No longer my pet store... Idk if anybody working here even likes animals lol. So sad. Shelves looked empty on my catfood. I asked for help. They said, we have some more in the back. No other help. Wouldn't get some even tho they told me they had it.

Well I was looking for a particular product, and it wasn't at this store I guess this is a smaller store and close to me and doesn't have a huge selection. But the associate was very nice and checked to see where I could find the product at another store (very appreciative of that). But I will continue to go to this store it is close to where I live.

When I need basics for my dog, Petco has the best assortment. I don’t buy any food or treats from China, and Petco can let you know the country of origin. Actually, my dog eats better than I do….mostly from Petco. For all else, this is where you can buy and get it right…

Was refused from buying a fish because they wanted us to have a bigger tank. Plus very rude

Noone there....went for a dog sweater, what a freaking circus my friend runs.

Went in looking for a fish tank and accessories. The store associate Victoria was extremely knowledgeable and helpful!! She mentioned a few things that we weren’t aware of and made sure that we understood everything!! The store cashier Mathew went above and beyond!!! We were there on Black Friday but the items we were processing weren’t on sale. Mathew mentioned “price match”. We looked the items up by their item number ONLINE and we were able to use the online price rather then the store price WHICH SAVED US ALOT OF MONEY!! Thank you Mathew && Victoria for your assistance!!! I would’ve given the store a 5 star rating but there was a store associate that was giving an attitude vibe when asked to assist us & I didn’t care for it. I know his name but I don’t want to blast him. Anyways thank you to the main associates here for a great experience!!

Staff is friendly and helpful stock was well organized.

I'm usually very satisfied with my experience but this time was a bit irritating. I couldn't buy half the things I needed online because the system kept saying there was low stock in the store. I like to shop online and then pick up in-store because of the savings you guys offer when doing so. When I got to the store and looked around, they had all the things I needed in stock but wouldn't let me buy online, so I had to purchase them at regular price and miss out on the 20% savings. I wish you guys would keep more stock in store so that people buying online wouldn't have to go through this anymore!! Why even buy things online if I'm going to have to go into the store and look for everything else I need anyway??

One stop shop, 3 stars because prices are too high.

It's a very small Petco. When I visited, there weren't any animals stocked except for one cat in the adoption section. Employees were very nice. Star-rating is really due to how tiny the store is. I would recommend traveling further to a bigger Petco if you're looking for variety. However, if you know exactly what you want, and you want to pick it up quickly (it's literally right next to a Kroger - so you can get it done while you're shopping there too), then this is a good enough Petco.

Shelves stocked with everything I was looking for. Love their selection of cat and dog food, both wet and dry. Employees were nice and helpful to everyone

Let me tell you how amazing this pick-up was! I was having such a mom day; kids were arguing, had been rushing all evening and I completely forgot the dog food for my fur babies. Whoops! So I placed an online order and then drove to the store ahead of my pick up time. I called when I got there and he kindly fulfilled the order right away and carried it out to my car. He was so kind! I only wish I had caught his name.

The customer service is absolutely a 10....
