11/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! My babies love their groomer so much!!! They always come back smelling so good and looking so freaking cute!!! I have 4 dogs that I care about deeply! I wouldn’t trust my dogs with anyone else! I have always had high standards and have left several groomers simply because they didn’t meet these expectations but I can tell you I’ve remained loyal to Pet Rescue Xpress Spa! Incredible owners that treat their clients like their own fur babies.

I am not giving them a 1 star based on their service. I have not been able to get ahold of them to get service. I have called 3 times in the last 2 months and always get the voice mail. So I did what the voice mail says and sent a text with my name, dogs names and location, but apparently they're so busy they don't have time to even respond to a text. Oh well ????

The best pet groomer you can ever find.So convenient to have your doggies taken care at your house. She is lovable,clean and reliable.I have two shitzus and they adore her. Highly recommend,you won't find anyone like her????

My pets had not had grooming in almost a year due to my hospitalization. She groomed them, no cuts, no razor burns and even better they returned to me non stressed. I highly recommend her

A lot of places tell you they know how to train dogs and they don't this place is right on the money. They know what they're doing and you can tell the enjoy their job

I love pet rescue cypress spa mobile groomer! I call them, set up my appointment and they come to my house. I love the fact that if I want to check on my babies I can. Have never had a problem with them. My babies smell wonderful and look beautiful! I would recommend them any day!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE, AND THEIR CONTRACT IS BOGUS. After just having a baby, I needed some help with grooming my two dogs. So instead of taking them to groomer, I thought I would call a highly rated groomer to come to me. First, the woman who groomed my dogs didn't follow all of my instructions, however...that's not a big deal for me, so no problem. My issue was that BOTH of my dogs had clipper burns. My smaller dog Maltese/Yorkie had minor burns...again no biggie, not happy about that but I understand it happens. My bigger dog, a Wheaten, had severe clipper burns all over his stomach, thighs, and potty areas. I decided to give it a few days hoping it would get a little better with time, but it got infected, so I had to take him to the Vet. The Vet confirmed that the infection was a result of the clipper burn. I spoke with the owner of Pet Rescue Xpress and he seemed nice and sounded like he was cared about my dog....but per their contract would not pay for any medical expenses. He also REFUSED to take ownership in the negligence on the part of his employee. So, after all is said and done, I spent nearly $1000 on the groom for both dogs and vet/medical expenses. Not to mention my dog was miserable for WEEKS. I am also considering legal action and I'm currently having my attorney review this contract/situation. If you look on Facebook, they turned off their reviews function...I wonder why??? I didn't even get a chance to leave my review there.

This past Thursday I found a very emaciated, neglected German Shepherd. What should have been a majestic creature, was a dog with the look a desperation in her eyes. Not only was she neglected she has a tennis ball sized tumor on one of her mammary glands. I set an appointment with the vet the next day to get all her shot, meds and whatever else she needed. I didn't want her to go to the vet in the shape she was in. I call Pet Rescue Spa, who I had never used before. I saw the positive ratings and took a chance Denise arrived and spent a few minutes with me just learning about "Piper". Never once did I feel like this was a business transaction. You could tell she actually cared about Piper's well being and genuinely lived what she did. She took Piper in to the Van and about an hour later she came out a brand new dog. She got the works. Denise also took some before and after makeover pics for FB ????. Piper was scared and skiddish and came out with a pep in her step. Denise was patient and kind and went above and beyond just grooming. She took her her time and earned Piper's trust. I will use Pet Rescue for years to come. We need more customer service like this in the world.

I honestly have to write this review to share my experience with Pet Rescue Xpress Spa! They definitely earned a 5-star review due to their outstanding service. They arrived to my house as scheduled and gave my pet Rex the best Pet Spa experience ever!! You can tell the groomer loves what she does and she made my pet feel at ease and loved. I have been a Pet Smart customer for two years and have tried other mobile groomers but I have never saw my Rex looking and smelling soooo good.. all this in the convenience of my house. I will definitely use this service again and will recommend it as the best, most convenient pet grooming experience for me and for my Rex. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

This is a WONDERFUL business! Denise was so nice and loving to my yorkies and does an amazing job. Her patience and willingness to make sure everything is right, wins it all for me. I have tried almost all mobile dog groomings in San Antonio, but by far this is the best! She leaves them looking flawless. You will not be disappointed with this service!
