Whitestone Animal Hospital Cedar Park, Texas

They are amazing. When my dog had bloody stool a few months ago I was panicked and worrying out of my mind, trying to find an emergency vet that could take her that day. Whitestone was patient and able to make room in their busy schedule to check on her and let me know everything was alright. I'll pay whatever it costs to take care of my dogs but was worried about a high cost bill because it was an emergency, at least in my mind. The price was actually incredibly reasonable! It was after that visit that I decided to make them my regular vet instead of using Thrive and Banfield. My dog Sweetie tested positive for heartworms and I fretted and worried that it would be bad and felt guilt for not having had her on preventatives. None of them blamed me or made me feel ashamed for missing prevention. Instead, we discussed treatment and continued forward. Sweetie is almost done with her treatment and is thriving! The receptionists, vets, and vet assistants have been so patient with me and so gentle with my dogs.

Dr. Walden is a fantastic vet who truly loves animals. All of our pets (especially the fancy rats!) have been to Whitestone and they're always treated with kindness and compassion. We couldn't ask for a better vet!

Wasn't able to fix whatever is wrong with my dog ( still mystery) but staff is very nice and scheduling was easy.

Very caring and knowledgeable. New to having a puppy and they were willing to answer lots of questions when the stool sample found that the puppy had hook work. We did wait a while after our appointment time until we were seen but that also let's me know that they'll take the same extra time with us should we need it.

Dr Kramer and all of the staff are great. Always helpful and friendly. My puos actually love going to the vet.

We love all the doctors and staff at Whitestone Animal Hospital. They have never turned us away with last minute emergency situations. And do everything possible to make sure your pet is always getting the best care. Everyone here is kind, caring and professional. Everything is explained to you and options of treatment are offered when possible. I'm so glad I found them.

Many many years ago I worked at a veterinary clinic in another state. What I was told time and time again was "customers can go to any veterinary office, we need to make sure they're glad they came here". I do not feel welcomed when I come to this veterinary clinic at all. I also feel the prices are pretty high

Have a prescription for our dog's food, but they will not sell the food to us, unless our dog see's their VET. Sad

Just changed my vet, so happy I found this place. Dr. Cocke and her vet tech were really nice, answered all my questions, and were not forceful with my timid dog. Really affordable prices for neuter/spay.

There’s so much to say about this wonderful facility, but I’ll keep it short. The hospital is immaculate and the staff is friendly and efficient. My dog and I were in and out within 30 minutes and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Will try asking my husband for another dog now that I know this hospital exists ????

Such a good vet clinic! Helped my moms puppy when she got parvo at only 9 weeks old. Remy ended up surviving! Wendy Walden is amazing and saved Remys life when we were in doubt. Wendy cares for all animals the ones in the clinic and her own since I am friends with her daughter so iIcan see Wendys love and care for animals!!

They gave me a quote on my little baby dog Paco. They took really good care of him. He had his canine baby teeth removed and he got neutered. It was actually cheaper than their estimate. Plus they trimmed his nails. They're extremely reasonable and even called me the next day to make sure that he was okay. I would never my baby anywhere else.

We ONLY go here now. They are super attentive and flexible with hours and issues. We have a pit mix we rescued after we found her dying from someone pouring acid all over her. They did a great job saving her and my cat when he was having urinary tract issues. They also do boarding which is a big plus.

After having a horrible experience at another hospital we came here. The staff is extremely kind, reassuring, and a comfort. I feel so comfortable with my pet in their hands. Our little Maria is in surgery right now and we will be bringing all of our pets for care here in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about Whitestone Animal Hospital! We just moved to the area, and unfortunately I have had a few emergencies with my senior dog. I tried a vet closer to my house, and had a terrible experience. The only good thing about that, was it led me to these folks! My little Riley has been treated for Bronchitis, and an ear infection in the last month. They took me in on an emergency basis during regular hours, and are always kind, caring and compassionate. I now have met three of the vets and they have all been wonderful. The techs are also kind and compassionate and knowledgeable. They don’t try to push you into things that are not needed and educate you to make an informed decision. I am really happy that they are there and have been a Godsend to me these last few months. Thank you Whitestone. I hope I don’t have to see you too soon again ;-) but am glad you cane be there for those that need you!! Keep up the good work.

Warm, friendly, sparkling clean, caring, knowledgeable in the latest treatments, and very reasonable rates. Plenty of parking, separate cat and dog entrances. I can't think of a single complaint. This place is golden. Stop looking, take your pets here.

After spending almost $700 at an emergency vet and Chula not better after 2 days, I called “our vet” and they were able to fit her in the next morning. Everyone there really cares about your babies and do their best to keep the bill reasonable too.

We absolutely love Whitestone! They're taking such good care of our two older dogs. The response time is great and we're always able to get an appointment quickly. Super professional and so very kind. Highly recommend! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

The staff is amazing!! So much love here for animals. I first made appt for another area vet clinic, but when I heard about this Veterinarian, I made the appt here and she was able to squeeze me in same week. I'm disabled, and my hub a senior, we cannot afford higher prices. She gave me many perks free. Took wonderful care of my baby girl dog, Zendaya was so calm when I got her back. Choosing a new vet office can be stressful and scary. Today was my first visit at Whitestone Animal Hospital and it will not be the last. I am extremely comfortable leaving my pup in the hands of these wonderful people. Friendly staff and nice environment for my pup, who is scared of just about anything. After my visit I found a cute note tucked inside my pup's vest. (See attached). No complaints here. See you next time, ladies!

My dog Ruby recently had some issues with not eating. My previous dog, Penny, had this happen to her as well. It turned out to be stomach cancer but it went misdiagnosed for weeks by another vet. Needless to say, I was worried about Ruby and thought that it was the same situation. Dr. Walden and her team could not have been more caring and thorough about carefully diagnosing the situation and doing what was best for my dog. She put my mind at ease and it turned out to be a nasty GI infection and Ruby is all better now. You can trust your pet is in good hands with Dr. Walden!

Dr Wendy doesn't ever do any unnecessary tests. She has taken great care with our 20yr old cat, when she was alive. And takes great care in our new 3 month old kittens.
