Awesome store had everything I needed and more..

Usually have an available supply of what I'm shopping for. Very limited inventory if Science Diet food for dogs this trip. Not sure if it's supply chain or a change in product carrying. We'll see.

Had everything I needed - or could even think of - to stock up for a cat coming to stay at my house for a few days.

Staff & Management were nice and professional. Place was very clean and there were quite a few dogs there. Price and check out time were very reasonable. This is a very good business establishment.

Looked for a pet bed but they were all stacked so high against a wall in small area, couldn't get to any. Another customer too. We both bought none. Got dog food and doggy mat I will likely return as it didn't fit. Can I ask for dog bed in store without jumping hurdles literally? What it felt like in store, as husband stood there with 50 pounds of dogfood. And bought cutest Grinch doggy sweater. That made 2 hour drive somewhat worth the trip.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very good selection of food, treats, toys, care, etc. Easy parking.

Took my NEW Baby Girl, Pebbles to Pet Smart to get her Shoulder Collar and some chew toys, as well as some treats. Pebbles is 3 months old, weights 5lbs, and is a Terrier-mix.

Nice place and nice people. Good selection of healthy birds, fish, and other animals. Moderately priced products and usually well stocked. You'll probably find whatever it as you're looking for here.

Clean store, friendly people, easy to find what you need for your dog. =)

I'm not sure I could ask much more from a pet store. We have cats, birds (including parrots), and rats, and there's always someone at PetSmart who is familiar with them all! They also have a wide variety of food for each species. Pro tip: They match all advertised prices, including from sales on their own website!

Quick and easy! Curbside pickup- called he store said I was there to pick up my order and they came right out and loaded up my 4 bags of dog food and I was on my way!

This is for the groomer not the store.. we took our 14 year old beagle chow in for a grooming. We made an appointment at one to drive in from 30 miles away. When he got dropped off we were told it would be 3-4 hours.. so clearly he just sat in a kennel until they could get to him. So instead of being able to kill some time nearby we ended up driving home and had to go back to get him after adding 60 miles onto our day. It ended up taking 2.5 hours. So don't expect your apt to be kept. That alone isn't all that bad, but what we saw when we picked him up was laughable but also infuriating. He was attacked by German Shepards in March and had to be shaved in a few areas. Luckily the fur had almost grown back but was still just a little uneven. We asked the groomer to even out his coat which would have required maybe taking off less than an inch of his top coat. Instead they shaved my dog.. took his entire top coat off completely! My mom is a dog groomer and she said you never do that to a double coated dog. To make it worse it is totally uneven and there's tuffs of hair still sticking out all over his body. I could have done a better job at home, not wasted 120 miles of driving and and half a Saturday. Beware! Before and after PetSmart grooming pics below...

Once again feeder fish were quarantined/ not for sale. Although they have everything i need,it's very frustrating when the one thing you need isn't available.

Shopped here for years, the workers are usually always friendly and they typically have my ghost shrimp in stock!

The store overall is fine. Always have what I need and staff is friendly! This is for the grooming salon. Before covid a couple years ago the salon was great and my dog looked wonderful. Now since covid with all the new staff it’s terrible. My dog has been kicked out twice. He’s all of a sudden aggressive when he’s been coming for years and hasn’t been once? Lies my 10 pound yorkie isn’t aggressive but I have a feeling she was prob aggressive with him & he fought back. If it’s even true. Last time my dog was sent home soaking wet for me to transport home in my car. Mind you he had been there for 3 hours before they called me to pick him up. My theory the groomer was running behind and just didn’t want to do his cute. She was already on another dog when I arrived. That’s not even the worse part she calls me and leaves me a voicemail threatening to call animal control on me because my dog allegedly bit her. When I came to get him she was extremely disrespectful and just yelled at me she’s calling the manager before I even said anything and didn’t have one mark from this made up biting at all. Literally the worst customer service. Who does this?! If you hate your job just quit. Don’t take it out on someone’s dog. NEVER COMING BACK! That’s $70 bucks y’all are missing quite often.

It was a quick, fast and easy process overall. I felt comfortable leaving my dog with them. They love on your pet like they are their own pets, and they do a wonderful job grooming! Her cut job was perfect, exactly what I asked for! Love this place! Will definitely go back!

One of the best Petsmart in town. The store personnel are knowledgeable and willing to help. The location is also extremely convenient.

The store is well stocked and organized. I've only had positive experiences related to their dog and cat products (food, toys, harnesses, etc). I have no opinions on the grooming or vet.

Lexi and I both love shopping here. She loves getting a new toy everytime we go. Staff is so friendly knowledgeable and helpful.

They have everything we needed for our new puppy and to keep our fish tank up and running. Great selection and very clean!
