Such personal and awesome care!

Came in a bit frazzled having taken on a kitten that showed up in my yard, unsure whether she might be sick or anything. The vets at the clinic were super assuring and informative, and walked me through the exam and what kind of tests they were doing. Showed me a full receipt before performing anything I hadn’t already signed off on, and told me what to look out for in the coming days in case of parasites, etc. I’d adopted found kittens before with my mother, but this was my first time doing it on my own and Abraham made the process a lot less scary. I look forward to seeing them again, and am sure that I’ve found a fantastic vet for my new child ????

Awesome vets who take great care of my pup!

I felt very blessed to have found Abraham Clinic during my short time in Austin. Dr. Anna Chan is very knowledgeable, she helped me solve problems my pet faced that other vets couldn't. She and her whole team were very kind to me and really went above and beyond to make sure my pet was taken care of. They really do care! I'm saddened I can no longer utilize their services but I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Fantastic vet office that always does their best to squeeze in appointments or drop-off visits in a pinch. They do not want to waste your money and honestly recommend treatments as appropriate with great prices on top.

They were so nice and willing to answer any questions I asked. Did not ask me about my LARGE dogs behavior before they took him in, so he wasn't the best boy he could be while inside without his mom... But the vet saw him shine out on the porch. Yay Rami!

We went to Abraham Veterinary Clinic with a very difficult situation. We needed advice on deciding if we should put down a pet that was very much a part of our family. Abraham Vets accessed all the test that had been done at another clinic, and was able to give us a second opinion. The doctor did not push us to put down our pet nor to do more tests, but was very straight forward and professional. We were very grateful and relieved to have the support and knowledge that Abraham Veterinary clinic was able to provide. I highly recommend Abraham Veterinary clinic for every and all of your pets needs that might arise.

My puppy needed medical attention immediately and Abraham Veterinary was wonderful in giving him quick care and treatment. When he needed to be transferred to an emergency surgery center, Abraham Veterinary got me checked in at the center so my puppy could get immediate help. They really go above and beyond.

I've been seeing Dr. Chan and Dr. Stone ever since I moved to Austin 2 years ago. They always see my pet in a timely manner, and recommend treatments that work best for my pet and our specific situation. They always give me multiple options for her treatment, explaining the differences between them and helping me decide what's best for my pup. The entire staff is kind and thoughtful, and very considerate of my dog's comfort. She does not like vet visits, but deals with chronic skin issues so we go pretty often - they do their best to make the experience low-stress. I'm very grateful for their thoughtful, considerate care.

My dog Milo has a history of abuse, and when I was looking for a vet for him, I was nervous trying out new vets to find the right fit. Luckily for me, I didn't have to look far. I've seen several vets at this clinic, and each one has treated Milo and I with the utmost respect. They have taken the time to explain each treatment he has received to me, and have worked with me to find creative solutions to Milo's itchiness wasn't easily resolved with our first attempt. I can't recommend this clinic enough - their patience and willingness to work with me has been invaluable.

I have ...let's say... a few cats, several over the age of twenty and a couple with lifetime health problems. My usual vet retired last year. It sort of left in me in need of a vet who knows cats. I am thrilled to find Dr. Chan. To put it as short as possible? She knows her cats. I don't hesitate to recommend Abraham Vet Clinic.

Abraham Veterinary Clinic has been the reliable source of first-rate veterinary care for our succession of kitties since its founding by Rob Abraham, D.V.M. After Rob's retirement, Drs. Chan and Stone have carried on his practice of kind, medically sound advice and treatment. They are straightforward and thorough in discussing and carrying out treatment plans, as well as being readily available for well-care check-ups and immunizations, and a good source for veterinary products. The clinic is an excellent medical home.

I LOVE Abraham Vet! Dr. Chan knows her stuff, she communicates well with you about your pet and it's needs. The staff here is also awesome. One of my cats gets super anxious when she comes to the vet but Dr. Chan and the rest of the Abraham staff are so good with her and know how to work with her to best handle her.

I am so fortunate to have found Abraham. I recently welcomed an 8-week-old pup into my home. The day after his first exam, I got a call from one of the team members letting me know he had a stomach parasite. She described it calmly, informing me of how common this is and what needs to be done to treat it. She answered the questions I had before I could ask, and the questions I didn't know to ask (as I am a first-time pet owner). I have now visited the clinic four times since, and every time, no matter who I interact with, I feel that I (and my puppy) am cared for on a personal level. I received a call and email from Dr. Chan checking in on both me and my puppy this week, further reminding me that I am in better-than-good hands. If it wasn't clear in my words above, this is a full and absolute recommendation that pet owners (especially new ones like myself) are making the best decision when visiting Abraham Clinic.

I LOVE Abraham Vet Clinic! I've been taking my cats there for more than 15 years and don't have a single complaint. There are probably cheaper vet clinics, but why would I try to save a few bucks on my best friends' health care? I have complete faith in Doctors Chan and Stone; thanks to their expertise and guidance, my cat Desdemona lived 20 years, and my friend Anne Cook's cat, Scooter, lived 22 years. They have been absolute angels when I had to say goodbye to my little friends. The staff members are just terrific and everyone there is most kind.

I left Abraham Veterinary Clinic in a state of awe and feeling humble over the incredibly caring and competent treatment that was given my dog. I had called AVC stressed out and on the verge of tears due to concerns I was having about my elderly dog, Luna. Somewhat rudely I insisted on coming in to see Dr. Chan immediately; it was 4p on a Friday. The staff and Dr. Chan remained calm and professional and agreed to let me bring my dog in for an exam. Once there, the staff and Dr. Chan swiftly began examining Luna, again with calm professionalism and a little humor that helped me to feel less stressed. Dr. Chan was very observant and sensitive to my dog's reactions when she was held a certain way and this helped pinpoint possible causes of her aliment. Within minutes after drawing Luna's blood Dr. Chan was providing me with a hard copy of the blood panel results along with some good news. Dr. Chan had voluntarily run the blood tests herself, as opposed to sending Luna's blood to a lab, to avoid a delay in diagnosing Luna. The two medicines that were prescribed for Luna have been very beneficial to her. I will forever be grateful for the swift, sensitive, competent care that Abraham Veterinary Clinic gave my dog.

I've been going to this place for over twenty years now, and even though I no longer live anywhere near them I would not trust the health of my cats to anyone else (unless it was a referral I got from this office!). They've helped me out countless times, including doing home visits when I didn't want to subject a sick cat to a long car ride. Cannot recommend highly enough!
