Thank you for staying after hours for our cat. We felt bad to keep you late, but you and your assistant were friendly and patient with us. Dusty was back to normal after a couple of days of sleeping. I am making extra sure he eats only grass from now on.

The vets took excellent care of my dog, and called me times during the day to let me know exactly what was going on with her. I got an update every morning and every evening letting me know she was still okay. It's obvious that they really care about their jobs. Also this place is so much cheaper than every other vet that I priced.

Awesome customer service, they really care about your pet and will get you in as quickly as possible.

I was able to get in for an appointment same day. Started off with a front desk staff that was kind, friendly, amenable, and professional. They scheduled the appointment and even sent me an email with a little schedule reminder (which would have been really helpful for appointments set in the future.) once we got there my dog Sunny was so at ease with the assistant and Dr. Sherman that she didn’t think twice when they took her back to get shaved, etc. Dr. Sherman was thorough and went over different treatment options (short term and long term) and provided me with cost and benefits of each option and spent time to talk me through them. Really great to feel better about vets in general after having kind of a shakier experience at another clinic in the area (and several other not so great experiences in the past.). I’d feel great visiting their office again, although I hope not to have to for quite some time!

Wonderful folks who are kind and caring. The staff was great and I was able to get a same day appointment for my dog who had an ear infection. Dr. Austin treated my pet like family and explained the treatment in detail. We really appreciate his professionalism and thoughtfulness. Highly recommend.

Unlike a competing veterinarian business in the area. Columbus animal hospital after listening to my situation. Arranged for me to be seen the same afternoon I called. Once there even though I was 30 minutes early. Their, very pleasant staff. Got my little poodle and I into a room. The assistant and the doctor were all very professional. They explained different ways to treat my little one and allowed me ,without pressure but with knowledge make the decision best for us. After finishing they were kind enough at my bequest to get my other two poodle puppies in the next day. This was to insure my little one hadn't and didn't pass anything on to the puppies. Will I go back to this establishment again. Well I don't live in the area. But my little one and I will be returning in two months for another procedure for her. I could do it locally where I'll be. This business went above and beyond. Made my little one comfortable and helped us. So yes she will come here till she is completely well because u trust them. They actually care about the animal and not just locals. Isn't that what vets. are supposed to do. CARE ABOUT THE ANIMALS!@

Our beloved dog became ill very quickly. Dr Sherman recognized that his lymph nodes were very swollen and ordered tests. Before those test could be returned we were back in for a late night weekend x-ray, which confirmed our worst fears. Despite dragging both doctors out late on a weekend night, they were very thorough and compassionate to our situation. Unfortunately, a short two days later, we had to take our pet in for the last time ! They explained every step involved, in our decision to end our pets suffering. They were very compassionate and sympathetic through the entire process. They handled the cremation process and delivered his ashes back to me in one week. Although our story did not have a happy ending, the doctors and staff went out of their way to make sure we understood the diagnosis, what was happening and when the time came, albeit quickly, they were very supportive. I would recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful business, didnt have an appointment for my little guy. They worked him in. They got Gus on the right track for recovery . Very friendly and very helpful vet's and co workers.

These guys are on point!!! Every time I need these guys they are there. Solid people and top notch service!!!!! They should charge more for the excellent work they provide to people with pets!!!

The business is in new hands: Dr. Baron has retired, and (after several changes of vets since then) the new owners (2019 ==>) are the two Doctors Sherman. They (and all at the clinic) have has been absolutely superb with our many cats, particularly just lately when we've had two very difficult illnesses with them. Highly recommend!
