Staff was great. They seem to care about you and your pet. They treat your pet like one of their own. Grooming staff was awesome and took their time working with my dog. Definitely worth it if you have a difficult dog to groom.

The best vet clinic I've been to! Dr. Dietrich was very attentive and clearly informed me of everything. All of the staff was friendly and welcoming. Although it's a long drive from my home, I will make Dr. Dietrich and his staff my permanent clinic!

I first met Dr. D. at another facility and when I was told he had opened his own vet clinic I immediately changed vet clinics, even though the previous one was less than 5 minutes' drive from my residence and TruBond is around 25 minutes from me. Dr. D. is the best vet I have ever had. That is saying a lot since I have had a lot of dogs and a lot of vets over the years. I have had up to 5 dogs at one time and struggled to find a vet and staff that I felt liked all breeds of dogs...and understood my dogs' special issues...and listened! I have 3 dogs currently; and they all have special issues. Dr. D. and his entire staff couldn't have been more amazing with my dogs from start to finish and the communication and follow-up was perfect. I can tell that they all genuinely love animals and understand that they all have unique personalities, and, to me, that is the most important thing. They are also just so nice...from the receptionist to every person that I encountered in person or on the phone. I will bring all my dogs to Dr. D. and his lovely team at TruBond for as long as it is open for business. Thanks to the whole team for taking such great care of us!!

The staff and the Dr. are so kind. They helped my dog get better super fast and explained everything to the details. This will definitely be my #1 option for my pet’s treatment.

Took my pup in for a checkup and to discuss lump removal. The service I got was exceptional. Vet and staff was informative and showed care for my dog’s health. There was no suggestion for any up charge or unnecessary service. Allergy shot was $50 below what I paid with previous vet. Vet followed up post visit with more information about my dog’s future health care. Highly recommend for a trustworthy vet!

My dog loves this place! The entire staff is so caring and kind! The facility is state of the art. Maddie and I attended their open house and had a blast! She loves to stop by for visits with the staff often.

I absolutely love this place ❤! I feel like I have finally found the perfect veterinarian and staff that makes you and your puppy feel welcome. From the receptionist to the Veterinarian and the groomer. They answered all my questions and are reasonable priced. I highly highly recommend them. truBond also offers grooming services and I have one scheduled this coming up Saturday she's seems so nice. (I'm extremely bad with names)

Our first experience at truBOND for our little guy, Jagger, was amazing to say the least. Since they opened I was eager to make an appointment as it’s three minutes from our home, and I am glad I finally did. This place feels like a modern doctors office for your pet! Obviously it’s a new building but you almost just want to stay in there to wait for your doggo while getting groomed. And to have professional, friendly, accommodating, clean, friendly, friendly, friendly grooming and Vet care all in one is simply great. This place is the new gem for pets in Colleyville. We got a new puppy and decided to switch to a Vet closer to our house. I called multiple vets and just based off the initial phone experience we made the leap. We are so glad we did because truBOND is amazing! The facility is top notch and welcoming. Our pup had his first visit last week and the entire staff was great. It’s very obvious everyone that works there cares not only about your pet, but you as an owner. Dr. Dietrich was very informative, answered all our questions, and never once did I feel I was putting him out with all my questions (which I have felt at other vets). I love that they utilize text, emails, and phone calls instead of just telling you that you have to come in. I can’t wait until our other fur babies are ready for their yearly visits so we can take them too! Highly recommend Dr.Dietrich and his entire staff!

Dr Chris assured me he and his skilled/knowledgeable staff would be able to draw blood from my cat as our primary vet unable to do this for 2 years. Labs yield so much needed information to make a diagnosis in animals, and humans alike. We’ll they did it and my 16 year old cat was treated like a king at TruBond. Dr Chris explained everything in detail as well as giving me a tour of his awesome new clinic. The clinic was immaculate, prepared for any injury or well exam our fur babies need. I’m returning! LOVE this place! Dr. Dietrich is fantastic! I took my Sam here after an emergency situation had us at the ER vet. Dr. D was incredibly attentive to what my dog needed and was determined to get him well. The staff is equally outstanding and communicates with extreme efficiency. Don't think twice ... take your pets to TruBond! P.S. They have grooming, too. Ambrose will shower your doggo with love while making him super handsome. :)

We’ve been to TruBond twice now and have an upcoming appointment in a few days! We’ve seen Dr. Dietrich for Rosies allergies and the groomer. Dr. Dietrich allowed Rosie to get comfortable and familiar with the facility and the exam room before ever examining her. It gave her time to settle in and not be so nervous as she generally is. We had the same experience with her grooming appointment. The office was quiet and the groomer took extra time to understand Rosies grooming history and experiences, as well as extra time on trouble areas around Rosies face. Everyone that we have encountered has been so caring and knowledgeable. You can absolutely tell that the entire staff at TruBond genuinely cares about pets and are here for far more than a paycheck. We are so grateful to have such a wonderful partner in caring for Rosie and making sure she lives the best most healthiest life possible! Go see TruBond!!!!

My sweet but anxious dog has not been a huge fan of the vet or grooming. He needed all vaccinations & routine bloodwork, Dr. Dietrich & April did not rush things & was patient with his care. Hopefully, with time & patience, he will start to feel less anxious. I feel confident that TruBond can make that a reality! He is scheduled for grooming next! The facility is beautiful & welcoming. This is a fantastic center. From the moment you walk in, you can immediately tell that it’s a caring place. The front staff was welcoming and warm. You don’t feel like a number like so many other places. The center itself is immaculate and bright - and very roomy!! Nothing was overlooked to make you and your pets as comfortable as possible. I think Dr. Dietrich truly has a heart to help your fur family. Everything was explained in real terms which was awesome. I didn’t feel like I was being talked over. And I was able to ask questions without feeling like I was putting him out. That was a big big bonus. This place is a breath of fresh air for sure. I’ve never had this type of red carpet experience with my pets. This is how it should be in my opinion. I’ll be a frequent flyer from now on.
