They are always so nice to me and they have very good prices.

Karl, the manager spent a lot of time explaining to us the differences in ingredients of different dog foods, we ended up by the Petco brand. He also took the time to give us some training tips on our newly adopted rescue pup. He was so thorough and went with us as we shopped for chew toys, treats and even CBD treats to help calm our pup. We really appreciated how much Karl helped us. Especially giving us advice on how to help our pup get over his fear of going outside. We are following his advice and it is helping! Thanks to Karl!

I would give the actual Petco 5 stars however the Vet clinic inside does not even deserve 1 star! I took my 10 year old to the vet at the cedar hill pet o vet clinic because I had lots of shopping to do that day for all of our animals I should have taken her to our trusted vet but I was trying to multi task. My girl was very sick and I kept having to direct the vet because she was trying to treat her for plaque and biting and it hung her skin which she was not doing she had a spot of dead skin but wasn't chewing it and her breath was like a dead animal I finally got tired of trying to tell the vet to listen to me and took the meds and left the next morning my sweet girl could not even walk My vet got her in immediately did BLOODWORK (which Petco vet did not do) and found out she was in kidney failure..... that was February 1st 2019 she had to be put to sleep!!!! Please everyone listen to me DO NOT TAKE YOUR BELOVED ANIMALS TO THIS CLINIC THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR ANIMAL!!! RIP ASTRYD we all miss you so much baby! I just want to say my baby was sick they could not have saved her however if they would have done the proper vet work on her she would not have had to suffer for 24 more hours!

Nice friendly knowledgeable staff. Have great treats for dogs. Bought some really nice life jackets for my miniature dachshund and regular dachshund. As with other Pet stores prices can be on the high side. Petco has great online shopping too. Cheers!

They sold me 50 dead goldfish guess they think that 50 1-2 inch fish can survive in a small bag, they claim it's fine.. guess they can't ask my dead fish if that's true. Will NEVER go here again

I brought my zuchon in for a hair cut yesterday morning. I was very pacific about how I wanted his hair cut. I even showed the lady a picture. I stated I did NOT want all of his hair cut off because me and my boys love his fluffy hair. My family and I were not pleased! His hair cut looked horrible and he looked like a completely different dog. My first experience at petsco was very disappointing and definitely not what I expected. Update: I’ve decided to change my stars from 1 to 3. I spoke with the manager and he was very kind and understanding. He was very professional and explained to me why the stylist cut my zuchon’s hair so short. I did mention to the manager that despite me not being happy about my zuchon’s cut.The staff did a great job with getting him back and keeping him calm.

Love the Thrive pet clinic inside! They took great care of my Daisy. Got her shots, and nails clipped. Very pleased with the service.

Associates assist me on my needs

The store and employees are very nice but bearded dragons should not be kept on loose substrate (sand). It can cause infection and clog their pores in their legs. A carpeted type of flooring should be used. Update: I went in today and noticed they switched out the sand with carpeted mats. However, they have no heat lamps, only uvb bulbs. Heat mats do not work well because bearded dragons can burn themselves. Heat lamps are greatly needed for bearded dragons to be able to bask and properly grow.

Bough 2 kittens yesterday from the tri city animal shelter so I went to Petco immediately to buy all their stuff. The girl at the register was super nice and friendly and she helped me find all the cat supplies. I am gonna be comin here quite a bit now. This location is very clean and fun to be at cant wait to go back !

Great service! I was waiting on my dog at the vet. They were next door . I got a deal on a mattress at a good price. I signed up with them and got a 20%off my next purchase. I will stop by again ????
