I love Morgan and all the guys and gals who come to my car to get Frankie! They care about his fear of traveling and getting his nails trimmed. They are simply wonderful! Always masked and even bring a cat carrier!

Used too big of a needle and my dog was too sore to walk all day tried to give my dog two vaccinations they already had and didnt need and try to rack up as much money as they can on your bill

All team members I spoke with over the phone and in-person, from front desk personnel to the vet tech to the doctor, were kind, professional, and personable. They listened to my concerns even when it came to the financial piece. I have referred people here who were quoted higher at other veterinarian clinics. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

I was less then impress. I was hoping to have a great experience based on the reviews. I give a three because we did get in right away and out. Very little wait time. He did give good recommendations. However, must have been an off day for Dr. Skupin. He was not very friendly and came across like he didn’t like to answer our questions and didn’t want to listen. It seems like the office is trying to avoid customer interaction. Lobby is always closed. I hope I will not need to return.

Very caring office staff. I am glad I have found Avery Ranch. It is personal and consistently helpful to take care of Belle.

Great place. First one I went to for our Bulldog after moving states. In 5 months he's had 5 or 6 appointments. The Dr's we saw previously were great and very informative. The Dr we saw this week literally put his hand up and told me to let him finish talking. Then left the room immediately as soon he was done talking. Didn't give me even 1 second to ask any questions or speak about my concerns. I will continue to go here but will prefer any other Dr besides him. We should not leave feeling disrespected or unhappy.

Good service, Doctor Skupin explains things and does follow up. Nice helpful staff. My cat is purring and happy from all the good attention and appropriate care.

They charge $200 for any follow-up and won't approve prescription refills for regular flea medicine without an extra appointment

I was in a pickle and needed immediate help. New to the area and needed to board my dog, only she needed a vaccination before being accepted. I left an email and was contacted before 8:00 a.m. and an appointment right after. And, the icing on the cake -- the staff and doctor were all caring, friendly, and great at explaining all issues!

The whole staff was friendly and professional. Been seeing Dr Skupin for over a decade! I know it's tough with the Covid protocols in place; but they have it running smoothly!

The concern and compassion that the entire staff has is remarkable. I live in Llano and but I visit my sister in Austin weekly. So my vet is in Llano. My point is I am not a regular customer. I have had two "emergencies" in the last 14 months and when I call them they get me in, which is just wonderful. When I had my first emergency other pet clinics / hospitals I called said no can't do it. When I called Avery Ranch they said we will squeeze you in just get here with her! But that was not all. It was just their overall attitude...THEY CARED! The staff there is amazing from Jennifer, to Alex, to the Doctors themselves. When I gave them my little four pound bundle of love I felt it will be okay, they really care and will take care of her. And they did. If I lived here, I would not go anywhere else.....I give them a 10 of 10, hands down.

Super easy to make an appointment unlike most other offices at the moment. Everyone is very sweet and helpful with my paralyzed pup, glad I checked them out when I couldn’t get into my old vet.

This is one of the best experiences I’ve had with a veterinarian. The vet tech was friendly and explained everything clearly. The doctor did a thorough exam and explained instructions clearly to ensure our dog recovered. The appointment did not feel rushed and they seemed to truly care about our dog. The office was clean and we felt safe. I would definitely recommend Avery Ranch Animal Hospital.

We had an emergency with our dog and they worked us in. Everyone was very friendly. They even called to she how our sweet dog was doing a few days later. Thank y’all so much. The Crenshaw family

They genuinely love and care about the fur babies they encounter. The facility is so clean and they are so patient with even the most stubborn of animals, like mine.

Turned out to be a little more expensive than expected but the doctor is great and I got the service I needed.

We have a new kitten that was a stray. Took him to a different vet for an initial check up because of scheduling. Kitten continued to have some tummy issues so we checked with Avery Ranch who got him in the next day and had me bring a sample. Turns out the little guy has giardia. He's got meds now. Vet specifically asked about our other older guy at home. She was nice enough to fit him in the same day as our test results for kitten. I really felt they were well cared for. Dr. Dunn spent quite a bit of time with both cats and was very informative. I wish the other clinic had suggested a stool sample. I even spoke with them about the issue, and they couldn't get the kitten in for almost a week and a half. So glad Avery Ranch could. They're our normal clinic, and we're very happy with them. They're pretty busy, and sometimes the only available appointments aren't super soon. However, we've had them take care of 3 different cats over about 8 years, and any time we've had anything close to an urgent situation, they've made time for us.

I was feeling respected and my cat was treated well. The doctor and technician explained everything and didn't push me to accept some exams I didn't plan to have at that moment. Very good experience, beyond my expectations.

This was our first visit to the vet with our new puppy and everyone was great. When I requested an appointment online I got an immediate call back. The technician who worked with us was very nice and the puppy loved everyone. A great experience overall!

My little senior rat terrier had a minor emergency and we could not get in with our regular vet. I urgently called several animal hospitals near me, and Avery Ranch said they could squeeze us in! I got there within 15 min and was seen by Dr. Skupin within 10 min. After an exam and X-rays, she was fine and just needed some rest and pain medication. The staff was kind and courteous and very professional. I’m so grateful for their flexibility and helping us during a stressful time! Thank you.❤️

I had an appointment with Dr. Coates and her technician Dianna. They were both very lovely and incredibly efficient. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and great full to have an appointment on such short notice.

Avery Ranch was my primary care vet for 2 dogs for 2 years. I had an emergency come up with 1 of my dogs, called Avery ranch for help. They couldn't see us for over 24 hours and advised us to go to pet emergency room (which we all know is incredibly expensive and unreliable pet care). So I called cypress creek around the corner, they seemed incredibly concerned and wanted us in right away. On my way there, drove by Avery ranch...there was 1 car in the parking lot. Probably (hopefully) an isolated experience. But when it matters most, Avery Ranch won't be there for you. Will never come back, wouldn't recommend to anyone. UPDATE: my boy had to be put to sleep the following day. In absolutely no way do I blame Avery Ranch for his illness or passing. I do blame them for not trying to help us. Despite being a community business and being a client for 2 years, when I called them and begged for help they essentially told me 'tough luck, take him to the emergency vet'. I blame them for not even trying to work us into the schedule despite knowing how sick he was and how badly he needed help. Maybe I'm wrong, but personally I believe myself at 99% of other pet owners, that if we had a regularly scheduled checkup and the vet called saying someone has an emergency, can we push your appointment back a day... everyone of us would absolutely help. Avery Ranch didn't even try. They were happy to help when everything was fine, but when we needed them most, they turned their back on us. I'm in just thankful other local vets were there to help us.

Danielle and Dr. Coates we’re AMAZING. Our oldest guy, Wilbur, has a hard time at the vet (he gets super shy and scared). We were there for a shot and for them to check out a lump on his side. They took a ton of time out of their day to sit with him in the floor, feed him loads of treats, and love on him like he was one of their own. It really made all the difference in the world. I can’t thank them enough.

Very professional and empathetic. Understands the needs of the pet as well as the owners. Dr. Dunn is great and very understanding. The tech Danielle working with her helped keep our dog calm and occupied while the examination took place. 5/5 would recommend.
