Spay Neuter Network Fort Worth, Texas

I had scheduled my cat to get neutered. Obviously they can’t eat after 10pm the night before Surgery. He was taken to his appointment by 7:30am. Picked up by 4pm . TURNS OUT THEY DIDNT HAVE TIME TO NEUTER HIM”. They had done 3 other cats . I was going to have to reschedule.???????? MY CAT HADNT ATE SINCE 10pm from the night before , HE WAS HUNGRY ALL DAY ! WAITING . They could of been professional enough to ATLEAST call me and say “ hey, we wont be able to neuter him today , can you pick up?” BUT NO . They waited till i got there at 4PM. To tell me . NEVER AGAIN ! Patiently waiting for my refund . Sad to say i was referred to this place . WAS NOT EXPECTING THIS AT ALL. This happened 01/18/2022.

We were impressed by the service. They were very organized and knowledgeable. Overall we had a good experience. You must be patient and get there early. But it’s worth it! They really care about your animals.

The staff were excellent and provided wonderful service for my 4-legged daughter Taylor. I would highly recommend this office for all of my dog's needs.

Easy drop off and pick up. They gave me all the information I needed on my pups healing and the price was way more affordable than anything else around. Would definitely return!

They do great work but I had to wait in line for an 1hour and 30 min. They need to do better with appointment scheduling since we are dropping off our pets.

First time coming in and was a bit confusing but once I got at the front the ladies were very patient with and answered all my questions that I had and they were very kind and caring with my two babies..

Everyone was nice, it went smoothly. I never got my $5 refund but that's ok. I feel there should be a follow up, if only a eyeball at the car to assure w writhing looks good. Overall, I have no complaints.

I went to get my kitty (Ollie fixed) and they had mentioned he’d be loopy post procedure. He managed to break out and run. Within seconds three staff members booked it after him. I’ve NEVER seen anyone care more about their job then those people that day.It took a good 15 mins to wrangle him. I remember them saying “We ain’t losing one today!” And “We love what we do.” My heart is full and my kitty is home safe thanks to the dedicated and caring staff here. Thanks so much.

The place is great for helping keep the pet population under control. They norm have free spay or nuter for fr worth residents

I was very surprised at how easy everything went from beginning to end! I felt like they took care of my dog so well!!

I took my 4 month old male cat in to get neutered, get his shots and get microchipped. Spay Neuter Network did an amazing job. When I picked up Dobby, he was in his carrier which was clean and dry and so was he- that was wonderful in itself after surgery. He was still pretty out of it from the medication, but once that wore off, he settled down and went to sleep. By morning, he was his normal self. Recovery has been flawless. The people were so nice and treated my little guy with great care.

The wait time to get inside was long. Every one was given a 7:30 am appointment time and were lined up outside. Because of COVID, they only allowed 4 people inside at a time. But once you make it to the desk, everything was smooth sailing. Staff was professional and friendly. Top notch care and clear instructions were given upon pick up. Not a bad experience at all.

If you live in Fort Worth I would recommend this place to anyone. My vet even though I love them wanted to charge 200$ This place did it for free, you just put a 20$ deposit and if you keep your appointment they return that. I would also recommend you donate to them since they are non profit they need our help to serve our community. Honestly Thank Y’all

I brought in my 2 female dogs for spaying and I actually had to bring them both back 2 times bc both of them were coming in heat the 1st time I came. The second time they were able to do the surgeries. Everyone was professional and friendly and the line actually went very fast. When I come in to pick up my girls they explained all the do's and don'ts of how to best care to make the healing process easiest for them. I'm thankful that my girls are both doing great and healing well. Thank you ????

Took my cat to get spayed and everything went great! AND I got some of my money back! They say drop off is at 7:30 but people start lining up around 7am. Great place and good experience! My cat was a little groggy when I picked her up but I followed the instructions given and she doesn't seem to realize she's had surgery. She's already ready to get into stuff days after the procedure.

I got into the service because they treated me very well and they took care of my cat at all times, they were sensitive and affectionate with him. I recommend this hospital and I tell people to please support with your donations

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were organized and despite the overwhelming amount of people and pets they have to care for they were courteous and helpful throughout the entire time I was there.

They took really good care of my Stormy and were very professional and hospitable as well… All of the family’s fur babies have gone here.

I’m bringing my second kitten in to get neutered. I was really pleased. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great place to go for low cost shots and low cost spays and neuter. They do a great job on the spays and neuters. I’ve brought several of my rescue dogs here! They are awesome! Your fur baby will be in great hands.
