So kind, considerate and professional! EXCELLENT GROOMERS who truly care about the animals they groom! They did a beautiful job on my 2 very scraggly poodles, and dogs were happy when I picked them up.

I love the ladies here. They are so sweet to my dog and always do a great job in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you all for being sweet to my puppy dog.

My Louie gets good grooming here. Tiffany makes sure he is taken care of. Good staff and great value. My go to for my mini poodle and his grooming needs.

Very professional. They communicated with me which set me a ease. My dog is very challenging when it comes to grooming. He 9 months old and has been groomed at least 7 times. This was our first visit to Kountry Klippers and they were very patient.

Used this groomer 2-3 times and never had a problem. However the last time almost resulted in a law suit. My husky always gets bathed & a descending treatment. This time they shaved his stomach,butt & all around his genitals. Huskys should NEVER be clipped or shaved. My dog also had to be taken to the vet due to INJURY that occurred at Kountry Kippers. I confronted them over the phone & they were EXTREMLY rude and denied anything happened. My dog was obviously injured,I simply wanted to know what happened so I could let my vet know. They are horrible!

Very helpful and nice with my dog jase. Always have trouble with his nails. He was well taken care of.

Affordable and friendly. They did a wonderful job with our pup for her first grooming session. They fill up fast so an appointment is needed at least a week in advance. It's really nice because you drop off your pet in the morning and have until closing to go back and get them.

I took my dog here for a nail trim. It was our first visit and we will definitely go back. Sondra did a great job with my dog, who is usually very nervous, and was very fast. I would highly recommend them.

Friendly people and great groomers!

Beware this place is horrible! They shaved my huskys underside and used a furminator on his coat. My husky was injured while they were"grooming" him. I had asked for a simple bath and deshedding which they charged over 100.00. He has since been in and out of the ER FOR INJURIES FROM THEM. When I called the groomer actually hung up on me!

On Saturday, April 7, 2018 my husband took our 8 month old Mini Austrailian shepard puppy to the groomer for the first time. Upon picking her up, the groomer advised us that she may be licking her vulva due to a close shave. When we got her home, she was lethargic, and in pain. She couldnt walk 3 feet without stoping to tend to her swollen and bright red vulva. It was Monday before she would eat, walk around, and wanted attention. I took her to the vet Monday afternoon. Our Vet recommended NO MORE sanitary trims at the groomer. The tech had pulled all the hair out of one side and left the other side with hair. There's NO stubble hairs, it was raw and bare. Smooth to the touch. This morning I called to let them know we were NOT satisfied with the grooming. Thru the whole conversation with the tech, i was talked over, no remourse, just defending herself and denied hurting my puppy. The tech said she was licking herself before the groom even started. I can agree that, she may have been, shes a very prissy pup. She likes to be clean after she goes potty. This is a normal every day thing. It was NOT irritated before the grooming. My puppy, today, is finally getting some relief since our visit to the vet. I would NOT recommend anyone to take their pet to Kountry Klippers in Colleyville. No apologies were made towards my puppy hurting. Only an apology that we wont be back. Take responsibility for the pain you caused my pup. Yes, she was excited to see us. That doesnt mean she wasnt in pain!!!! Shame On You K.K.!!! Dawn Libby and Tinker
