogs. Always professional and always accommodating.

Excellent service. Very professional. The veterinarian spent quality time with us answering all of our questions. She was very gentle with our nervous pet.

The vet tech, daisy, and the doctors were amazing. My wife and I always take our 6 dogs here since they were little but this time it was an emergency situation and one of our little dogs caught parvo which is rapidly setting and highly spreadable, they had us in within the hour. We then wanted to have our other 5 dogs checked for parvo and get updated on shots if needed. This is expensive usually with 5 more dogs but we were able to apply for a care credit card and approved on the spot with zero percent interest, turns out not every vet takes the care credit card but this one fortunately did. All of our dogs are now safe at home, including the one with parvo and has made a drastic turn for the better. Blessed to have this clinic! Was going to give 4 star because of the new receptionist Taylor was so rude but we have been going here for years and they have always been great. Highly recommend this vet!

Took my 16 yr. old Siamese to the clinic Sat. morn.after I called first and was told to bring her in and that they would work her in. I had no appt. and explained how very sick she had become. I was given a room and 2 tech. worked on her before Dr. Kelly Krobt came in. The Dr. examined my cat, gave her test and 2shots. She then gave me her business card and said to call her if my cat wasn 't better by Mon. My cat was a great deal better in about 18 hrs. The clinic was clean, the staff and Dr. Krobot were Rock'n and very professional. I'd recommend them to anyone and will never go to anyone else. Harry Bartee, Kingsland

My little beagle was throwing up constantly and I called my primary vet and they could not get me in. I called Highland Lakes and they said they would work me in if I could get there right away. It was so great of them to do that. I loved the vibe of the office. Everyone was really nice and Dr. Krobot was exceptional. It was clear she had a true love of animals and was very detailed when communicating her diagnosis and recommendation. This is a very different office in that there is not a clear delineation between the back and the front. It makes you feel like it’s just one big family.

Love the vets here. They are consistently courteous and friendly with my pets. Thanks for the great service.

These guys know exactly what they are doing. Awesome place! They helped my puppy Marceline and gave her all the best treatment with constant updates in between. My dog is my world and I am so happy that they were able to help her. Not to mention it was less than half the price I was told through others vets. Awesome people work here. Thank you guys.

Came in with my dog having upper respiratory symptoms. All the staff were very nice and seemed very informative. I wasn't a fan of them taking him out of the room to do a heart worm test.. he came back in a good mood though.

This was our first time with Dr. Krobot and both Sugar and I felt very comfortable with her. She answered all my questions completely and professionally. Sugar liked that she took time to get to know her and did some of the exam without making her stand on the slippery table.

Brought my outdoor cat in due to a puncture wound, they got him all fixed up quickly!

Highland Lakes Veterinary is top notch. They take great care of my 4 cats. Dr Krobot and all the doctors and staff are so helpful. I have a recent back injury. The staff helps me get the kitty cat crates inside and out to my car after the visit. They also loaned a kitty carrier to me. Love them!!

This place has consistently been amazing. Ive seen all the doctors here at least once and they have all been great, no complaints!

They accommodated me on a moment's notice and the entire staff was outstanding. Dr. Kelly Krobot went above and beyond and had a great bedside manner!

The veterinarian was knowledgeable and took an interest in my Labrador retriever. Follow up appointment for minor surgery was expedient. Definitely will continue to use their services.

These folks take great care of my pet. My dog was placed on medications for her failing heart, and the change in her energy level has been dramatically improved! They always review my pet's health issues with me so I understand what's going on and how to care for her.

Very expensive compared to a lot of vets.it’s almost $60 just to get seen. Outrageous.

Sinatra is a very vocal kitty and was not happy when I had to take him to get his ear checked out my kitty had a fever and was very grumpy about this the staff and dr. Krobot were very patient with him and cared for him we were welcomed as we came in greeted with smiles and great attitudes from everyone, when it was all said and done his crate gave out they lent us a loaner that is service thank you so much for being patient with my vocal and spoiled cat this will be his new spot Rachel Jones

Such an amazing clinic. Entire staff is so kind. The Doctors are so informative with anything your pet may be in for, they also keep in mind finances when treating your pet so there is no surprise cost. 1 senior dog, 2 large teenage labs (one a frequent visitor) and 1 small teenage dog! I trust this clinic with my babies in every way!

They handled our two fur babies with excellent care and kindness.

I've been living in Marble Falls four going on five years. Kelly Krobot has been my Cane Corsos vet since day one. She's been the best. She genuinely loves our big boy. The staff are extremely friendly and always ready to help. I've had nothing short of a great experience with Highland Lakes. Highly recommend.
