My first experience with Aussie grooming was not the best. I originally submitted an inquiry online and Adam reached out to me to book an appointment for pup. I was very blunt with saying she gets anxious with baths - Adam stated that a walk and essential oils would be given to calm her down before service. That did not happen and her service was cut in half. I’m not mad at all with Kayla I respect her because she did try to do her job. In my eyes I saw it as we were just another dollar to the company and would move on with the situation. A win for Aussie grooming and a loss for us - our pup was given to us wet, loose hair and frightened. That’s not acceptable at all - our passed groomer had a couple of difficult times with her but never gave up and she would never muzzle her. I okayed muzzling because I had a feeling she would be anxious and wanted it to be safe for my pup as for the groomer. I’m upset with management and customer service on how they handled the situation

Tracy did an excelente job with our dog. We were concerned before the appointment because our dog has high anxiety and some places like pet Smart didn’t want to groom him because of it. Thankfully, Aussie Pet did not hesitate to help us and made us feel completely comfortable taking care of our dog needs. He looked so clean and adorable after our appointment and we couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing care. Highly recommend!!!

I figured it was time for my dog, Stetson, to have a pandemic bath and I wanted to find a mobile pet groomer. I went online to book an appointment and originally I was given a date of December 8 which was great but then I received a call and said they had somebody in my neighborhood now and could be here as soon as 30 minutes if I would like to do it today, Wow! Heck ya! They showed up right outside my door we social distance exchanged my dog Stetson For his bath, Deshedding and teeth brushing. A little over an hour they called me and told me he was ready and I popped outside and there he was. I love the pay over the phone option it was so convenient. Stetson looks great, feels great and I hope to be able to use the service in the future. Thanks so much Aussie Pet Mobile and your fantastic groomer Talon.

Tracy groomed our Great Pyrenees and did a wonderful job! She was prompt, professional, friendly, and our dog looks SO good! So happy to have found Tracy!!!

They always make my dog look and smell awesome. He loves getting groomed.

This was my puppy’s first groomer. The groomer burnt my puppy in a dozen spots on her body because the groomer didn’t take time to cool down her grooming tools. When we complained this company blocked us. My puppy is now afraid of groomers. This business hurts dogs out of laziness.

Aussie pet mobile is hands down the best mobile grooming service in the Austin area. We’ve tried out several and nothing compares to them. Their vans are the nicest and newest I’ve seen, it’s very affordable considering they come to you, and they always deliver a top notch grooming. We’re so happy to have found them and we will be a longtime customer!

I have never had my pet groomed here and I never would. This van was parked outside my place of work and I watched as the groomer inside the van put a slip leash around a cat and yanked it around the table by the leash, no harness, she was choking this cat the way she was pulling it. All of my coworkers were disturbed and couldn’t even watch her because it was so sad. I’m not sure if this was just one bad apple in a bunch or if they’re all trained to treat the animals like this, but it’s very clearly NOT how you should handle any living thing. If you care about your pets safety I would avoid this place.

My dogs breath wasn’t smelling right and she was way over due for a cut she was shedding like crazy and hair was everywhere I came to Aussie pet mobile and when she came back her breath was nice and she was trimmed perfectly my dog looks so much better thanks to Aussie

For about a year and a half Tracey has taken very good care of my 2 dogs. I get them groomed every 6 weeks, they look and smell great after. Tracey is punctual and professional.

Tracy is the best groomer! She did a fantastic job with my prized Australian Chocolate Labradoodle, Koko. He's so grateful for her loving hands!

They have consistently been so awesome with our 4 big dogs. The dogs love them. They bark and growl at others. Must be ok humans! The are very thorough with their services. Clean as a whistle and a snappy collar wrap to booth. I highly recommend this service team.

Took days to finally get a quote and was quoted $99+tax for my 18 lb terrier mix. I could have already had him groomed anywhere else for at least $30-40 cheaper in the time it took to get a ridiculous quote. Update: he is 17 years old and doesn’t have any eyes but you would never know. That means he is in great health and super happy. All I needed was for someone to be gentle with him ... which I would expect from anyone ... for any dog. No need for an up charge.

Tracy came to groom my dog, she was just wonderful. She was prompt and professional. My dog is older and has vision issues and Tracy was warm, loving and compassionate. My girl looks fabulous! What a great job of grooming! I highly recommended Aussie! Mary, the owner, went the extra mile for me as well. I have only the best things to say.

Tracy has been grooming both of my dogs for almost a year now and every time it's a fabulous cut! She comes in we discuss what I want what my expectations are and I'm never disappointed! Well worth the extra money to not have to get to 45 pound dogs in the car drive them all over town and leave them knowing they're sitting in a cage for hours My babies love her. And she's very patient with my little drama mama!

Tracey was great with our dogs. Others have refused to groom my Giant Schnauzer because he was "too aggressive". He is a puppy. All of that said, Tracey had no problems and was extremely professional. She did a great cut on both dogs. We will be requesting her again in the future.

Not worth the money. I did this service for my long haired cat because I thought they would be more skilled than the PetSmart groomer I usually use (based on the cost being almost twice as much), and it ended up being worse. The cut is uneven and they missed a lot.

First time having Aussie Mobile groom my pup and Tracy did an amazing job! The difference from her previous grooms is very noticeable, she looks soft and the blend on her neck, tail, and belly looks so clean. I will continue to have Mobile Aussie groom Dolly!

I had my 5 year old border collie washed and shaved. Caitlyn did such a great job! Not to mention the convenience is amazing. I came home from work to a clean happy dog! They were super easy to get in touch with, and super friendly! I highly recommend using this service!

Our large Golden, Zack is a very lovable, people friendly dog as most Goldens are. However, he really does not like clippers, etc and has been very hard to get groomed. Recently we decided to give Aussie Pet Mobile a try and they rocked. Not only did Zack let them trim his bangs, shave his groin area, they even got him to let them clip his nails. Thank you guys so much. He looks great.
