All of the staff is great! We love coming here with our pet! I had an emergency situation with my dog and they took us in right away on a busy Saturday! Truly an awesome place to bring you fur babies.

We have been taking our animals to West Davis for 8 years. 4 different dogs. They used to have very good staff there. I am not sure what happened but their employees are very rude. We made a 4:30 appointment and were sent confirmation email. They could not handle both dogs at that time so changed it to 4:00 but did not notify us. When I arrived, I called and said I was there and after being on hold for a short time I was told to come in and go to room 4. As I was walking up to the door, a woman who I never met before came walking with her hands raised saying in a loud voice STOP! STOP! Your appointment was at 4:00 and you are 30 mins late and will have reschedule because we can’t fit you in. I said there must be a mistake our appointment was at 4:30, She continued to be rude and aggressive to me saying we are NOT seeing your animals today. I left very upset having been treated like that after 8 years of being a loyal and good customer. Needless to say I have spent thousands of $ at this vet. I can not and will not accept that type of treatment. So after 8 years, because of a couple of rude employees ( the office manger was no better when I called) we are switching vets. We have already made an appointment for Friday and will have all our information transferred. I guess they don’t value loyal customers any more at West Davis Veterinary,

20+ years ago I took my pet to West Davis Veterinary Clinic and they were great then too. After years living out of the area, I moved back to Conroe and went right back to West Davis Animal Clinic. The vet is caring, knowledgeable and right on point on how to address the issue Cherry Bomb was having. (11 year old female Persian with feline asthma) She's doing so much better now and looking forward to her follow up this Friday.

I’ve been taking Asoka (my sweet Shih Tiu) to see Dr. Montgomery since she was a little puppy. Dr. Is very knowledgeable and up to date on studies for best outcomes, Ally the assistant loves my dog so much. You can tell everyone really loves what they do. I’m so blessed to have found such wonderful people.

I have been bringing my two dogs to West Davis Vet Clinic for the past 6 years. The staff is amazing. They always know who I am, they remember my pets and treat them like their own family. They are accommodating and friendly. The vets always explain everything to you, and the vet techs and staff are always happy to see you and your pet. I have also kenneled my dogs there on many occasions when I needed to travel for work or pleasure. My pets are always well taken care of. I really recommend this vet if you are looking for a place that treats your pets with care, empathy, and love. Oh, they'll take care of you too. The staff always asks about how I'm doing. It is just like a big family.

I have been taking my two goldendoodles here for about a year. They have been very helpful to answer questions and fit us in. The last visit, the vet tech, Kenzie, was AMAZING! She answered all of my questions and was so patient and kind. She made me feel very at ease as well as confident about decisions I was making in relation to my dog’s health. She is incredible!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and vet; didn't feel rushed. All questions answered. Only negative was the wait time.

Everyone here is amazing!! We've taken all of our dogs here, including our senior babies that we have lost the last couple of years. Everyone (vets, techs, and front office) was so sweet and went above and beyond. They have also been great with our new rescue babies who have had heartworms, skin issues, etc. I recommend them to everyone!

I’ve lived in 2 other places before moving back “home”. The vets I used before just brushed off my concerns about one of my dogs ears and allergies. After one visit, we got the care and meds needed to treat his ears. Scout has started playing with his brother again. His personality is coming out again. All because we finally found a vet who actually listens and cares. Scout is also really anxious and they worked to make him feel more relaxed. He was licking the staff and wagging his tail by the time we were leaving. Thank you to everyone at, West Davis Vet Clinic! We appreciate each of you so very much!

My cat needed attention for urinary tract analysis. Fit me in the same day and fortunately all checked out fine. Also, provided an antibiotic for safety. Thank you for attention and care.

I will NEVER bring either of my cats back to this office. If I could give negative stars, I would. I brought my kitten in for a spay, understanding that this is a common procedure. I choose this place, originally, because the reviews were ‘seemingly’ great and we had originally taken her there when we rescued her. I, first, had to argue with the receptionist about whether she had leukemia bloodwork done (as we have a 13 year old male cat, it was one of the first things we had done). Finally, she was able to ‘find it’. Then when asking about whether to get the other blood work done, we were only told ‘its recommended, not required’ over and over. No information on what it was, whether she needed it, what would happen if we did or didn’t do it. We decided to do the blood work anyway because we just wanted her to be safe and comfortable. We spent close to $400 on the spay, rabies and bloodwork which was fine, the money was worth it for her to be taken care of. Afterwards, she was sent home with two pills of onsior and a spaced out paper of after care instructions. When asked ‘what if she licks at the stitches’, we were just told ‘oh, its uncommon’. Nothings was given to us to help prevent her from doing so. The only instructions given on the paper were ‘calls us if this happens’. Of course, it did on Monday when the roads were iced over (I’m in no way faulting them for the weather as we also went out of power for hours). We had to take her to an emergency clinic twice to be stapled and given pain medication and antibiotics which costs us another $250(again, the money was worth it for her to be healthy). When I called and spoke to the office manager about how I felt even this ‘uncommon’ situation could’ve been avoided had we been given better instructions, or a preventive measure to ensure we didn’t have to be in this ‘uncommon’ situation, their true colors came out. She was completely condescending on the phone saying ‘well, im sorry your little kitty pulled her stitches out’. Please, don’t mistake her for actually meaning that apology because the tone was beyond demeaning. She also said cats will lick at their stitches. Wait, I thought that was ‘uncommon’? She said if I wanted the ‘preventative measures’ I could’ve came back in for an ecollar at an extra cost. I told her it felt as if our cat was an out of sight, out of mind condition. She completely shift blamed the situation, saying we didn’t follow protocols (why would I go through all of this not to follow protocols). She was absolutely condescending, telling us how ‘great’ they are in the community and basically it boiled down to being our fault. I asked if I brought my child in for a surgery, did she think this kind of behavior would be acceptable for the professionals over my child’s care. Once again, she shifted the conversation saying ‘IF YOUR CHILD DOCTORS OFFICE IS CLOSED YOU TAKE THEM TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM’ (I already explained, we did this twice). I’ve never once called an establishment and been demeaned or spoken to as condescendingly as this encounter. I’ve never even left a negative review for an establishment so that goes to show how poorly this place encountered the situation. I just wanted answers or to say maybe consider that these ‘uncommon situations’ occur and to equip people better. The refuse to look at the situation and say ‘there was something more we could’ve done to protect and care for this animal in our care’. Completely unprofessional, completely neglectful and I will never come back. I’m sure the response, if any, will only, once again, be them finding a way to say it wasn’t their fault. I read post where they do the same exact thing to anyone who say they were even slightly at fault. Feel free to believe them at the cost of your animal.

Loved how they showed so much concern for our Furbaby. Eventhough they had to send her some where else for surgery, they still called the next day to check on her.
