My first time boarding my dog. The staff were so friendly and patient. Was a little difficult getting ahold of them via phone though. I really liked the Tattle Tail link they sent with pictures of my dog during play time as well as recapping how he was and the doggie friends he made. I would honestly prefer not to board my dog at all, but if I had to, it'd be here!

We used them for the first time for our cat binx over the holiday and they were awesome. Sent updated photo and video so we could see how he was doing

I absolutely love this place and so does my furbaby. I don't normally (unfortunately) take the time to do a review but as I sit here in traffic on my way to pick up my furbaby I feel compelled to share. Think no further take your pet here. They truly love on your animal as their own.

Took care of my fur babies while we were on vacation. I have a special needs pup and they completely accommodated all his needs. Would definitely recommend!

I really wanted to give this place five stars but could not given my experience. People are very nice but upon picking up my baby girl after a week there, her entire underbelly was completely damaged by (according to vet) ants. Presuming the vet knows what they are talking about, this infers that she was not monitored while outside (as promised) leading to the injuries. Thankfully, the contract included an insurance policy that covered the vet bills. Included one pic to illustrate.

We wanted to board our dogs here for a few nights. We received a phone call from our online inquiry on a Thursday. I said I would call back with some information, which I did Friday. When I called back I had to leave several messages and my phone calls were not returned. When I finally got a call two days later on Sunday the staff member was very rude. She said there was no record of my talking to anyone. She then said I must have talked to another place. We were told that our dogs need the K9 influenza which other places don’t require. Our dogs were to have their evaluation Monday, but have to have that vaccine before. So due to lack of communication we stated we would make other arrangements. She said “OK” and then hung up on us.

This place is wonderful!!! They fit us into their schedule quickly. The employees were so friendly to us and our pups. We did the bath package "the works" and our pups came out gleaming. The employees took such good care of them. Not to mention, very affordable and we even got to pick the scent of shampoo. Its fall so we HAD to do 'pupkin spice latte' ????. Repeat customers for sure! Thank you!!

Great experience, great staff and an overall great place to board your furry friend for a daytime excursion or for a stay with quick, responsive staff that is helpful and informative! Our doggo played hard and enjoyed every minute. Thank you!

Great place to board our dog when we travel out of town. They spoil her "rotten" and she always comes home having made new furry friends!

I was extremely pleased in how well Four Paws took care of my baby while I was away…..

It has been years since we needed to board our cats. One is a senior and one is a young cat. The older one has been boarded, but it's been nearly a decade for him. For the young one she was adopted from a shelter but has been spoiled by our family ongoing for two years. So it was interesting to see how they fared or should I say how the Inn fared with our fur bandits..er I mean fur babies lol. We gave them our food and med schedule for both. They seemed fine when we picked them up, but wondered how they were during the stay. Man, how were we not surprised one of our cats is like a constant escape artist and played ninja kitty by playing hide and seek! It was all good, it's the young one just doing reconnaissance, to try to escape lol. All in all the staff seemed super friendly to all the animals they take in. It's so nice to finally find a place where you can leave something you care so much about and trust that they'll be OK. One less stress to worry about when traveling. A super recommend from our family 100%! Thanks Four Paws Inn! We'll see you soon!

Very friendly staff! I was nervous for my new rescue to play with dogs her size. And turns out she had the time of her life. The staff treated both of us so well. They sent me pictures and a report card for the time she spent there. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful service, and I loved that they sent a report card. I actually saw my cat playing with some toys she doesn’t *already* have, and I loved how happy she looked. Of course, I then immediately went and purchased the toys for her to enjoy at home! I will definitely be using them in the future!

The staff are very friendly and the place is very clean. The cat condos are nice and roomy. I really appreciate that the staff were able to give my baby girl her medication ( my senior baby is newly diabetic) four paws in went above and beyond my expectations in taking care of my fur baby. I highly recommend this place for any cat owner like me that has to go out of town and needs some place to board their fur baby they can trust will take good care of them. Four paws in thank you for everything.

We were searching for a good quality groomer with good values and strong customer service skills. We needed something sooner rather than later. We stumbled across four paws inn and we will forever be great full! When we dropped my dog off he was so nervous (typical) when we picked him up he was jumping up and down with joy shaking his tail and you could see the smile on his face. That has not happened in the past with our typical groomer. We are so pleased with the metal stability of our pup after picking him up that we will return for all future grooming needs. They took amazing care of my baby and made him look and smell perfect!

Dropped off my dog for the first time at four paws and was a little nervous leaving him, but on my return to pick him up after he was all groomed up, I felt so relieved and happy with the excellent services and the professionalism of the staff. My dog smell and looked like the prince that he is! Loved the service and will for sure refer my friends family.

Although my cat is antisocial, we love this place. The staff is ALWAYS very friendly. It's very clean and reasonably priced!
