First, i'd like to thank Donna for being so polite & upfront upon making appointment for Oreo & stating charges to expect. 2nd I'd like thank Amy for assistg me on Oreo' s check in & medical history,the young lady that came to retrieve our cat Oreo, sorry i didnt recall her name, & last but not least Dr.Brannan for being so upfront as well, caring, made an excellent impression because she's not about going after money; she focuses solely on healthcare for her furry clients.I feel she really cares for her patients????????

My pets have been treated there for a few years now. Always the best care. Last week has been a rollercoaster with my cat. Dr. Brannon is an exceptional DVM, she is one of the best. She really cares about our pets. No matter what, she really is there for you. She has called me personally asking about my cat. No one does that. All staff is kind and compassionate, they're pretty patient listening and answering to all of my questions. I would give them ????!!

Great staff and clean environment. They made my stressful afternoon so much easier and treated us like family despite their busy day. My son even scraped his knee in the parking lot and the “doctor” made him feel better with some candy. They also offer Military and Veteran discounts which a plus to any current or former service members. Definitely glad I chose this vet for our family, highly recommend! Thank you everyone who made our visit fantastic, we look forward to having y’all take care of our family pets for all their future needs.

So appreciative of the team at Tender Paws! They are really passionate and always working so hard to make sure that every animal gets the attention that they deserve, even when emergencies and unpredictable events happen. Dr. Brannon has been so helpful in trying to figure out what's wrong with my cat, which hasn't been a straightforward fix. She also always double checks with me the plan and costs associated, which I appreciate. I highly recommend Tender Paws!

I called beforehand for an out the door price to spay an outside cat that randomly came up to my house. They quoted me $250 for spay and then $50 for examine. We went to checkout and they charged us $500. I told them about what we were quoted they apologized and said they are trying to be better about that! I understand unexpected things come up but that is DOUBLE!

The team as a whole is very efficient and professional. The veterinarians are knowledgeable and very supportive of the pets and pet parents. It’s always possible to get appointments based on routine needs and for emergencies. I feel that this clinic is the best place for my pets care.

Good place to get all of your dog needs. Good staff, good environment and just overall friendly environment. For anyone who’s thinking of getting a puppy or are looking for a vet this is the place to go.

Love this vet! I have two shepherds and one is hard to handle outside of his comfort zone … they were amazing with him! Definitely recommend them!

This vet sure has changed in the last 6 months. They have turned into another high priced vet. They quote one price and then charge another when you go pick up your pet. Didn't get the discount the quoted and my bill was $40 higher then they quoted in the 1st place. I complained but they would not do anything. Not he same place as before so shy away. Brock Pennel

Every time I take my dogs I spend well over 500 and when you try to buy something simple like flea treatment that's a big no,no!!! Ridiculous.!!! Taking my dogs to a place where they really care for animals... This people is all about money!!!

THIS PLACE DESERVES 100 STARS !!! HANDS DOWN ! AMAZING STAFF AND DOCTOR AS WELL! YOU CAN TELL THEY GENUINELY LOVE DOING WHAT THEY DO !!! From the second I walked in, to the time I walked out everyone was VERY attentive to my baby ! I have never witnessed an office like this ! And being that I work in the medical field this was an outstanding office to come to ! I appreciate you all working here ! Thank you Dr. Brannon & Vet Tech Amy ! May God continue to bless you all forever! Thank you ! Thank You ! Thank You ALL !!! (Office is very clean, smells great, restrooms are nice and clean too) I just have to give credit where it’s due ! So I kenneled my Dog for the 1st time.She normally doesn't do well with new environments. They made her stay so enjoyable we can now go on vacation with peace of mind.

I will forever recommend Dr. Brannon to everyone I know! She's very informative, knowledgeable and truly cares about the wellness of your pet. She took great care of my 12 year old German Shepherd, Taz. I greatly appreciated that she spoke to me in person before, during, & after his surgery, and also made it a point to make sure he was comfortable throughout the entire visit. The staff was also very friendly & helpful, as always.

The new female vet is very friendly. Getting used to the two new veterinarians. Not sure of their names yet? All the old staff is still on the website. The female vet is very friendly but a bit loud. And I was waiting on syringes to administer meds at home for my older dogs... but spent time waiting for the staff to chat in the back and act like they weren’t.

The staff is very polite and easy to talk to. They explain everything and keep me well informed. My last appointment for my fur baby was a drop off appointment but not only did the dr speak to me in length over the phone, he also came into the lobby when I cam to pick and had another very informative conversation with me. Dr Wheeler made me feel like my pet was almost as important to him as she is to me. That warms my heart because she is very important to me. They are easy to get an appointment woth and have always been on time for our appointments. Thank you guys for taking great care of my Penny!!

After 15 minutes in front lobby and calling their phone twice, no one came out. We had a late appointment. I heard laughter in back. This place is not the same since they sold it. I am not giving them anymore chances. Leaving

I used to go to Tender Paws Animal Hospital and see Dr. Ree and I still love the ladies in the front, but now with Dr. Ree retired they only have Dr. Chambers and Dr. Tatem. I have nothing to say about Dr. Tatem, it is Dr. Chambers that I have an issue with. I took my italian greyhound in with a mamory tumor and she recommended removal. They gave me an estimate of around $1700, which is a good price considering her other health issues. However, it was only after I spent $973 there at Tender Paws that she recommended that we go to a specialist!! I told her at the beginning of this that we were on a limited budget, so she proceeds to use up half that budget before recommending a specialist who wants to charge about $3000 for this! Now my dog will die with this tumor on her because of a vet that either doesn't know what she is doing or just doesn't want to do it. I am heartbroken. This is the second time I gave Dr. Chambers a chance, she did the exact same thing with my siberian husky when he had an issue with his eye. She waited two weeks and two follow up visits (and about $600) before recommending a specialist! Like I said, she either doesn't know what she is doing or just doesn't want to do it and is just in it for the money. I WILL NEVER USE TENDER PAWS AGAIN!

Having multiple dogs and visiting many Vet's offices, I found the staff and Dr.s at TP to be the best. We recently had to say goodbye to our almost 13 year old. Dr. Chambers and staff member came to our house and helped us through this difficult time. I love the caring folks at Tender Paws Animal Hospital.

Everyone I’ve ever talked to either by phone or face to face has always been so polite and helpful. It’s obvious to me that these ladies are doing what they love. My chihuahua doesn’t even seem to mind going!
