Great experience at thrive! Very professional and caring! I had to pick up medicine for my dog and they brought it out to my car for me so I didn’t have to unload 2 babies!

Called ahead to make an appointment, got there and they said it would be 20 minutes but made me wait over an hour. Tried to upsell and didn’t show any care. I like thrive but this location is terrible. Make the drive to the one on Louis Henna they are far more professional.

Staff is kind, so that’s a positive I suppose, but honestly, I feel like I left with no answers. The vet examined my dog for maybe 3 minutes then told me of all the “possibilities” of what the issue could “possibly” be. My dog has a few lumps, and no tests were done or even recommended. Disappointing. I left with the same knowledge I had already found on Google. Also, not sure about the “affordability” that’s claimed.. I was quoted for a spay about $150 less at a couple other vets in the area… And when I asked them for a quote for a spay, they added a bunch of extra unnecessary costs and services, like for micro chipping and heart worm stuff that I did not ask for….

Took my cat Angel to Thrive Pet Healthcare. They were very good with with her and took good care of her. Their process are very reasonable. I have taken other pets here before.

Took my kitty in for a sick visit and everyone was so professional and attentive. They went over abs beyond to ensure my cat would get better. We will definitely be back for all of our pet needs.

My dogs have been coming here for over 3 years. Mostly for vaccines. I switched my younger dog to another vet because he has allergies and needs additional testing that can get pretty pricey but chose to keep my senior dog here because, I thought the price for an annual was $107 and screen shotted the list of prices so that when I got here, the price didn't somehow jump to $400. Well, they come back with a different price of $157 for all... Exact same shot list and annual visit - just a totally different price. I showed them the screenshot, and told them if they wanted to lose a patient, this is the way to do it. They refused to honor the listed price. Next year, I will be going to a new vet.

Called to ask for an estimated cost on spaying my cat. The office staff said they do not provide that until you have the $38 nose-tail exam!!! I have never heard of a business that operates like that!! Even the overly costly vet clinics gave me a price estimate!!! I hardly think THRIVE can call itself affordable…if the customer isn’t allowed a price estimate????

Bar none, the best vet I’ve ever taken a pet to. All of the staff were pleasant, patiently answered all of my many questions and the medical staff were gentle and efficient.

I came in as urgent care after the clinic cancelled my appointment due to a Dr needing to leave. I was 4th in line for urgent care and got taken back when I was called and it was my turn. They took all the dogs before me in, then they took my dog in and brought him back out and said it wasn’t my turn so they kicked me out of the room after I’ve been waiting for over an hour. They started taking dogs in that came after me and gave me no real explanation to why I had to wait much longer than everyone else for something that was only going to take them 3-5 minutes. I was loving thrive but now I immediately regret purchasing memberships for my dogs their. Such a lack of respect for peoples time.

I want to give Thrive a 5 star review, but every time we call to fill prescriptions or schedule care, we get an operator that every single time so far has no clue the hours of operation or seems to be able to schedule anything for us and just tells us to call back later. We love it when we're in there, but how do we circumvent the answering service?!?! They're AWFUL

Even though it took a couple of weeks to get the appointment. Dr. Maria was through and gave us a true picture of our Shadow's health. Helped us to discern which tests were needed and which one we should hold off on. Waiting now for a response from the Dr. When the results of the tests and consult are ready. I told them what I can afford and they are trying to work with that. I'm so grateful to the staff at my Thrive.

Thrive has been so amazing to my puppy family this past year. This year has been very eventful with having a litter of puppies. They have helped make sure that all of our puppies are as healthy as possible and having a lot of options for care. They are affordable, without taking out the love that they have for our furbabies.

I brought my cat princess in, she had a uti. The staff was friendly and took great care of princess. The made me feel comfortable and I appreciate the great kindness. Just after two days princess is back to being the queen of her manor. Thank you Thrive????

I understand that they have policies about the stupid masks. It is not a mandate nor a law. And for that reason they have put my pet in danger because they care more about putting a muzzle on people than doing their job

Went to urgent care as my 14 year old chihuahua damaged her knee and was in pain. They were quick and friendly. No extra expenses and left with pain meds.

My dog and cat have been going to Thrive for the past three years. Unfortunately, this last visit is making me question continuing with them. They have more than double the cost of their exams and have significantly increase the cost of the vaccines. Since we are still unable to go into the exam room, I got a 1 minute call from the vet going over the animals’ health. I would no longer recommend this vet. Update: Since Thrive decided to reply to my review, I would like to add that they charge more and reduced their customer service quality. Now when you call, you are transferred to a call center instead speaking directly with the location. Unfortunately, the call center is not very helpful.

Cedar Park Thrive is the absolute best Thrive location. The staff is absolutely wonderful and pays attention to detail. Dr. Hendricks was awesome at explaining the care plan for my pet and made me feel better about my pets wound. Thanks Thrive Cedar Park!

We’ve taken our dogs to Thrive for 4 years now and every experience is great. We got their membership which has saved us so much on wellness checks, vet visits, and medications. Our pups love going to the vet because of how sweet they are!
