The staff and Dr. Foster were amazing when I had to take our dog in. They got us an appointment the same day and were kind and compassionate. Thank you all for being so sweet to me and Roxie.

They were very kind and helpful in diagnosing my chicken. Will happily come here again if I ever need vet services for any of my pets in the future.

Totally outstanding (professional, reliable, responsive) medical support received for our canine and avian pets at a time that we needed in an emergency situation. We had to face a pet owner's most difficult decision to euthanize our beloved pet and the genuine compassion exhibited by Dr. Foster and Technician, Elizabeth, helped tremendously to ease the pain we experienced during the process. We commend Dr. Preston T. Foster and staff (Dr. Crawford, et al) and remain confident, content to know that "Pets Paw Animal Hospital" exists and remains available for our veterinary services.

I was quoted a price and approved it but they switched to something else at a higher price without my knowledge and I had to pay the extra. Not professional but Dr Foster is a good doctor and I've known many years.

Dr. Crawford and team provided exceptional care to my conure during her first well bird check up. I have not had a vet connect so well with her before. We will be back and I am so glad I have piece of mind that I have a great new vet for my bird since moving into the area.

I took a little bird there that was caught by a cat and also plan on using them in the future. They were very nice and it's a great service that they do for wildlife.

On Monday we came in for a visit with Dr. Crawford after our 6.5 year old Great Pyrenees had been limping for a while. Craig and Dr. Crawford were very gentle with her since she was nervous. They suggested we did X-rays and Craig made sure to give us an estimate and be completely transparent about pricing. Dr. Crawford decided with her age and breed that the X-rays showed osteosarcoma. Bone Cancer. Not something we were expecting or wanted to hear. Immediately they sent off her records to a radiologist and suggested we start thinking about amputation. This has been a whirwind of emotions for myself and my husband and the awesome staff at Pet's Paw have been there for us. I work with patients as well and I know I ask for a lot and I am impatient. They are so patient with me and send me updates and never get fussy with me. I don't mean to be a Karen, and I really appreciate everyone for being so knowledgable and understanding. Jennifer and Bethany, Thank you for always sending the records to me. I appreciate y'all so much.

They helped very much with my leopard gecko on making him feel better and giving him proper medicine for his injury. Friendly staff who know how to handle each animal with care. Will be coming back to bring my dogs and cats

I called Pets Paw to see if they would euthanize my 19 year old cat. She was suffering and in severe pain. They said I could bring her anytime that day without an appointment. They were the only vet's office that would do that. I told them I wanted to drop her off and leave immediately. Because it was very painful for me. They complied with everything I asked for at a very reasonable cost.

Only place in town that will look at my Cockatiel. I called a few minutes before closing because my bird had gotten some thread from a toy wrapped around his toe. I was unable to remove it myself and his toe was super swollen. They were able to see him immediately and they removed the thread without any issues. Prices are very affordable as well even being an emergency visit. Will never take my bird anywhere else! Thank you!

I love this place. Took my bearded dragon sunny up there for an eye infection. They are very caring and knowledgeable people. Friday one of my dogs will go to get fixed

Brought my chickens with a respiratory infection in here about a year and a half ago on two or three separate occasions the problem was never resolved, my entire flock died (none of the meds worked that I spent 100,s of $ on). Recently found a baby possum, called a wildlife reservation that works with this vet clinic, and they were closing so asked me to bring the little guy into pets paw and they would pick him up next day. I had been feeding him he was healthy, eating, and very active. When I dropped him off at the front desk the 2 representatives we’re nothing less than tacky and I felt off leaving this defenseless baby with them.. I specifically asked if they knew how to care for him. They laughed and said, “umm yeah, we know how to take care of him”.... Unfortunately I left him in their care and called to check on him the next day and they told me That they humanely euthanized him because he was too small!!! They never even gave him a chance and they should’ve just let me keep them if they were going to kill him. At least told me that that’s what they were going to do so he would have a fighting chance. All they had to do was keep him overnight and he was being picked up in the morning. I’m disgusted and hurt to say the least. I have nothing good to say about this place and I’ve now been in it at least 3 times..

Our family has over the years had a variety of pets. Dog, cats, prairie dogs, bearded dragons, a cockatiel and a duck. This place has seen all of them and are always professional, caring and dont pressure to do unnecessary things that are expensive. Best place ever and wont go anywhere else!

We've had the most wonderful experience with Pets Paw Animal Hospital. The staff is courteous, patient and caring. Dr. Preston Foster was extremely attentive and showed genuine concern for our dog Kate. He spent time with us and addressed all our concerns. He performed surgery on our dog and she's as happy as ever. She would have died if Dr. Foster hadn't taken such good care of her. We appreciate Dr. Foster's and his staff for their experience, professionalism and kindness that they showed us. We highly recommend Pets Paw Animal Hospital to our friends and loved ones who have any animal health needs. Their fees are very reasonable as well. We are looking forward to having Dr. Foster continue to take care of our dog Kate. We entrust her future health and wellbeing to this wonderful establishment and the staff. Emil Sr. and Ruth

I highly recommend this place. Dr. Foster treated my daughters dog(Tinkerbell) a few months ago and she's been doing so well! It's nice to know this place cares about your pets and try to help you save money when possible and everyone is very nice.

Pets paw was our main vet office for 5 years. We adore all the staff, the front desk ladies are so sweet and helpful. The vets and assistants are amazing as well. In the 5 years we had been taking our pets here, we got a new puppy and had to put our parrot to sleep. With any new issue that came up, they came back with compassion, empathy, and understanding. Not to mention the incredible service for all our animals. My family took in a very sick stray cat and took her in for evaluation. She was too sick and needed to be euthanized, and they gave us a discount for it. Don’t be fooled, these things should never be free! It costs money to run an establishment like this. The fact that they gave us a discount was so kind. We have been regulars here and they always greeted us with a smile and knew our babies by name. I’m so sad to leave this place and staff behind due to moving, but I know they are a wonderful vet office and I will forever recommend them. Bless all of you at pets paw!

This is our GoTo Pet Vet!

I made an appt to see why my pet wasn’t eating and was hoping for some answers. I didn’t get any blood work that I had hoped for, my pet jumped off the table because she wasn’t be handled properly by the careless vet tech. Doesn’t matter if “she landed on her feet” she should of never had that happen. Of course it freaked me out and stressed me out. I wouldn’t leave until it was confirmed that nothing was broken Dr Foster was extremely kind, he was very thorough and could see how distressed I was. Taking all emotion out I believe my pet was examined and treated with care and concern. However, I believe that vet tech needs to be more responsible to every animal she puts her hands on and this would of never happened. The stress on the animal and me and also everyone else in that room would of never happened had she a just been more careful and did her job. The other staff there are very kind as well. I believe they have everyone’s animals at interest. I think it was an accident as animals can be unpredictable but this could of been prevented. In all honestly I’m sure they don’t want to see my face again after the incident and it’s probably in my best interest to not go back. The trust level I could never have again and they probably dislike me as well. Maybe this was a freak accident but it could have and should have been prevented.

I was in town omw home and called just before closing. They were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Dr. Foster put me at ease with his obvious expertise because not just anyone reaches in and grabs Star without repercussions lol..overall a great experience. Thanks team!

I take my pets here. The only place near me that accepts "exotic" animals (I have ball pythons) as well as dogs. Very kind and loving environment also affordable.
