Love their grooming service for my 2 dogs. I have been using them for the past 6 months and have been very pleased. Your groomers are excellent.

I'm coming back today to buy more things for our aquarium, some of which aren't stocked at any of the other pet stores in the area. Very happy with associates and variety of products.

Close to home, better products than PetSmart, clean store, kind staff, clean grooming salon and happy cats as soon as you enter!

When I asked the attendance about the saltwater fish, she was not sure about them and if they were quarantined prior to insertion into the tanks...therefore, I took my business to another seller who quarantines.

I bought chamrleon kit aand was looking for a chameleon .the manager took time to explain how to buy, take care of the chameleon they had...I felt very secure that she was extremely knowledgeable and super nice!!! Thank you

Found what I needed, and was able to get in and out quickly. A pleasant shopping experience.

Took my baby girl mamas to get heart worm tested before they could prescribe her new heart worm meds. We also did some girl shopping for a cute outfit. We need to make sure we stay fit, because Mamas mom is an INDEPENDENT VIVRI LEADER, who promotes nutrition. Anyone interested in an essential nutrition system that is delicious, easy and practical. If you don’t have time to eat, a VIVRI meal replacement is the way to go.

Took a cat to see if it had a microchip. Young man that took care of us was very attentive.

The store is really clean, the animals inside seem to be treated nicely. Glad I visited.

Kevin told us guinea pigs can’t have wood chews and essentially refused a sale by influencing our choice of toys. I’ve had guinea pigs most of my life and KNOW that they need chew toys to stay stimulated and help keep their teeth healthy. He told us guinea pigs “only need hay”, which is completely false, as they need a wide variety of foods, treats, and toys to stay mentally and physically healthy. Won’t be going back

Petco had the item I was looking for at a great price . Looking forward to shop with you again.

We love going here just for fun! They always have a ton of cats for adoption and loads of other pets from birds to ferrets. They have a get selection of food and the staff is always super friendly and helpful.

I have always had such wonderful experiences here at this location. Everyone is so kind and is always willing to help you with anything that you may need. On this particular visit one of the employees by the name of Jared went out of his way to assist me and find exactly what I needed even though the spot was empty he walked up and down the aisles and searched the overstock to find me exactly what I was looking for. Thank you so much Jared!

Convenient location to grab supplies and food for the pets! Staff there is very friendly and help when needed. Definitely recommend to go to if in the Cibolo area.

Great store had everthing I needed and get customer service

It's clean, staff friendly and the animals like the parakeets seem well cared for. Had trouble finding things.Store was neat and clean which shows they do care about customers and their pets, Cause Petco is where the Pets Go! according to that old commercial of yours. Sometimes you find things Walmart or somewhere else doesn't have for your pet.

I went in for Dog food. I found what I needed right away and checked out pretty quickly. They usually always have what I'm looking for for my dogs.

My dog was groomed here we brush trash bags full of hair off him daily. They deshed him it was great he was nervous and they were all really nice with him

Not to many animals there anymore and they raised pet adoptions.
