The receptionist at each visit is very friendly and explains everything very well. They are great with my dogs. Dr. Corbet does an excellent job in explaining the findings from exams and treatments to help my dogs. Love this location and highly recommend.

Extremely quick and sweet people! The prices for neutering are a lil high but theyve been nothing but great for my cat Natsu so I highly recommend!

They can't find my dogs vaccine records.

We brought our dog in for a dental consultation and subsequent cleaning. The results were amazing, she has bright white teeth fresh breath. Our vet and her staff exceeded our expectations!

Today's visit was not the norm from the visits we had before. We let some other vet technician do a procedure on my pet and the procedure was not the quality we would normally receive.

Great experience from the front desk as well as the Vet

During the pandemic it seemed easier to get my dog neutered with one of the easier to book drop-your-dog off and get them back places. After coming into thrive and finding out my dogs updated weight, there were several things that needed to be updated to ensure his safety and to adequately prepare for his recovery. The staff were friendly and the Dr was knowledgeable but didn’t speak over my head. Thank you.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Courtney and her wonderful staff for our 5 babies for 2 years. Before our first visit, we were expecting the sometimes impersonal feel you get when you go to a clinic that is part of a bigger chain. WE WERE SO WRONG! Dr. Courtney got to know and understand each one of our pets and their special needs and personalities. She takes her time, she gives you all the options and she LISTENS. Sometimes, you have to make decisions about how much you can afford to do at one time-she takes that into consideration and helps you make an informed decision about what is a priority and what can wait without any undue pressure. During COVID, she has gone out of her way to stay in touch and to call us if we had questions. Likewise, her staff. They follow up. And I credit her for making my senior dogs' life comfortable and giving her quality of life in her final years. Highly recommend. 8/11/21- I am so glad that Dr. Courtney Hermann is back at our Cedar Hill Thrive. She continues to be a star in our books. Even with the continuing effects of the pandemic, Dr. Hermann and the techs (Lauren +) have gone out of their way to stay connected throughout another health crisis for our other fur baby. We forget that the doctors and techs are doing their absolute best in what's a highly difficult time for them as well. Thanks Dr. Hermann and staff, you are our heroes.

I'm glad I found a good vet.

I have been fairly happy with this clinic until now. I have been brining my pet to this clinic since he was 6 weeks old ( now 1 1/2 years old) so that he would have an established Vet, like having a primary care physician. My pet has the beginnings of a hot spot and I’m about to leave him with a dog boarder for a week. Naturally, I don’t want to go out of town, leaving my pet with an unfamiliar environment when he might need medical care. I called up my “trusty” clinic only to be told they have zero appointments available for over a month. What’s the point of being established with a vet clinic if they aren’t able/willing to get your pet in when a medical need arises?? The added insult was the person I spoke to didn’t even offer to check other Thrive clinics to see if another clinic would possibly have any availability. Thankfully, I was able to find another Thrive clinic who is able to see my pet this week. I am highly disappointed in the lack of customer service I received this week. I expected better service from a National Vet provider.

Vets are ok. Service is fine in the clinic IF you can get in. I have had my Thrive membership for at least a year+. I pay every month for NOTHING. I tried to get an advance (2 week) appointment for my pet to refill a medication she cannot quit taking abruptly. Basically I was brushed off by call center and by vet. "We must see your pet because she is out of refills" Duh! that is what I am trying to do. I cancelled my membership-not worth the headache.

NEVER CAN GET APPOINTMENT UNLESS IT 2 WEEKS OUT, AND IF YOU HAVE A SICK DOG OR SOMETHING IS WRONG WELL, GOOD LUCK.. YOU CANT GET IN. I HAVE ALSO PAID THE $10.00 MONTHY MEMEBERSHIP... FOR ABOUT A YEAR, SO THATS A WASTE OF MONEY.

The best vet I've taken my cat to. The people are so kind and sweet to her. They're very informative and you can tell they love working with animals. Great customer service! Edit: I wish I could write another review because every time I go. Every time I call!!!! I always get great customer service. I always leave or hang up the phone feeling good that my pet goes here. Good luck getting an appointment when your baby is sick. In addition, I made an appointment online and when I arrived they were closed for lunch! They canceled my appointment without telling me and then said I could come back next week.... my dog had a terrible ear infection which could not be left untreated for a week. No one cared they refused to even try to squeeze us in.

I love not feeling like my Levi is just a number . The doctor takes time to listen to my concerns . Being aThrive plus member on top of their already reasonable prices is an added plus. I would recommend Thrive to all my friends ...

First time bringing our babies here and I must say we are completely satisfied with the service we received. Detailed information was provided on all of our dogs and care and treatment was explained excellently. The staff and Dr was very caring and detailed and they ensured we understood everything. We would definitely recommend this vet.

I was worried that my 8 week old Rottweiler I bought was sick because of her runny eyes, diarrhea, and clumsiness. He reassured me of everything, taught me how to specifically crate train my pup, answered all my questions very patiently and positively and let me know what to expect for the next year to come! I can tell he is a true animal lover and enjoys his job. I was offered different packages and they were very affordable. They were all so sweet! Definitely the only vet my fur baby will be seeing!
