Kerry's Pet Vet Conroe, Texas

No return of phone calls when trying to schedule appointments FOR DAYS of repeated calls. Makes me think unreliable as pet care provider. Moving on to another vet.

Dr.Kerry is an awesome vet.If you are looking to get your pets issue's taken care of I highly recommend Kerry and her staff.

Her office rescheduled me about 7 times. They called the first time and said that Dr. Kerry was going to be gone and rescheduled me for another day. Then they called back and said there was a miscommunication and that she wasn't going to be there next week, not this week.So they rescheduled for the original day and time. They they called back and said that she was having car problems and if they could push the time to about 2 hours later. No problem. I said I would see them then. They called back again and said she was going to have to cancel for the day and if I wanted to reschedule for the next day. I chose a Friday and they said great. They called to confirm the day before. Then today (day of appt.) I got a text message letting me know that for "unforeseen" reasons, Dr. Kerry wouldn't be in. That's it. I do not recommend Dr. Kerry. She IS nice, but she is not reliable.

Baby got flea meds , we were referred to kennel on356 over priced 150.00 to kennel baby, then some other tech came and charged fees to spend 15min w dogs cuddle that's daily 20. For bath I thought reasonable until I was told daily bath. Another 230.00 was added. Dr Kerry don't refer anyone else there.

Dr. Kerry is truly a compassionate, knowledgeable and amazing vet! I'm so thankful to have found her! She treats all of my dogs and they all love love her. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Dr. Kerry loves her clients and their fur-babies. She's the best vet this side of the Mississippi. And likely the other side as well! Kerry goes above and beyond to care for the animals. :)

We have been so impressed by Dr. Kerry's selfless concern for the health of our dog: went to her with an emergency situation since our normal vet had no immediate appointments available and said we would have to wait for a chance to squeeze in between a fully booked day. I had to get my dog in SOMEWHERE, and SOON. SO....off to Dr. Kerry we went after I searched for a local vet we could see that day. She was also booked that day but said she could also fit us in but sooner. Was a life and death situation that has taken over 3 months to get our dog back to health and Dr. Kerry was amazing not only with her treatments but going out of her way to find solutions that may fit better into our situation (during her personal time, when have you heard of a vet doing that?!). Our normal vet would NEVER have gone this far, not that they do not care, but Dr. Kerry goes above and beyond - she loves all her four legged patients. I believe she also sees feathered 2 legged patients, so no worries there! She would even meet us on the weekend, time away from her family, to help us with bandage changes. I am won over, our opinion is she is one of a kind, the best in class, Dr. Kerry will be our vet from now on!
