Been here twice and satisfied. They do what I ask and my pup with a heart mummer and inlarge heart always comes out happy and clean. The owner always does Bella I believe. Eitherway with some of the reviews I see I don't get the vibe that they harm animals or the pierce is unreasonable. Give them a chance. They take my small 23 pound pup in quickly and everything comes out fine. :)

Dropped off my dog. Was quoted $102 for grooming and teeth brushing. Went to pick him up they said the price was $142. They said it took 2 groomers because of his increased weight so extra charge. He is possibly a few pounds heavier than last visit so a $40 charge because my dog is fat?? After many YEARS as a loyal customer would not have expected to be treated in that manner. Will not be back. To top it off they did not cut my dog's hair as we discussed. They shaved his whole body EXCEPT for his tail...he looks ridiculous....

They were terrific with my boxer. He looked good and well groomed. Most of all happy.

I use the wash stations and the staff is very nice.

They have a track record for harming dogs in their care and claiming the dog gets too rowdy or aggressive! I was looking for Groomers in the area to refer a friend to and this would’ve been one but I’m thankful I learned about what they do here prior to recommending. BOOK TAILS AGOGO ON FACEBOOK INSTEAD! She’s way kinder & trustworthy than this business.

Groomer didn't follow instructions I repeated twice and ruined something months in the making. Poor service. Although friendly.

This is a great place. My dogs love going there and are not afraid.

So I have taken my dog there for about two years now. The only reason I took him is because I didn’t have to go often and groomers are hard to book. Today I get a call. Mind you my last appointment was about 4-5 months ago. I get a call literally hours before my appointment saying “I’m just the messenger but we won’t accept your dog anymore because he’s just to hard to handle.” They told me he bites and scratches all the time. Which I know dogs can react in certain situations but they have only told me of one time of him biting and that was because they made him bleed by cutting his nails to short. All dogs wiggle. All dogs make mistakes. But you all deal with dogs everyday you should’ve let me know at his last appointment if he was biting or acting out. I would’ve taken more responsibility for that. I knew I should’ve done more whenever you sent him home with a huge gash down his side and looked me in the eyes and told me “we didn’t do that” well who did? I’m very disappointed In how they handled this situation we really enjoyed the owner. They handed it down to this new manager and she is very unprofessional and rude! Leaving us out to dry at the very last minute. We were already on our way to them when we got the call.

The staff here are efficient and very helpful. I usually use their self service wash tubs in between grooming sessions and have them trim and buff my two pups nails. The self service wash comes with shampoo, ear cleaning solution and pads, rubber brush, wire brush, and blow dryer. They sanitize the tubs after each use. My 40 lb pitbull mix and 12lb Brussels griffons pups both fit easily in the tub at the same time. So very convenient. They have packaged deals that offer discounted prices. They also do dog grooming but I haven't tried this service. Very convenient.

Great place, super nice staff. My dog comes in matted some times and they will call and ask permission to fully shave him other then just shaving him without asking. And they do a great job with his hair. Mini poodle.

I've been taking my dog there for about 8 months now and they always do a great job with her! She doesn't even cry anymore when I hand her over.

Best grooming service facility I've been to and won't go anywhere else. Booking appointments online is simple and the best way to go. If you call and leave a message they will actually call you back. Edmundo and the staff are great!

Yeah I liked it. Been here twice for self wash. You actually have to make an appt, but he let me do a walk in around 2pm since they weren't too busy. Hours of self serve are 12 to 4pm, but they close after their last appointment. You can make appointments online or over the phone. They provide good leash restraint, as well as a muzzle because I forgot mine. Manager helped me learn to handle my dominant aggressive dog when the dog tried to bite during ear cleanings. They provide aprons, ear cleaner, bottomless shampoo, industrial dryer, two brush types as well. Cost was $18 for a big dog. I trust this business' choice of shampoo, as they look for specific types of ingredients that will harm dogs to keep out of the shampoos they use.

I have been back to the shop for the 2nd time to get my Lhasa groomed at Rubber Doggies. I must tell you that the medicated shampoo treatment they give my dog allows her relief from itching and the Horrible dandruff that I see flake up as I brush through her hair. I always ask for a Schnauzer cut on her head to preserve her beard (I love her Lhasa multi-colors in it) and they have yet to disappoint. At this facility they know their jobs, but more than that your furry family member is treated with respect. I have NEVER picked up any of my dogs from this facility and they were distressed, which says a lot because all us pet parents know how hard it is to do Any grooming for our fur family member(s). Took my 70lb mutt here for a self wash. The staff was extremely helpful and guided us though the different soaps and towels. The soap and water were unlimited and I washed my dog twice. I then used there blow dryer on him along with the towels. Good experience all around.

Great, great, great place. My dog weighs about 10 pounds and they do a wonderful job with him. This is not a large company and they are very personable. Give them a try. They all need our support!!

When taking my pet to see about using them to groom her they had me fill out some forms stating that if they had to take her to get medical attention I would be responsible for bill, after signing I put a part in it stating if she needed medical attention due to neglect from them they would be responsible and asked him to sign and that’s when he said he would refuse grooming her, sounds sorry if they refuse backing up their care for the pet.

Worst treatment of animals and customers I have ever experienced. Beware, if you love your pets.

Rubber Doggie, has always done a great job on my Yorkie. Very satisfied with all of them.
