Excellent groomer and my dog loves the place!

Excellent experience getting our Doodle groomed. They were welcoming and listened to our requests. Place is clean and service was excellent. Will be back. Our girl looks great!

I am so happy I found this place for my snaggle toothed boy! I used to go to a cat only grooming facility, but moved away too far for my kitty to be comfortable in the car for that trip. Everyone including the owner, reception, and the groomer were so friendly and helpful and welcomed us in when we arrived. Kelly was my kitty Rascal's groomer and she did a fantastic job in a short amount of time!! The price can't be beat and loved the little bowtie they put on him. We'll be happy to return when it's time for another shave. Thank you!

Love this place. We have been paying an arm and a leg trying other places in the area including petco. They have amazing customer service, our dogs were not shaking when we picked them up and they looked so clean! We will return!

I've followed Jenny Sue for 14 years. She's the only groomer my little one has ever been to. She's so good with her and Ellie loved seeing her.

I have been a loyal JS customer for years, but unfortunately after too many 10 am appointments turned into six+ hour later pickups, I would rather not have my dog sit in a crate for five hours and still not be ready. They overbook and cannot fulfill basic grooming requests a lot of time (ie forgetting nail trims) When they are on, they are AMAZING, but I have just had too many “off” incidents to continue going back.

Update: I was contacted and the prices were corrected. Their customer service when dealing with this situation was top notch. It appears it was a miscommunication and some confusion with training new staff and they were very respectful when dealing with it! I will still be leaving the original review for context but the staff was very responsive and respectful to my concerns. Great job dealing with some communication errors. Original: The services were great but I feel as though I was treated unfairly with the price. Through email communication we asked for a nail trim and file, teeth cleaning, and furminator for a 40lb dog. The price I thought I was going to pay based on their website and what they told me at the counter was $46. However, my total ended up being $83 with tax and tip coming out to $104. I asked for a cost breakdown and they charged for $35 for an extra large breed and an extra $35 for a haircut (which was not given). When I asked for the haircut to be removed due to an error they simply changed the charge to a bath and left my total the same. I had not asked for a bath.

I’m from out of town visiting a friend, and my Daisy needed a groom. Absolutely amazing job and very reasonably priced!! I am definitely making the drive to come back????

My cat needed to be shaved, and I took her here. My cat hates getting brushed/shaved, so I was nervous of how she would handle it. The service was prompt and professional. The groomers did a great job with her and it was overall the most painless experience she could have had. Price was also very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Let me begin by saying I have been a loyal customer here for a while and I wanted to avoid having to respond like this but customers deserve to know! I took my baby to be groomed and she developed an awful skin infection. My dog was immediately evaluated and diagnosed with fungal infection. I was told this can occur when animals are groomed with DIRTY tools. I reached out to Jenny Sue to inform her of this matter and requested to speak with her. Well, this took place in July and I just spoke with Jenny today 8/27/2021!!!!!!! Needless to say, Jenny was nonchalant and seemed unbothered by my concerns and the lady that decided today to identify herself as the manager was rude! This manager lady kept asking me what do you want and insulating that I wanted something for free! Lady, I pay $80 plus usually twice a month to get my dog groomed and I tip! I had to pay almost 200$ to get my dog seen for this infection! You asked what did I want? Excuse me, I stated to you during the call that all I wanted was customer service.... An apology! Respect and appreciation for me remaining a loyal customer even during trying times! Respecting my time and how you failed to respond to my calls promptly! Acknowledging that this happened to my dog and the reassurance that this will never happen again! My dog suffered!!! SHAME ON YOU!
